Razer Software loads super slow

I recently bought a Razer Naga Trinity Mouse, and ordered an Orbweaver. I have had the mouse for 6 days now. Great build quality and feel. The SOFTWARE on the other hand seems VERY slow. I have a 3 month old Ryzen 3700x with RX5700xt, 32G ram, 2TB of NVME storage. EVERYTHING runs great on this system........EXCEPT Razer software?! From a cold boot(freshly started) it can take up to 5 thats FIVE MINUTES for synapse to load and my mouse act as it should. While this is not the fastest system one could build, it is more than enough for what I use it for, and WAY more than synapse should ever need. So looking at glasswire, I can see it is NOT my system, but YOURS. Because synapse accesses the internet to obtain our saved settings from YOUR system, and not just store it locally on my own PC, that adds time. But 5 minutes? Is this normal? Seriously considering canceling orbweaver order and returning my Naga(as much as i love it). Its just not worth the troubles. Please give me some hope. New Razer user

    Hey ther @Defjr . Are you talking about Razer Cortex or Razer Synapse 3 ?

    When I first boot up my PC, Razer central and synapse are set to load into the system tray. This is a VERY new system with 4 games and a few other programs. Nothing should be causing the Razer programs to load so slowly. Everything else is ready within 30 seconds of boot. Razer Central and Synapse literally take a full 5 minutes to load and update my mouse settings to what I want vs factory. I can read new emails, reply to some, check some news on yahoo, and sometimes watch a video on youtube......ALL BEFORE the razer software is loaded into the sytem tray and updates the mouse settings. This is unacceptable. NO program should take this long. That is my biggest gripe. It likely stems from razer refusing to put on board/ local profile storage on these devices. But even that does not explain 5 full minutes to load a BACKGROUND program.

    My Synapse 2 Orbweaver is ready within a minute of boot up. I think I should junk the Naga Trinity and find an older Naga out there on ebay. Sad

    STILL taking 5 minutes and longer to load Synapse 3 at startup, yet synapse 2 is up and working in under a minute???????
