I just bought my new Blade 2080 ver and want to upgrade the ram, however, there is 2 ram slot only, the max ram I can get from the market is 16GB x 2 = 32GB, anyone know where can I find the suitable ram for upgrade? (32GB x 2)

I have purchased a Razer Blade Pro 4k gtx 1080 2017 model back in November of 2018. My first unit had large amounts of backlight bleed around the corners of the display. So, I sent the laptop to Razer's Repair Center and they replaced the display with a new one. When I received my repaired Razer Blade Pro, the new display still has small amounts of backlight bleed. I'll give Razer's Repair Center some credit that this display is almost perfect with no dead pixels and the backlight bleed is much smaller than the first unit's display. I have been using this Razer Blade Pro for about a month and the backlight bleed still bugs me. However, I'm not sure if I should send this laptop back since Razer's Repair Center gave me another display with backlight bleed. So to anyone who might come across this thread, is this amount of backlight bleed on a system that costs 5k+ dollars acceptable? Or should I try Razer's Support System again and try to get a display that has no backlight bleed issues.

The title explains it. Here are the details: Blade Stealth 2019 model. When I first boot up, everything is fine. After a few minutes of use and being logged in to Windows 10 the device connect and disconnect sounds starts to play in a near loop for at least a few minutes (incredibly annoying). It seems to be magnified by moving the mouse or using the keyboard (both Logitech devices on the Unifying Receiver). However, neither device stops working or stutters during that time. If I open device manager, the list is refreshing over and over while this is occurring. Eventually, Windows either gets tired or the problem sorts itself out because it'll just stop. I have tried USBDeview and it has not revealed any USB devices that are connecting and disconnecting beyond the startup so I imagine it has to be something else. I have tried the Power Troubleshooter, which found no issues, and have researched the heck out of this on many forums and pages and not yet found anything that wor

Hello, I´m looking to buy a Razer Core V2 and I would appreciate your help with the right GPU to fit in. Since my laptop has i7-8656U proccessor. I´m deciding to not go with ny 20series GPU btu rather 10series. and even though the bottleneck is quite high I feel like the right choice is 1080Ti. Please correct me if I´m wrong. (Will be using external monior 1440p). So far my less pricey options are second hand gpu in warranty, since getting new 1080Ti is as expensive as getting 2080. Hi All, First time Razer owner here, just bought the new Razer Blade Stealth 2019 4K model. Like the laptop quite a bit, however, I have a bit of a dilemma. I am trying to find a dock that is Thunderbolt 3 compatible which (preferably) HDMI out, some USB 3.0 or 3.1 Type A ports, and ideally the ability to charge the laptop. I tried a Dell D6000, but it wouldn't charge the laptop, and the display switching was atrocious (huge lag of up to 15 seconds when I would close the lid to limit graphics to just the external monitor). Yes, I had the most recent updates from DisplayLink and the Firmware on the device was up to date. I am sending that back. So I am here to find alternatives. I do not consider myself much of a gamer (at least not at the moment, Flight Sim X and some Golf are about my speed) and so I am not convinced I need or want the Core V2 (especially at an additional cost of another about 1000.00 and the space required). Hey all, I know that with the full sized Blades there's a performance drop when trying to run games unplugged (the GPU requires more power than the battery can provide). I'm curious if there's a similar effect with the MX150 on the new Blade Stealths, or if you can expect maximum performance from a system that's unplugged? Cheers

I have a surface book 2 and found a low profile SD card carrier (BASEQI Micro SD) that fit flush against the SD slot. ie does not stick out. Its even silver to match the shell. On my Razer Blade Pro 17 I've not found such an option. Has anyone found such an option?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some help with my setup. I am currently rolling with my Razer Blade 15 (2018) Gtx 1070 Max Q with 144hz refresh rate and I'm plugged into my razer core v2 which is equipped with a EVGA Gtx 1080 ti graphics card via Thunderbolt 3. With that I just bought a new Alienware AW2518H 240hz monitor and I plugged that into the core via display port. I ran into the problem where I'm getting so much monitor lag that I can't even play my games. Hello, I recently purchased a VG248QE as a second monitor and wanted to connect it with my blade 15. I am using Thunderbolt 3 to DP but the problem is now both my laptop and the second monitor is using IGPU and I think it has to do with the cables I am using. Which cables do I need to have 144hz on the second monitor and also have it using the dedicated GPU? Thanks in advance.

Hey all...just picked up the Razer Blade Stealth 13. The one I got is the mid-tier model. The fan gets super loud. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what to set the fan speed to in Synapse? I don’t game. I got the computer for daily office tasks, school work, some light python programming, and eventually some studio recording for music. Any suggestions would be excellent. Thanks!

It looks like Razer is no longer making powerbanks for the Razer laptop. Does anyone know of other laptop power banks that they KNOW works? In the forum listings I've found it looks like most powerbanks aren't compatible, I'm not finding anything consistent for what works, just lots of speculation without verification.

Hi! I'm really interested in buying the new Blade 13, as I had been with the previous model. The one thing that keeps me from doing it is the keyboard. I'm portuguese and really don't want to have to resort to workarounds to use special characters like ´` ~ or ç, so a portuguese layout keyboard is a must have. I'm sure this has been adressed here before, but is there any way to change the standard keys with a different layout? Does anyone actually manufacture these keys? Thanks in advance, João

With the blade 15 rtx rendering the blade pro semi obsolete, and laptop RTX cards becoming a thing now i could see project valerie becoming real. we could see an i9 8950hk or a 9900k depending on razer's approach The main reason we didn't see project valerie was because of hardware not being powerful enough. I've been waiting for the blade 15 4k 1070 to come down in price and now that the new RTX line up has come i was hoping it would finally come down in price. However i cannot find a vendor that sells new 1070 max q blade 15's with the 4k panel. Anyone know where i can buy it?

I'm seeing inconsistent recognition of the Core X and 1080 GTX when connecting to my Blade Stealth. As a rule, I have the Blade in sleep mode when I connect the TB3 cable and USB cable from my Razer Laptop Stand. Likewise, I put the Blade to sleep before disconnecting. The fan on the Core X power supply always starts spinning upon connection, and the laptop always charges. When I bring the laptop out of sleep by hitting the power button, the GTX fan also spins up. However, sometimes the Core X is recognized in the "Attached Thunderbolt Devices" and I use the monitor connected to the 1080 with no issues, but sometimes it is NOT detected. It all starts after being a broke Razer fan years ago and all of the sudden having enough money to buy a laptop that not only looks cool but performs well in a very compact package.
