Synapse not reconizing devices

So I have a Naga Trinity and a Black Widow chroma v2 and my synapse just recently stopped detecting them. They still work the lights cycle but they are on different timings and there is no why to sync them with each other in synapse. If anyone has any idea how to fix this it would be great! Thanks in advance.

I have completely removed the Synapse 3 software. Manually deleted all Programm Files, Temp, AppData.
Disconnect all my hardware, than plug only Deathadder...nothing happens.
I also uninstalled synapse and it did not change anything.
After the lat update, my Razer devices keep disconnecting and connecting randomly.
Yea mine is still not working either. Well the way its going when I replace my keyboard and mouse I will be getting someone elses product. 😞
I started new topic under support section:

Came here looking for an answer and all I see is the same complaints.
Razer Blade Stealth 2019
Core V2
Nommo Chroma
DeathAdder
Kraken Tournament
BlackWiddow

All are recognised except for the V2.

I paid a lot of money for this stuff and I want to be able to use it properly. There are cheaper and better eGPU enclosures out there Razer - fix this please!
Also having troubles here. Support tech suggested I return my Core v2 for a direct replacement, or consider the Core X. I returned for a direct replacement. No dice. Very unfortunate that a $500 piece of hardware doesn't work. This is clearly a software issue as I went through a very lengthy troubleshooting call with RAZER support. I also went through the trouble of 1) rolling windows back to 1803, 2) uninstalling Synapse 3, 3) using the ME firmware updater, 4) updating Wndows back to 1809, 5) jiggering Synapse 3, 6) surviving BSOD crashes at boot, and 7) contemplating bringing the new device out back to shoot it...

Very displeased with the amount of time/effort I've put into trying to make this relationship work. It's not me, it's you, RAZER...sad sad sad.
I'm sure that this will work :

Do all steps bellow without conect the razer device.

1 - download this file: cdn.razersynapse.com/1533035498f3QE4AcsRazerCynosaV2Setup_v3.3.0802.073117.exe,
2 - unistall razer synapse, clean all razer files remain,
3- very important step : download synapse3 installer, run it >>>but first install razer cortex only<<<, don't install synapses yet.
4- execute file downloaded before,
5- re-run synapses installer, install synapses,
6- Once synapses instaled and runing, connect the razer device. thats all.

For sure this will solve all problems of razer devices detecet
Аfter the last update, the Synapse 3 application stopped detecting all my Razer hardware. I have Nommo Pro, Deathadder Elite, Firefly, Chroma HDK, Nari Ultimate, Base Station Chroma. Before that, everything worked fine. Reinstalling the application did not help.
i installed and uninstalled my synapse and until now it not detect my blackwidow as well ...
just can detect my Deathadder and Kraken ...

im done with it so i dont do the setting to my keyboard ..
Аfter the last update Synapse 3 stopped detecting all my Razer hardware as well... (Cynosa, Abyssus, Goliathus).

Try to remove razer devices from device menager menager in windows to force driver reinstall. When you remove device from device menager unplug device then reboot pc and plug back.

Thats not helping, im start to think it is related to windows 7, but im not sure.

Can you connect your devices to difrent pc and cheack if the issue is also there ?

Why don't give us standalone installer of previous version Synapse 3 ???

First of all synapse 3 is a beta softwere older versions have many bugs so the new is always more stabile then previous. Installer of synapse also works as downloader with get the current version of softwere from razer server.
No solution, no answers...absolutly nothing.

Do what I did , buy and plan ahead according to what people report on the software front , Razer Naga 2014 still rocking it , razer firefly cloth edition and a BlackWidow Chroma TE Yellow Switches V2 they work flawlessly in Synapse 2.0 so im set !

I ain't upgrading to 3.0 until that abysmal pile of p00p is out of the BETA. GL dudes

Where can I find a 2.0 download and is it likely to work with newer devices?

My laptop also recognizes it as a Razer Naga in devices but razer synapse 2.0 does not recognize the device at all.

If you want to use synapse 2 with naga trinity it will not work becose synapse 2 dont support this mouse at all. All new devices with few exepction on headset support synapse 3 only.
i just spent all day and i got TartarusV2 to work, finally.

i run win7 64.
i had exact same issue. Razer Control Device Driver failed install. you have to be looking at hidden devices in device manager to even see that this didnt install correctly.

first go to windows update and make sure you have any with Razor in the heading. I didnt have this one.
-Razer Inc - HIDClass - 1/1/2017 12:00:00 AM - 6.2.9200.16448-

this one got things to show up in my device manager.

second go to windows update again and get this specific update.

The windows error (code 52) is what lead me to this. its some bullshit about SHA1 and SHA2 certificate crap for windows whlq certified driver crap. win7 wont take sha2 or a mix of the two or something like that.

hope this helps.

had the same issue, turned out to be synapse hating anything plugged into a usb hub. Maybe that's an issue

A bit late to the party here...I just bought a Razer Tartarus today and Synapse listed it as being disconnected. So I did exactly the same thing; disconnected it from my USB HUB and connected it to it's own USB 2.0 port. It was immediately recognized as being connected by Synapse and can now be customized flawlessly. Win7 64 also recognized it properly after reconnecting too, because while it was showing up as a working device under Devices & Printers initially, it wasn't being recognized as a game controller.

Something I've learned in the past year, is that there's a problem with the some of the early gen Etron USB chipsets with supporting USB 2.0 devices connected via a USB 3.0 HUB. Razer devices aren't alone with that - a lot of TrackIR users have reported not being able to connect that device to such a HUB configuration either. I know if I try connecting my Logitech mouse or keyboard to my HUB, my PC has fits.

Did you try to unistall and reinstall synapse ?
Userlevel 7
I assume you uninstall every razer softwere not just only synapse 3 and delete the files in appdata and programfiles ? You can try to go to device menager and one by one remove device and unplug it when everything will be remove and unplug reboot pc and when windows boot plug one by one this way windows will download and install device driver.
