I just wanted to thank the Razer team for ensuring me that they're going out of there way for me. I recently had an issue with my razer death adder v2 pro as it stopped recognising my computer. They sent a dongle but still doesn't connect. I know that the warranty is out but they're still trying to see if they do a full replacement. 

I spoke to Alexander on the phone today and he's very helpful. Wanted to personally thank him aswell.

My experience so far with razer has been absolutely easy even though moat has been through email.
