I posted one of these questions in support when I should have posted here. Sorry. Is it possible to turn off the logo, or change its color? The manual says "Two 120mm fans or two 140mm fans can be mounted on the top of the chassis. You can also mount a radiator depending on the size of your other components." What is the largest supported radiator for the top, assuming no interfering components? Thanks!

I have a mid 2020 Razer Blade 15 Advanced and a late 2020 Razer Blade Stealth. When connected to a Razer Core X Chroma with an RTX 3080 or 3090 outputting to a ROG PG65U 4k HDR monitor, the laptops freeze after a few minutes of use, and ultimately reboot. I have tried replacing the eGPU with a new unit, changing graphics cards, reinstalled Windows, and tried a new Thunderbolt cable with no success. I bought the Stealth thinking I had a defective Blade 15, but the exact same issue happens on both laptops. Please help!

I'm interested in buying a Razer Blade Pro 17 this weekend as part of a sale. Specifications for the model are: Intel Core i7-10875H RTX 2080 Super Max-Q 17.3" FHD 300hz 512Gb SSD My question is what refresh rates can I select within Razer Synapse for the 300Hz display? I'm thinking 60Hz, 144Hz, 240Hz and 300Hz. (My current Razer Blade 15 has a 60Hz and 144Hz option). Also more importantly, I want to run an LG UltraGear 27GL850 27" 1440p 144Hz display off the Razer Blade Pro 17 via HDMI 2.0b, will this run OK at 1440p 144Hz or will I have issues? Just got my Razer Blade 15 (2020) Advanced as all round it it was the best system for my needs as a developer; unfortunately the stock 16gb memory was not enough. Decided to upgrade my system a couple of days ago with 64gb of HyperX 3200 memory. Upgrade went smoothly and everything works, sadly this has been a very negative experience. Whilst the upgrade went smoothly, the process of getting the back cover off was a nightmare. I used a t5 torx screwdriver to get the screws out, the threadlock in the sockets meant having to apply a significant amount of force to get them out. One of the screws in the right corner was just impossible to get out, so much so that I ended up shredding the screw. To get that one out I had to tap the screw with a drill bit. After performing the upgrade, I proceeded to begin reattaching the backplate with the remaining screws. Hi, I'm looking to get the advanced, but has seen lots of horror stories about BSOD caused by various different causes. e.g. synapse, BIOS, and the list goes on. Just wondering if someone can please put my mind at ease whether I should or should not go with razer? I'm also wondering if the BSOD relating to Synapse is only happening on base models? or is it in related to the 1660 RTX? any input be much appreciated. cheers

Hi, I've just got the early 2020 blade stealth (rz09-03102e22-r3b1) 2 weeks ago. However I only get 2-3 hours of battery life. Is this normal? I didn't get the 10 hours battery life as advertised. I understand that the 10 hours is very optimistic but I am expecting somewhere around 6-7 hours of usage. I have done all sorts of tweaks to save more battery but it didn't help at all. Just wondering if anyone experience this as week. Thanks

I was seeing that my 2018 Razor Blade 15 Adv was heating up so I opened to clean out the fans and such from dust. I noticed that the battery seems to be swelling. I took it out for safety reasons. The plastic on the outside even has dimples from specks of dust and such that got in and got pressed against the bottom plate. I know my warranty is expired. I was wondering if Razor sells replacement batteries? Otherwise I am stuck running with out a battery.

So, as usual Razer pushes out a new BIOS update (http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=1005&pcid=996&nav=0,350,996) and hasn't really provided any post or explanation here as to precisely what this BIOS provides besides just a single line regarding 'Core isolation -> Memory Integrity'. It's not enough/acceptable information for important firmware updates. V1.05 seems to have been skipped, so please can someone at Razer implement some organization and communication and tell us what exactly this BIOS brings to our products? I'm honestly shocked at the lack of care/consideration/effort made to keep consumers informed...

So I recently purchased the Razer Blade 15 2020 Advanced model and had a few questions about upgrading the SSD and RAM. Will the unit support a 2TB hard drive? I am currently looking at the Samsung - 970 EVO Plus 2TB Internal PCI Express 3.0 x4 (NVMe) Solid State Drive for Laptops with V-NAND Technology. Just want to make sure it is supported/compatible. I know that I will need to clone my current drive and swap it out. I was hoping to also upgrade the RAM but that isn't as important to me as the hard drive space. Does the model I have only support up to 32GB or can it do 64GB? While I have done a little bit of research for the hard drives I don't really know what the "best brands" or best types of RAM are so any advice or feedback on that is also appreciated. I can probably get away with the 16GB that comes with this model, but figured if I was going to crack it open for the hard drive, I'd explore any other upgrades that I might think about later on. I have a Razer Blade 15 2020 that i recently bought, everything has been fantastic with it. I just turned it on and my speakers arent working. I did notice that the driver isnt the Realtek one that it was before. I went to Razers support website but they dont have the audio drivers available for download there and i am unable to find them after hours of google searches... Please anyone, help, i would greatly appreciate it. I am using this laptop for Zoom calls with my school.

Hi, I recently replaced the SSD on my razer. This was a very easy simple process however I hit a few snags. The first was I feel like I am missing some razer drivers that I had before. Some UIs are slightly different and the computer just feels different. Also on bootup I no longer get the razer startup I now just get a generic ugly windows startup. Nothing is wrong with it. It performs great. I am wondering if there is a way to install an exact copy of razer's default factory settings rather than windows' factory settings so I don't have to worry about any of this stuff. Or if there is a way to clone an exact copy of my old factory SSD: NVME, drivers, boot up, and all and transfer that to my new one.

Hi, I'm trying to connect my Apple Thunderbolt 27-inch display to my Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition 2020 using a StarTech.com Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt adapter. I'd appreciate any help. I have a ticket in with Razer tech support, but I'm not optimistic. This adapter is widely reported on the internet to successfully connect this Apple monitor to laptops from several manufacturers. I spoke to StarTech tech support, and they confirmed that it should work, depending on the settings of the laptop. When I connect the monitor to the RB15, nothing happens. The Monitor stays dark and the RB15 doesn't know it's there. The Monitor doesn't show up in the RB15's Thunderbolt control panel. I have verified that the entire hardware chain is in good working order. The chain is configured like this: RB15 TB3 Port>StarTech Adapter>Thunderbolt cable>Monitor The Thunderbolt-3 port on the RB15 and the adapter are working, because when I plug a Thunderbolt hard drive into them, the RB1

After months of battling a black screen issue, reformats and chasing forums post and fixes I can now see that a BIOS update is rolling out to just about every Razer laptop model with the exception of the Studio Edition. Since purchase there has been ZERO bios support. While I do enjoy the BIOS update here and there this is a requirement and I can not boot in my laptop at all for the fifth installation. At least I know why now. Why has the studio edition been ignored? I have a repeating $4K brick. Boot -> Windows10/Razer Logo -> Black Screen. Laptop has been on 1.03 since release. The support did not have a clue when I reached out. What else should I do?

Hi everyone, I just recently got a Razer Blade 2018 but had to factory reset it due to an ongoing blue screen issue. I'm now having a problem with my GPU not being detected because it should have included a 2060 GPU. But it's not showing up in Device manager and GeForce Experience isn't picking up the card to load drivers. Any advice or links to get the proper driver package? Thank you

I have an LG G-Sync Moniter, and the Razer Blade 15 RTX 2070 512GB. Like the title says, the lag spikes I am getting are unbearable... It possibly is since the GPU driver updates? Anyone else having performance issues?

So little less then 2 weeks ago I ordered and Recieved the new Razer blade. (Not stealth) Once I booted up OW and started playing a bit whilst razer cortex enabled (which tells me the FPS) it kept being around the 22-30. I did turn up the settings to high because looking at the specs of the new blade I would expect it to run ultra or epic since the specs on my desktop are a lot worse and that runs high with 80 FPS on avarage. I'm upset that I can't reply to this thread. Having it closed out seems to dismiss this real problem. /bulging-battery-and-planned-obsolescence.30386/ I am on my f'ing 3rd laptop with a severely swollen battery which causes the trackpad to bulge out. It's crazy. You have to spend $100 every time you want to send it in, they will not send you a new battery. It's insult to injury. The swollen battery issue shouldn't happen at all, yet they let it. I used to be impressed with this brand of laptop but now a 0/10 easy. They don't stand behind their own engineering. This should be a mass-recall yet they wont. I have a hard time understanding how "most" other people don't have this issue. It seems like a 100% chance of occurring in my case. Let me be clear, this isn't just a bad battery issue. The swelling of the bad battery actually bends the laptop shell. It's a soft metal, so the laptop starts to bend.

Hi ! I just bought my Razer Blade 15 (2020 model) i7-10750H with a rtx 2060, I was running warzone on it today and I got extremely high temps (CPU- up to 98 degrees , GPU - up to 87 degrees) , and as you know undervolting isn't possible on the 10th gen , can you recommend me some other ways(other than a cooling pad) to reduce these crazy temps, the laptop is gorgeous and i love it but this is really bothering me.
