My product serial number is invalid. why? now how to make please help me

So I have built a new computer it's all fun until you encounter a blue screen with a pfn error. When I verified my driver it gave a driver verification error with the exact driver it was. Rzdev_051c.sys was the issue. I did a quick search online and found out it was a razer driver. To double check I decided to look at all my razer driver Ids in device manager and it was in fact razer nari. I have already tried to uninstall the driver and reinstall it, I did the verification and it's still the issue. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be most appreciated. Idk if it matters but my pc specs are and ryzen 7 2700x and nvidia geforce gtx 1660 super.

So, recently I updated my Razer Synapse and it was all good before now when I try to adjust my fan it doesn't give me an option to. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem was

I've got a 2080 Razer Blade Pro 17, love it when plugged in, absolute beast mode, but on battery it's terrible. Takes longer to boot, to respond, to do anything. I looked at the Windows power profiles but nothing seems to get the same performance as it gets plugged in. I'm not bothered about battery life for the main part, I just wait it to boot and respond like it does on mains. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing? Cheers, Graeme.

Hi, I have a core x and a razer base 2019 model . I would like to use both gpu's for rending in Redshift. I have got this working in the past, but have completely forgotten how I set this up. My machine was repaired and the machine was wiped. Any clues would be great. Thanks in advance

I'm interested in getting a razer laptop but I'm not sure what to really look for I'm thinking about getting a Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition which has Quadro RTX 5000 but the Razer Blade 15 Advanced Edition is cheaper and has Geforce RTX 3080 would it be worth it to get the studio edition or advanced edition?

Hi, Looking to purchase the Blade 15 Base Edition (link) which comes with 16GB RAM. I have looked online but unable to find out the maximum amount of RAM that can be installed on this model if I want to upgrade. Can anyone advise? Also, is there any limit on the size of an M2 SSD that can be put into this thing if I wanted to upgrade (yes I know it has a 2nd slot). Thanks y'all R

Where can I find drivers for windows 10 for my model? I need them to install the system on a new disk - unfortunately I cannot use the recovery partition because the new disk has a different size than the old one, it is smaller. I have an installation usb with windows 10 but I need drivers for it - the touchpad on the installation media does not work.

Hi all, I am looking to add an additional 1 TB of storage to my Blade 15 2020 Base and was planning to get the Samsung Evo 970 Plus. However, some buyers have warned that it can get quite hot and can have a notable increase on standard laptop operating temperature. I was wondering what other peoples' experience has been with upgrading the M2 NVME storage on a Blade 15. Has anyone installed the Samsung Evo 970 Plus? Are there other brands you have purchased which work well and have had no impact on overall laptop temperature? I do not really want my fans being noisy all the time. Thanks

Hey everyone, Just recently purchased the Basilisk V2 mouse, and the Huntsman Mini keyboard for day trading stocks. I went ahead and downloaded the Razer Synapse software so that I can sync all of my devices with my IMac but I keep receiving and error, "Please Connect A Razer Synapse Enabled Device", as if they are not able to locate any of the devices I have connected. I have opened and closed the Synapse software, received the latest update, and even attempted to disconnect and reconnect my devices with the program running and still nothing has been detected. Has anyone else ran into this problem? If so, how were you able to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's for my partner and I'm setting it up, I've done a factory reset and tried to locate it to no avail. Here are some screen shots. I got it off Amazon and have searched for an answer but think I'm missing something. My fear is the info from the Amazon website is misleading? Thankyou!

Hey Guys, I have a 2019 Razerblade 15 advanced 144hz 1080 laptop. I just bought a dell2721dgf monitor with 165hz and 1440 reso. What is the best display cable for this? I can't find any mini dp to dp for 2k @ 165hz. Do I get thunderbolt 3(usb-c) to dp? or thunderbolt 3(usb-c) to a dp adapter? Please let me know!!!! thanks!

Updating to this bios will remove the ability for the CPU to turbo boost in Windows 10. I've done several clean installs from W19 1909 to 20H2, and the issue persists across all 3 major W10 versions. I'll pay a bounty if anyone can get me a backup of their bios from their 2020 Stealth on an older bios version. Thanks!

Hi all, I have had my Razor Thresher wireless headset for a while now and enjoyed them on the Xbox one X but I have upgraded to Xbox series x and have found that I think they are turning the console back on after I power the console down. So, I turn off the X as usual with the controller and a few seconds later, it turns back on as does my controller except my controller doesn't connect with the X and I have to do a hard reset. The reason I think it's the headset is because there have been other instances where other wireless headsets have had the same effect (noticeably Arctis 9x). They have released a hardware update for their headsets which have mainly fixed their sets. Do Razor intend to do the same? Are there other instances of this happening to other people? Is there and hints/help that folks can give me to address this issue? I have spoken to Microsoft and they have said that some headsets are doing this but it's down to each company to put out a firmware update. Many Thanks all

It worked fine before. But now the front facing camera doesn't work in any camera app, and the rear facing camera crashes or doesn't start. I can't take pictures at all. Part of my job requires me to take pictures with my phone. This is very frustrating. Everyone seems to be having the same issue with the Razer Camera 2. How can we fix the problem?

Hi all, I checked my Razer Blade Pro with CPU-Z and it seems Razer shipped my machine with 3200MHz-capable RAM, but it's actually being run at 2933MHz (per Razer's official specs). Has anyone also received 3200MHz RAM for their 2933MHz Blades? Has anyone gotten it to run at 3200MHz, since the RAM itself supports it (and there seems to be several references to Blades being able to run RAM at that speed as well?)

Hello everyone, I just realized that my razer blade's battery inflated and I want to find a replacement for it. I do not have a warranty for the laptop anymore and do not know where to find the battery replacement. Thank you for the help.

I bought the Core X in hopes it would be compatible, I have yet to find any documentation that reports this. Seeing the message on this board and other I am little concerned making changes to my 3 year old Razer Blade and it not work and I am stuck with software I can't use or worse hardware that won't work. Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone has an updated razer windows 10 theme? I've just gotten a razer blade 15 and I would love to have a razer windows theme that customises the whole look to match the razer style. Everything I've found on youtube and google show themes that are so obviously made in like 2010. I was wondering if this is something that people do or if anyone knows where I could find a theme like this?

I have an issue where the laptop will not charge over usb-c until it is turned on. Anyone else have this issue?
