When will Razer Blade 16” (OLED, RTX 4090, 2024 model) be supported?? Its flagship device, how is it possible its not yet supported?

So far so good, even with my Nari (not Ultimate or Essental, just Nari) not being fully supported. Oddly though, my mouse (Naga Pro V2 connected via Dock pro) keeps losing its Chroma profile (defaulting), and when it happens, the Chroma and Synapse app windows open. Not a bit deal, but has anybody else has thiis problem?

Were you able to import the Razer Chroma profile? I couldn't even do that. I'll have to create everything from scratch again or wait for them to resolve the profile import issue.

I see “Razer Tartarus Pro Type”, is this a new one? My one is only “Razer Tartarus Pro”. Are they the same?

Downloading now, I can't wait for a faster Synapse, my eyes are shining!😍

EDIT: Oh man! I need to expor all my Devices profiles!? I have a lot of them 😶

EDIT 4: Tartarus Pro yet not supported, be advised. - 🛑 🚩 Cloud impot do not working yet, so, certify of export all profiles locally. 🚩🛑 Anyway, finally the Macro module is very fast to manage now, phew… 🤗

EDIT 5: To import macros from Synapse 3 to Beta you need to do it one by one?! 😨 A have a lot of them… 😶 It would be nice to have a feature to import all macros archives at once or select more than one at time. 🤔

I am happy that now most my stuff is supported, now if the Loupedeck Razer Stream Controller would be added… I would probably be happy, Maybe lol

its march 1st and still not for krekav v3 hypersense but in this post it shows krekan v3 hypersense support in february !!!

yes sir because he show just update he didnt update the synapse and just show what he haved !

The list of supported devices was updated today, but there is no new update for Synapse, which is just weird.

Hii can you give priority and add BlackShark V2 Headset? its good priced and great headset and it deserve some priority, epically that all the newer blackshark v2 versions are calibrated and supported

Synapse 3 hat es regelmäßig versäumt, das Profil zu wechseln, wenn ich das Spiel gewechselt habe, und das ganze Jahr oder länger hatte ich die Maus. Jedes Update drückt mir die Daumen.

Ich dachte, ein großes, schickes Update wie dieses, mit "verbesserter Leistung" usw., könnte das Problem endlich zur Ruhe bringen.

Meine erste und letzte Razer-Maus, ehrlich. Naga v2 "pro".

 

Es handelt sich hier um das Forum für die Synapse Beta und das in einer Beta noch nicht alles rund läuft, darüber sollte man sich im Klaren sein sobald man sich besagte Beta installiert! 

Ich melde, dass etwas mit der Beta, mit dem Kontext, nicht funktioniert.

The backlight on the keyboard Razer Huntsman V2 does not work, despite the fact that the keyboard is detected in the application, and the settings are set to "Advanced effects"

Synapse 3 regularly failed to switch profiles when switching games, for the entire year or more I’ve had the mouse. Every update crossing my fingers.

Thought a big fancy update like this one, with “improved performance” etc might finally put the issue to rest.

Nope.

My first and last Razer mouse, honestly. Naga v2 “pro”.

When will Razer Barracuda be supported?

I noticed following bugs:

  • Synapse Beta is not changing profile automatically to linked games for me
  • Getting Local/Cloud conflict Pop-up quite often
  • Unable to edit certain macros
     

Uninstalled the beta and went to the regular App and everything is wokring without any problems. Beta has some serious issues when it comes to profiles and macros :(

Now it´s work with the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro(2023).

And like the old synapse 3, you can´t adjust anything.

But it´s more courteous because there is no option to adjust something:

 

Why? 

May 2023 it was possible in the old version and has a effect…

3 month and it´s about one yeahr broken.

Why does it take so long to solve so many problems?
Isn't Razer a big company?

The lighting on the Mouse Dock Pro should turn off when the PC is shut down and only be on when the mouse is on the dock to charge! Please implement it if possible, it would be very important if Razer implemented it! :D

Yesterday I updated to Version 4.0.76.19. My 2022 Blade 15 was running on battery during the upgrade process. After the update I turned OFF the laptop. Today I turned ON again, and after the Windows and other softwares - including the Synapse - was up and running i connected my power cord to my Blade and the following message pops up in the right bottom corner.

After that i removed the power cord, closed Synapse, re-open the Synapse and reconnected the power cord, the message doesn’t pop up any more. 

I know this isn’t a big issue but i think you have to check it to avoid potential customer complaints in the future.

Is there a plan at all for a MacOS version of Synapse?  I haven’t seen a reply about this question anywhere.  Even support won’t give an answer.

I find it mind boggling that reviewer sites list the Kiyo Pro as one of the best webcams for Macs yet you have zero ability to control the features.  It’s a great webcam!  I just hope I can zoom in at some point instead of having to pull my monitor way too close to my face.
