After updating synapse, there are problems with enabling thx spatial audio. When I click on thx spatial audio or stereo, the sound does not change and audio driver not shown. I have black shark V2 pro

Change it on demo tab, i think the button on sound tab is bug, when i click it on sound tab there is no different but if i click on demo there is different. Try it

The last update messed everything up.
- The THX LED does not light up;
- The audio output only works if you select "Raze Audio Controller - Chat" (before it was Game instead of chat). If you select Game as main, no sound comes out;
- The channel volumes are switched, trying to lower the volume on the right lowers the volume on the left and vice versa.
What a disastrous update!
Worse is that there is no sign of them recognizing that there is a problem and intending to correct it.
This kind of thing encourages you to look out for the competition and alert others.
It's a shame, I had so much confidence in the brand.

Yah I’m getting the same thing.  I noticed the THX Driver has been removed so I can’t hear the boost like I did before.  regardless of what I do the THX driver is still missing and I don’t hear any change with the bass.

i uninstalled thx spatial audio and reinstalled it but now its not appearing as on option in my playback device, what can i do about this?

Update comes out tomorrow to fix the issue

Temp fix For THX Spatial issues:

 

  • Uninstall Razer Synapse,
  • Remove folders:

 

"C:\Program Files\Razer"

"C:\Users\V\AppData\Local\Razer"

 "C:\ProgramData\Razer"

 

 

after complete cleanup reboot Your computer (unplug all razer devices after clicking on reboot option)

 

  • After the reboot, connect what you unplugged
  • Download https://file.io/iyTcf6oQOpTV and install old drivers
  • Disable Synapse autoupdater in options (important)
  • Wait for fix (They've been saying for a week that there will be an update tomorrow so there's no telling how long it will take)

In the case of Razer Nari Ultimate, fixed all the problems and THX Spatial is back.
I was disappointed with this company, because the technical support said that they do not have an older version available for download. The installer to which i sent the link downloads an older version of the software (from 2022) and fixes all the problems (WHAT THE F***?).

 

Razer Support... not nice to lie like that. I won't be surprised if this installer stops working for you when they figure out that it fixes these bugs.. lol

 

I think many people are already discouraged, especially the waiting time for a patch, people like me who have everything from this brand.
