Synapse 3 QWERTY to AZERTY switch bug

Who thought that setting Synapse 3 to QWERTY layout by default was a good idea?
I bought the Tartarus v2 and am using AZERTY keybind but when i use Synapse 3 it tells me that my keybinds are on QWERTY (example Key 08 set to W but when i press it it gives Z).
when are they gonna give us a simple fix for this broken layout so i can keybind my Tartarus without looking at a virtual QWERTY keyboard for my binds.
at this point I wont' recommande at all buying any Razer product that uses Synapse 3

    I just think that it has to do with the fact that your in a different country, I don't really know the answer to your question, but I am just assuming with the fact that your in a country where synapse is functioned differently,

    no way dude, i've been using the G13 from logitech for more than 5 years now and never seen this kind of issues.
    also i use a Corsair keyboard which works perfectly.
    This is a Synapse 3 bug because this soft is set to QWERTY only.
    I don't know where Razer get their devs but i think they should verify their diplomas beofre hiring them.
    I've moved from Razer to Logitech 5 years ago because of this Synapse 2.0 broken mess and it seems this mess continues with Razer 3.
    I'm gonna return back the Tartatrus V2 because of this if i can't find a solution fast. will never recommande this brand because of this Synapse 3 soft
