Does anyone know if they'll be making a Synapse 3 for Mac? I want to use the FireFly V2 mouse pad, but it doesn't work on my Mac.

Hi, I've got a Blade 15 Advanced (2018) 1070 and want to hook it up to three 2560 x 1440 monitors to play games. What's the easiest way to do this? Ideally I would like to use a thunderbolt dock that has 3 display outputs, but I have read that the thunderbolt/USB C port may only be connected to the integrated GPU and not the 1070? I was also thinking of using the mini display port and a display port hub and MST to connect all the monitors that way. Has any one done anything similar before or got any suggestions? Thanks!

Just this past week, my wife's Razer Blade 15" Base (mid-2019) laptop lost its Bluetooth controller. As described in this older thread: /razer-blade-2016-bluetooth-gone.14247/ it wasn't simply that the Bluetooth drivers wouldn't load, but Windows 10 did not believe that the laptop had any Bluetooth hardware installed at all. Given the three inconvenient options: Reinstall Windows 10 Contact Razer Support to request a hardware replacement Spend $20 on a Bluetooth 5.0 USB dongle we chose the least-worst option: 3. Now here's where things get interesting. Last night, I plugged in a Techkey (generic) USB Mini Bluetooth 5.0 EDR Dongle without loading the recommended Realtek Bluetooth device drivers ('cuz who reads instructions anyway?). Windows recognized the new Bluetooth Dongle and loaded the existing Intel drivers. Bluetooth was now recognized by Windows, but the Windows Device Manager showed a yellow triangle with exclamation point stating that the drivers did not load correct

Hello, I bought a RZ09-0328 from Best Buy and it came with a 512ssd and rtx2060 which I believe is the base model. Now what options do I have for adding more ssd space to the computer, do I have a free slot to add a new ssd drive or do I need to upgrade the one I am currently using? Can anyone recommend a good replacement or new SSD that will work in this system? Thank you, Justin

So I picked up the 2020 base model with the rtx 2060 max q. After doing some reading I have seen the advanced 2070 super. The advanced has a different cooling as well. the price is just 200$ more. Is it worth returning this one and getting the upgrade? please vote and also let me know your thoughts

After having the absolute WORST experience ever with Razer and the Razer Blade Pro a couple years ago, I distanced myself from the company and all of it's products. (Took 2 years of fighting with support, multiple complaints to the BBB, and never actually got a fully working machine. Even had to sell it "new" for a couple thousand dollar loss because I was just done. You can check my past posts if you really want to see.) Anyway, I am on the market for another machine, and as an engineer I want something that can handle any kind of load (probably upgrade to 32 Gb of RAM if not more) and be able to be used for any kind of ML as well as some hard core gaming. Can the machine handle it? I'm honestly on the fence between this, the top of the line Surface Book 3 (which has the 32Gb of RAM), and the Alienware m15 with the i9 and 32Gb of RAM for the same price and the top Razer Blade 15 (with 16Gb).

The sleeve is designed around the older rounded edges of the stealths, as I have the new 2020 stealth with the new body design it does not fit, the laptop you have to push with heavy force and it gets stuck half way in, good luck getting the laptop back out! I have notified support, looks like these sleeves will be revised for the new stealth!

I recently purchased the Razer Blade Studio edition and want to know from other owners how long the battery is supposed to last and under what conditions? Is there a benchmark test that people can use to test for battery performance?

I recently bought a Razer Ripsaw HD and it’s not recording the audio. I’m using OBS and playing on ps4. It’ll record the screen but no audio is being picked up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

When I got my Razer Core V2 a couple years ago, it gave me nothing but connection problems. No matter what I tried it would just flash on my monitor for a second then disconnect, with device manager spitting all kinds of errors. I happened upon a post on these forums saying to just turn off wifi. Lo and behold, it worked like a magic. Absolutely zero problems after that, except now I don't have internet. I'm lucky in my setup having an Ethernet cable nearby, but when I tried plugging that into my core the same exact problems started up again as pre-wifi. So i finally said screw it and bought an Ethernet to usb adapter and that has been my go-to ever since. Like I said, this went down almost two years ago. Has it been fixed? Is there an update out there I just didn't notice? Has anyone discovered a better workaround? The adapter I have gets the job done, but I would like my usb spot back and when I take my rig to a friends house I can't play any kind of online game unless the have Ethe

2019 RBA15 2080 OLED I'm not getting anywhere near published performance (3500 Read / 3300 Write) on this drive. I tested in my other laptop and had MUCH better results. Please let me know if there are other drivers or things to look at to help improve performance. Anyone try the Sabrent 2T drive? I just installed one to test and receiving even weirder results... my write speeds (2900) are higher than my read speeds (2600) and both are also much lower than published speeds. Fresh install of Windows 10 (build 2004) and only installed chipset, video drivers and Synapse3. Something just seems funky. I'm curious to know what others are experiencing as well. Thoughts?

I'm having a weird noise coming from my blade almost all the time now, it's really annoying. I can't tell which component exactly its coming from, but its about the same volume no matter how fast the fans are going, so I'm not convinced that its from the fans. I would almost think it's a hard drive, but I'm pretty sure I don't have one. The weird part is its actually seemed to change sound, as I took a video of it about a week ago, and a video of it now, and it sounds very different. Either that, or one noise went away and another one took it's place. Ive recently bought the Razer Core X Chroma for my 2019 Razer blade 15 adv with 2080Qmax. Im planning on purchasing a nvidia rtx 2080 ti. However, ive noticed there are several versions - Asus, Founders Edition, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI etc.... Why are there so many versions? Which one will be best for my razer laptop setup? Im confused on what to purchase. Note - I mostly do video work and a little bit of gaming. Thanks

I have a Razer Blade Pro 17 early 2019. The last couple of weeks I've been having issues with my bluetooth. My keyboard would randomly stop working. However, it would work on my other device. The only bluetooth device that works without a hiccup is my logi mx mouse. So I purchased a new Surface keyboard....same thing. The laptop finds it, but it will not connect. I uninstalled all the drivers, and re-installed. All of my drivers are up to date. I contacted technical support and they told me to try it again. Still no luck. Has anybody else run into this issue? Hey guys, I just got my new razer stealth 13 yesterday with the GTX 1650 Max-Q configuration, its an incredibly well built machine, but I'm curious if hearing a small audible spooling noise from the fan during intensive gaming is normal? I know the fans kick in overall for cooling, but should there be this faint high pitched sound? It actually sounds amazing, like a turbine spooling up lol, but its my first time with a razer laptop and I'm just wondering if there is cause for concern? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Nav

Do anybody know how to cool down my razer blade 2019 by XTU when I am playing games GTA5. My keyboard are always hot and it shows 80-85 temperature. Hi, I've got the RZ-02202E75 17.3 Razer Blade Pro with a cracked screen. Not necessarily a problem most days as I have an external monitor connected. But now I need access to the BIOS and bios doesn't display on the external monitor. I've tried different button combos with different timing. Still can't see bios on the external. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I am currently working on passing through the NVIDIA 1070 GPU into a windows KVM running on an arch Linux kernel. To get this to work I need to copy the frame buffer from the NVIDIA GPU and parse it through the integrated graphics so it can be outputted on the internal display as well as the HDMI output. I would assume the NVIDIA GPU is simply passed through via an internal PCIE lane due to its appearance in the PCIE configuration file but it seems to contradict itself since the HDMI port does not output by default to a secondary monitor and fails to detect it at all which shouldn't happen if the HDMI port is connected directly to the NVIDIA GPU's output. My suspicion based on that is that the laptop is MUXless and the HDMI output is sourced from the internal EGPU. if this is the case is there any kind of internal API I could use to create a software stub HDMI output from the GPU that I could copy the frame buffer from using a program like looking-glass? Just purchased a i7 8750 Blade 2080 max q and it look like I got good one. Thermals are great and with a slight cpu undervolt, I was able to score 17700 on firestrike. Is there any way to get an even better score? The GPU never gets above 74 degrees.

Hi Folks, Last month i took a plunge and got the razer blade 17 pro - I7-7820HK , GTX 1080 , 4k screen, 32gb ram , 1tb harddisk from Razer store directly. It was having a massive promotional discount online. Shipment was from Hongkong to my home country , Singapore. I could had chosen some other Acer / Asus / MSI latest models fitted with GTX 1660TI or GTX1070 GPU with the same money that i had paid for this razer but i really wanted to try out this laptop that was selling for USD$4000 back then. I'm just curious was it worth the $4 grand. I currently have another Acer predator 15 inch RTX 2060 model hence, i bought this razer as i wanted a 17inch at a great price. Out of the box, laptop physical and aesthetics were great. Excellent chassis strength and rigidity. No wobbly plastic outershell.
