Just to make it Cristal clear for me, once you receive the denied email does it mean it might be validated later without needing to enter your credit card info again? Or in all the case I will have to do the whole order again once I have been contacted?
?
I strongly think to order on Amazon and wait a little bit more.
Time to step up your shopping experience Razer... especially knowing that another french user that also wanter to order a rtx 2080 went with the same payment denied issue.
On the topic of benchmark, it is still early and I have a little bit of difficulty to analyse the rtx maxq series.
Seems like the 2060 non max q is close from the rtx 2070 max q version and the rtx 2070 max q is close to the 2080 max q.
The non max q are on another level.
A little bit confused, as it might be hard to justify the price tag difference. We might need some LM cooling plus Underwood Overclock operation to really get the best of it.
Next week should be fun with plenty of info and benchmark.

RazerRanixI think I saw Min posting somewhere about this payment issues recently, when I’m not wrong he mentioned would look at it and his team will deal with that but it’s better reach support per phone in Hamburg headquarters or chats online to get faster update about your queue status. 2080 Blade performs pretty well actually it can achieve 21K graphics score on default gaming mode, only cpu that hold it to go higher, and that score already blows last gen a lot thick 1080 laptops out in to the ocean:) I believe it can get higher. I was tempting to get one actually but 1070 Blade still serves me well...be patient me;)

New Synapse 3 looks on Blade 15 RTX. Not with Blade 15 2018 so can’t confirm if it’s also available for last year model. There’s new creator mode option beside traditional Balanced and gaming mode and fan speed now is 5300rpm with low rpm not grey anymore which means may be reduce to that point.

RazerRanixI had to place a new order and credit card again. But this one failed as well. Then tried again, this one was stuck in receiving. Had to cancel. This takes 24 hrs as well, just to cancel. Then tried again, failed Then tried again and this one went through. But no shipping confirmation yet. And yes I bought a razor from them before, I logged in to purchase. It’s ridiculous to say the least. If order is stuck in received for 24 hours I suggest you cancel, support didn’t know how to track this or release for processing and blamed it on warehouse. You know your Oder is good to go when you receive e-mail telling you successfully processed your order and preparing for shipment and that your credit card will be charged. If not something went wrong. I understand all this from a new company but these guys have been around. They should not claim item is in stock and ship next business day if the item is in Hong Kong. Also, paying the extra 10 dollars for faster shipping doesn’t seem to do much. Good luck

Even if it's in Hong Kong it's still in stock and doesn't matter. At Christmas, I ordered a Blade 15 from Razer and an Asus from Amazon and the Razer arrived 1 day before my Amazon Prime order. Literally arrived under 36 hours after I ordered.

KingGladeI don’t think anybody has received their purchase from their release on Tuesday 29th. All these problems are them not having the product there I think. Has anybody gotten theirs yet?
Glad to hear I'm not the only going through this problem. I would have just ordered through Amazon and had it already if they sold the Mercury White edition. I'm tempted to cancel man it's a constant run around with the customer service at this point.

uncle_farkusI agree, I purchased a Razer 15 v1 and received it quickly. Not all experiences are bad. They had it in stock and shipped next day. From US. But with this being a new product, something else is going on.... If you fall in their ridiculous verify purchase. then be prepared to wait even longer.

sharpSpanishBlue212My friend ordered his RTX on release day from Amazon and got it the next day. I can't imagine Amazon would have stock but the Razer warehouse wouldn't.

Least you're not waiting for the 4K version :(
I ordered the 1070 version right before the RTX was announced so I returned it. Had it long enough to love it and miss it. But too expensive to not get the improved one (the backlit function keys on the new one may be the real best new feature haha).

Congrats! That's probably what I would do if the 4K model was available at more stores (Best Buy is always my go to because of the rewards but they only carry the FHD ones). It's just easier all around.

the cpu doesn't impress me. maybe I should wait for Blade Pro. However I heard from the razer store associates in San Francisco that razer is no longer making 17 inches laptop. Maybe no more blade pro? This makes me want to order from hidevolution and install the 64GB RAM and Thermal compound overhaul just to make the Blade Advanced perform better.
Joikansai please shed some light into this matter. Is razer discontinuing the blade pro? Also Hidevolution doesn't have the 2080 4k

Razer.WolfPackSerious question though. Can you properly cool the card? There are issues with heat on the full size pc cards with full sized heat spreaders. Varying makers are having beads fracture/melt, fans warp, connectors short out, fire etc. Can you actually say that this laptop will be usable? When I say usable, will you be able to put it in your lap without giving your legs burns when it is under load? Or that it won't start melting components? In a full size system, there are additional ways to mitigate the heat but not so much in your extreme thin profile laptops. There is the additional problem of a battery pack close by. Intense heat for prolonged periods there could cause that sucker to rupture then even more problems.

Preystation@Preystation 4K Blade 15 is also not available yet here on Germany store unlike other model that are already available since 29th. About the Pro I’ve no sight but hope it’ll continue. 8th gen 6 cores cpu runs hotter than 7th gen, higher clock on thin cassis may invite heat issues. It’s not rarely i found i9 or higher clock 8850H performance is worse than my 8750H like on MacBook and Aero from Gigabyte, maybe due limitation from manufacturer or thermal throttle, so maybe 8750H for now is sweet spot on this form factor.

PreystationI don't think that combination is available anywhere, actually. Based on Razer's own specs, the 4K display is only offered with the 2070maxQ (at least, for now). Source: Approx. Weight section near the very bottom of the Specs (copied for convenience)
Hidevolution doesn't have the 2080 4k

Not sure if Razer folks respond to this kind of stuff but is there an ETA on the 4K model? I need one for work and may have to go with the Alienware m17.
