Synapse 3 for Mac

Hi all.
This post is to bring the attention of Razer's dev team and Razer's business strategic team to the need to update synapse at Version 3. I'm trying the new Mamba Elite and it's... absolute fantastic, better my old Mamba. I've tried it on my PC and on my Mac and Synapse 3 is necessary on both.
So, please, don't forget Mac community and make an update for Synapse: it's OK also a "light" version of drivers, without Chroma Lab, only for edit bottons on mouse and keyboard, macro and Chroma effects.

This will be nice to have a good present for xmas 🙂

Wow.... a modern technology company ignoring the needs of so many users. This is 2021 Razer and Macs are no longer a niche. Im going to sending back over £400 worth of Razer products because of lack of support. Will also be replacing my Kiyo Pro with A Logitech Brio as well.... at least Logitech support Macs. Whats odd is i've read that Synapse is cloud based so why all these issues.... you cant even get it working using Crossover. Honestly this is a joke and I will do my best to make people aware that this is the case. If v2 is Mac compatible why isn't v3 even years after its release. Gutted as I was genuinely looking forward to using these products. Guess they don't care.

I do also own a gaming PC which they do work on but if it only supports a selection of my hardware then it doesn't belong in my collection. Simple!!!! Cant believe they are choose to lose so much $$$, their business manager must have been an a true business major!!!!!
Im just realy disapointed honestly i wont ever buy anything from razer again

I have moved to Razer gear not only for gaming but for productivity - I work much faster and better, especially with the macro capabilities. I also feel great everytime I use the gear!
Unfortunately, I am not able to work on the macOS-based devices. Many people I know moved to Razer and other gaming gear for productivity, because the top of the line "office" products just suck in terms of quality and capability.

I hope Synapse 3 for macOS is released soon.
I've got a Naga Chroma and would love to see Razer return to the Mac for Mac OS Monterey. I realize that Mac OS has been a moving target with the switch to Apple M1 chips, but it would be nice to see this product modernized so that I can finally pick up a Tartarus with full driver support.
I just received my Razer Naga Left-handed mouse and assumed, wrongly, that it would at least work with Synapse 2 on Mac, I can't even get that to go right. I had one before which worked ok with Synapse 2 years ago, then it broke and they went out of production for a while. They're being produced again now so I thought Synapse 2 would work, but it won't even recognise it, so I can't even remap a single button. I'm literally gonna have to pack it away in the hopes that they might actually provide some support in the future. Ridiculous to be honest because Razer are the only ones who actually produce a left-handed mouse which is much appreciated, but it's useless now for Mac users. Really needs to be addressed.
Signing this too. Not being able to configure a mouse, OK, but now I got the Kiyo Pro. So _please_ give us Mac support. And please give us some information! Are you working on it? Are you stuck? Are you not even considering it?

Mac support is definitely in high demand.
Really sad... I have used RAZER products for years, spent 1000's on items from them, and they are just going to leave all Mac users hanging.... last time I EVER buy anything from them again.
@Razer Dev Team: Plz add the support for Mac!

If you are a Mac customer who is considering purchasing a Razer product, please consider it again. It's absolute horror if Razer is not releasing proper support for it. I spend 1,5-2 hours this morning trying to make my mouse work properly. Absolute horror without a solution.... :<

If there is no help on this matter, I will consider dumping the Razer premium mouse into the trash and switching the brand to another.
bump and ask for a mac synapse 3 or I'm returning my tartarus v2
Adding to the voices for a Mac version of Synapse 3... get off the pot, Razer, or please start advertising that many of your products require Synapse 3 and there is no plan whatsoever to release it for the Mac.
waiting here....
Bit of a crazy workaround as I am also a Mac user but you can try and run Windows 10 via a Virtual machine. I use Parallels Desktop and it allows access to your USB devices from the Windows 10 operating system (usually a trial version of both) which can help all the Mac users out there.

Really simple to use and set up.
looks like it requires Synapse 3 so no.

Does The Viper Mini work with synapse 2? On mac
Try using Controller Mate as an alternative to Synapse.
A steep learning curve, but the best by far. Have used it for many years.
It can do ANYTHING.
I’d be happy if the RzUpater process will just stop crashing.

But seriously, I love my mouse but it REALLY needs updated Synapse software.
Guys don't buy razer if you are working on Mac or Linux. They don't support it, synapse 3 is great but its not working on Mac or Linux you can't use a Macro.. instead use a logitech i bought a logitech and it works on Windows and Mac when I switch laptop... macro is doing great kudos to Logitech!
Just bought a new mouse and headset only to discover that they are missing performance due to this. Really really disappointing.
I got the BlackShark V2 for Christmas and it's pretty upsetting that they seem to neglect mac users. It would be nice to see some sort of confirmation that it will be in development.

Yes Razer...continue to lack support for Mac.. great business decision. I am genuinely curious if you have anyone with brains on your board? With the progress Mac has made in the hardware department over Windows, as well as further integration of the Mac ecosystem throughout homes and between mobile devices and Macs (M1), it is blatantly clear within the next decade we will see a major drop in Windows use as Mac becomes the primary used machine. If your board members fail to see this, and continue to neglect Mac, your entire company will be left behind by the rapid advancement of technology, all because you refuse to dedicate a few software engineers to get this working on Mac. It is absolutely pitiful.
Just wanna chime in and say that this is a problem for me also.
