well, I already been used for several days feel nice except 16g on board and can you add the fanspeed control option on custom mode because when I maximize the performance of blade 14 the cpu temperature was too high because the fanspeed was auto control .

Specifically this model: RZ09-03287EM2-R3U1 500gb is not realistically going to work for me if there is no second slot

I couldn't find support for this specific issue (could be since it's for Razer's newest product) I just received my Razer Blade 14 (2021) and after all the updates I received this notice that the Windows installation on this device is not activated. Purchase Date: 6-15-2021 Receive Date: 6-21-2021

Hello, I have been struggling with a Black screen on my razer blade 17 pro with a RTX 2080 Super max Q. I am aware of the black screen issue with this specific laptop, however, I cannot even connect to an external HDMI anymore. I tried shutting down my computer, letting it die and recharging, still nothing. I am currently on Dedicated graphics mode as of me shutting down the computer, I am at a loss. Razer support has not done a thing to help and has ignored what I’ve told them. If anyone has a solution that can get my screen to come back on, that would be great. Thanks in advance

Hi Razer I love my Blades 15" but I have 4 feature requests... Can we please get: 1. A Chroma Razer logo on the lid. 2. Underglow lighting - This would be cool especially when I'm stuck in meetings at work 2. Get a finger print scanner added. I'm not a big fan of Facial Recognition 3. External Power button. With the new Thunderbolt Doc can we get an external power button to be able to turn on the laptop in closed lid mode. I'd consider updating to a 17" blade if you'd fix the battery situation. Can you up the battery to at least match the 15" at 90Wh or go beyond it to match the size of the laptop. Also add the features above. This would be very cool. Please consider my feature requests. In the mean time I'll wait for my pre-ordered 4k 15" Blade in 2 weeks Many thanks... hey you, i just got my laptop and updated nvidea graphics and windows i wanted to play call of duty cold war but the heat of the laptop reached 85 degrees so i did some research and change the fans to highest on costum in synapse and changed a setting in advanced battery settings so i am thinking of getting a cooling pad for under the laptop or laptop stand i saw that a cooling pad didn't realy help on youtube bc this laptop had already 4 fans so so you guys have any idea's or what do you use to cool this beast let me know:D ps i dont did any intel graphics update bc idk if i need that

Hi, I have a Razer Balde 2018 advanced. A opened it to replace the battery and clean the fans. After putting it back together, the webcam and microfone are not recognized anymore. I mean, physically. Windows and Linux does not find any device of that kind. I looked for videos about replacing webcam just to find where it is and check if it is connected, but didn't found any video at all about it. Is there any videos for replacing webcam and where it is connected to the motherboard for this model, So I can try to fix it or at least check if it is just a reseeding problem? Also, is there any way I could have disabled it on bios? I looked for options but also didn't see any options that could signal this behavior. Edit: It doesn't need to be video, for the matter. It could be a maintenance manual as well, anything that could help.

I’d love to see Razer allow us to enable RAM XMP in the bios settings in future bios update for the Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2021 early model and maybe allow us some over clocking features in there too

I have a new razer keyboard, every time I turn my laptop on, I can't do anything. My taskbar is loading and nothing works. When I restart my laptop with the on/off button (because I can't turn it off with the system). It work, I don't know why. But if I can't fix this stupid system now, I send the keyboard back because the software which is necessary for the keyboard broke my whole fucking laptop. Does someone know how to fix this? I'm abt to send this keyboard back. And never buy a razer product again

Hi First post here after a fairly thorough search and its a doozy! My PSU melted with a wonderful smell of burning rubber and plastic. So now I'm trying to find a decent replacement power supply, after going back and fourth with support and getting provided a link for an out of stock product, I thought I'd turn to the community! Surely some of you fine folks have had their power supplies fail? Anyone using a third party PSU that they could recommend? I've had a quick look on eBay and Amazon, but another opinion would always be welcome.

Hi All, does anyone know how to stop the CPU when plugged in running over 4GHz, as soon as I plug it in it goes from a near silent laptop to a power house and the fans always running. When on battery the clock speed is near the base clock of 2.30 GHz and the laptop is pretty much silent. Soon as you plug it in, its starts boosting to over 4GHz all the time. I really want the laptop to be quiet and run near or below base clock, unless Im asking it to do something intensive, any way to limit it in Synapse or is there a new BIOS? the last BIOS Razer released was 1.06 officially. I have tried turning on or off Optimus, running in power save mode but nothing stops the cpu boosting when its plugged in. Its annoying me now.to have fans always going with the system not really doing much. Thanks, Tom

Hello community I have a rz09-0165 laptop and my screen was crack after to discuss the technical aupport for solution they advice me to send the laptop to reaper in their labs and they dont send replacement parts ,the problem is the laptop is belong to an organisation that i work for and therefore i prohibited to send it according to company rules. I look for a match screen to order from ebay /amazon or other site but didnt manage. I did manage to find a rz-01952(2016) and rz09-0130(2015),rz09-0116(2014) screen they are all 14 inches Qhd+ resolution ,gloosy like my screen but i know if one of them can be appropriate replacment. Any help to find a way to replace the screen /answar about the comptabilty issue will be very appreciated, All the best , Gal

Hi, been looking into getting a 1 or 2TB SSD. I know I need a M.2 PCIe drive but was wondering what to get. Looking at https://www.tomshardware.com/uk/reviews/best-ssds,3891.html it says 'But to make use of that speed today, you'll need either an X570 motherboard or B550 board on the AMD side or a new Z590 motherboard from Intel.'. So was wondering if it is cost-effective to get a PCIe v4 drive (and will it even work) or are other cheaper drives just as fast (considering my laptop is a few years old and I don't know if it supports the latest PCIe standards). I am very happy with the speed of the supplied drive and don't want to pay top dollar for the best drive if it will not get any benefit due to the motherboard. Lots of googling has not helped me work out what version of PCIe the laptop has (which version/generation is it). So if someone can help me with the version of PCIe or good recommendations for which SSD to go for that would be great.

Hi friends, My caps lock light indicator (the small white light on the button) does not work in Windows, but works in Bios mode. The button toggles caps lock mode fine. It worked before, but stopped working after some windows update this year, I assume. I've contacted the support via reddit but they recommended me to uninstall windows updates one by one, I don't think I have time to do this now. Perhaps someone has had the same issue? Let me know if you know something about this. Thanks.

I am wondering what displays are compatible with the Razer blade stealth 13 RZ09-02393. Are there any displays from other models that are compatible with this one? Are there any specific display models that may not be from a Razer laptop that are compatible with the device?
