Update Issue - 0% Battery

Go to Control Panel > Recovery from there choose the desired restore point and restore it to a previous version where you didn’t update Synapse and once the process is completed then turn off Synapse Auto Update until it’s fixed. It worked for me...

A new update just went out and fixed my Basilisk V3 Pro. Thank you!

Manually ran CHECK FOR UPDATEs this monring and everything now back to normal operation. 

Updated version is 20231208.

Not fully fixed, my cobra pro is always 100% battery

Similar issues from my side, Basilisk V3 Pro.

Battery shows at 99/100% and charging in Synapse but I need to keep mine attached with the USB cable so looks like Razer has killed a lot of batteries lately with their recent firmware updates, looking at the recent forums entries.

Latest update didn’t resolve my issue

For me it’s all good for now  atleast the battery is currently at 97 % from 100 %

Shout out to razer for fixing the issue relatively fast. All good here now after this new update 

same issue here. When synapse is open, constant repeated notifications in the lower right corner of the screen that the mouse battery is low (it’s not and it is connected via USB anyway). I have unplugged it and used the mouse for hours to confirm battery is not actually dead or low. Was working fine before synapse update. It is annoying because the notification can’t be turned off and it pops up repeatedly every 10 seconds while gaming, etc unless you close synapse entirely, which also removed the RGB customizations. Wish Razer would hire competent programmers to fix this dumb issue once and for all. 

I have the same issue.
Battery wont charge, showing 0% while coneccted via cable.
When i try use it wireless, it works for 2 seconds and then shuts down…
Updated etc etc everthing.
 

Hello, were you able to solve this? I’m having the exact same problem with my viper v2 pro and cannot find any solutions

Same just today had this issue on my Razer Orochi V2 after this new update where mouse is showing 0% and does not work through the dongle but if I use Bluetooth the mouse works although I don’t have access to my synapse profiles.

My issue is that my Mouse shows me 100% all the time. 
And had some tracking issues to… 
I have a Viper V2 Pro.

I have the same mouse and the same issue.

Same issue (Sept. 2024) - the only thing that worked for me was:

• to clean the cord end that plugs into the dock
• clean the plug slot into my mouse (blow clean nintendo-style)
• plug  the mouse in (making it wired)

After I plugged my mouse in, Razer Synapse reflected the correct battery percentage. I then unplugged my mouse and replugged my dock which still reflected the correct battery percentage.

In short, clean the plug and the slots.

i will never buy a razer product again. I have a black widow v3 mini keyboard and its barely functional also. software gore-alore. trash company. trash products.
