Razer Mouse Dock Pro Synapse Lighting Bug
I CAN´T BELIEVE! 3.9.131.20813 did it😀!
After shut down, the Dock is dark! The Dock is dark while charging, when the PC is off too, the Mouse does indicate the charging process by pulsing only…. but I am fine with the solution!

The update had no effect on me, I have now switched to Synapse 4 Beta, as the bug I had was not present here - the mouse does not change color when loading and continues to pulsate red at 100% even though it has been fully loaded - it works now with Synapse 4 Beta.But before that I had this 3.9.131.20813, it had no effect on the dock for me, very strange and sad :<

Same here.. lightning shuts down 😍3.9.131.20813 also starts LEDs when it loads.. so no random RGB before Synapse fully loads. I like it :) Finally good release from Razer.

What are your settings in Synnapse for dock and mouse?So it has nothing to do with sleep mode?Nothing happens to me with the Synapse 4 Beta, but I also had the update... and the dock didn't go out either...?

doesn’t worked for me too. i activated now hibernate and still have the issue.
nevermind. i don’t have to shutdown my pc. i need to use hibernate. shutdown doesn’t work but hibernate work. and i don’t have the pulsing like
Nevermind. OK people i found a fix for people that update doesn’t worked. Listen !!
You have to go to the power options. → Now, go to the Shutdown settings → check the box beside fastboot.
my fastboot in the windows options are now on and it works well with shutdown the pc for my basilisk v3 pro and my mouse dock pro. It’s perfect. In the mainboard settings my fastboot option is still disabled.

Nevermind. OK people i found a fix for people that update doesn’t worked. Listen !!

Thank you so much! I am among those whom the Synapse 3 update did not help. Enabling fastboot really solves dock problem. As well as the mouse is no longer lit when charging with pc shut down, which I hated as it is in my bedroom and blinking mouse disturbed me at night badly. But as I have read from various articles, fastboot can cause some problems in system - with drivers, updates etc. Sooooo… we should remember that if something suspicious happens to windows, better disable fastboot, update everything that should be updated, switch power completely off, then on and enable fastboot again.
I did not have fastboot option in shutdown settings, so I had to enabe it via regedit.

selbst bei Synapse 4 Beta ist es genau das selbe, ich denke Razer ist nicht fähig dieses Problem anders zu lösen, wobei man ja komischerweise die Beleuchtung vorher abschalten kann, dann leuchtet das Dock auch nicht wenn der Rechner heruntergefahren wurde, ist aber nervig es jedes mal umzustellen in Synapse :/
Razer, are you really such a hopeless company that for a year you ignore the problem of customers who bought a charger for a lot of money?
I tried the last stable version, I tried the beta. After turning off the computer, the charger still lights up in rainbow colors.
A total embarrassment and disgrace to a company that is unable/unwilling to help its customers and fix a simple mistake.

Funktioniert bei mir nicht, Mouse Dock leuchtet weiter… so lange Razer kein Update hierzu liefert, wirds wohl auch so bleiben ! ich verwende Synapse 4 , bei Synapse 3 habe ich es auch probiert.
Anyone from Razer going to finally address the topic or will users be completely ignored?

I feel completly fooled by Razer now…..

hey. i had the same problem after the update. i saw in the synapse settings this update removed the check off from ,,display off” thing. then i clicked on that and it works again. i hope you know what i mean.

I'm afraid you're the only person in the world whose charger backlight goes out when you turn off your computer.

Today all is fine, again…..
I purchased my mouse a few weeks back and the dock LEDs were shutting off just fine when the computer was off. Now, all of a sudden, the lights are staying on?? I guess they broke something in an automatic update?
Noooo. When I turned fastboot on the dock lights started to turn off when PC is off. After a week or so it is lit again even with fatsboot on! I hate this software. I should have bought Logitech.
It Doesn't worked for me for 3 days too. But i saw in windows update something with razer after i manuelly searched for updates. It autoamticly downloaded that and after pc restart it works again. Please look for windows updater.

didn’t work for me - no updates available, unless it’s simply not available ‘yet’ for me.
Same for me - no updates. My mouse is now also lit while pc is off! Several days ago it was not glowing even when charged at night, which was awsome. But if it is connected via regular dongle, not dock, - goes to sleep as normal. All the problem are because of the dock.
