So just 20 mins ago I was using Voicemod with my headset with my friends. One setting was police chase which makes your mic very loud. I made the mic sound weird by doing different noises which was hysterical. I turned the voicemod off to realize my mic now sounds like it is sort of underwater. It was perfect before this happened. I have uninstalled the voicemod, unplugged and plugged back in and shut on and off my pc and it still sounds the same. Is there any way to fix it? Hey all! New guy here. I love the Thresher 7.1 headset I have! I love that it doesn't heat up and I want to make sure I can use them as long as I can. The issue is the leather covering is coming off where it wraps around the back of the cushion. I don't want them to fall apart. Is there someone out there that has successfully repaired their ear cushions? Or is there somewhere on the Razer site I can go to purchase a new set? I looked and didn't find Thresher specific cushions. Thanks in advance!

I recently purchased the nari ultimate headset and I am very impressed. My question is the website doesn't show any carrying case that fits the headset and I was wondering what cases people have purchased. Thanks for any advice.

I think my Kraken Ultimate is defective maybe because its ear cup notches that are glasses friendly are missing and i'm having hell wearing the set while I have my glasses on. Ive tried rotating, ive tried setting the seam at the bottom like the pictures show, and I tried to remove the ear cups but unlike the pictures they dont seem to twist off, they just spin around.

Do Razer blade 2020 base version support pcie gen4 high speed ssd or it support only gen3.

Uncle gave me an old hedset, here it is: https://imgur.com/a/iTwiUSm It connects via usb, however when I plug it into my pc or laptop it doesn't recognize the device. The little mic led turns on but the headset leds do not. Any fixes?

I have seen mic equalizer setting in blackshark v2 and its a nifty feature but why not add it to other usb connected headsets like kraken ultimate or nari series ? Is there tecnical limitations preventing it or its just a buy our newest product to get the fullest experience type of thing.

I have dropped my razer Nommo Chroma speakers off of my desk, and the base came detached. While plugged in the one that didn't drop will still light up and play normally, but the other will not. Is the haptic drive work using 3.5mm jack connection?

Hey guys! I uninstalled the 7.1 Surround driver from the Device Manager and i tried to install the 7.1 Surround app a couple of times but it doesn't install the driver and it doesn't create the playback. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

So my Razer Hammerhead Case is fully charged, but when I finished using my earbuds and put inside, the earbuds did not turn off automatically and worse, it did not charged. I tried turned them off myself and put in the case, but the earbuds did not charged and when I reopened to check, it did not even turned on automatically. So now, I can't charge my earbuds and if I want to use them, I have to turn them on by tapping. I have been using the product for a few months already but I encountered this problem yesterday! Anyone can help? Much appreciated!

I was wondering if there was a way to get the speaker lights to automatically turn off with the other lighting on my PC as well. I understand that it has its own power source, but surely there is still a way to get it to detect the PC is off/sleep and also shut the light off. Thanks.

Does the RGB on the Nomma Chroma still work if its connected to your PC solely via a 3.5 mm interface? I read in the FAQ that they don't recommend having both the 3.5mm and the USB interfaces connected to your PC simultaneously, so I was just wondering what happens with the RGB if you're only connected via 3.5mm and not USB? I know it's powered separately, so it has the power to do so, but I don't know how you'd control is via Synapse if only connected to your computer via 3.5 mm.

Recently i just bought a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset and I've been experience the buzzing noise when I'm using the microphone to speak with my friends. At first i brush it off and blame the fan that was on at that time. But even without the fan, there were still this bussing noise on and off through out the conversation, i did multiple testing like changing to another usb port, lowering the microphone volume, lowering the eq of my last 4 slider bar but till now nothing works. Previously i was using a cheap $20 ++ headset and i dont have this problem. Any advise?

Hey Guys, I got a problem with my Razer Hammerheads True Wireless. I can connect it to my LG G5 via Bluetooth but when I want to listen to music I got sound for a fraction of a second an then nothing for serveral other seaconds and after that the same thing again. Also I cant connect them to the App the App just cant find the headphones. Thats why i cant turn on the compatibility mode. But it worked with my old Moto G6 play. Thanks for your help.

I live in Italy, and I wanted to buy a Razer Blade 15 advanced 2020 model, but the site doesn’t allow me to select the shipping to Italy (this doesn’t work for any laptop) I tried looking on Amazon, but I couldn’t find the laptop I wanted. Do I just need to wait and I’ll be able to buy it? Or I just can’t make it ship here in Italy? Can I buy it from the site or do I need to buy it on amazon? (Buying it from the site would be much better, since it gives Death Stranding and an extra Razer product for free)

Hello, I'm new to the community. But I think I come up with a topic that can help many of us ... First of all I just got a Tiamat 7.1 v2 and I have a motherboard that supports this Razer headset. But the discussion itself is not what I have, but the INTERNAL sound card that has 7.1 support that is perfect to get the best point out of these headphones. And although I searched quite a bit, I came to the conclusion that the Asus Strix Raid DLX could be perfect and not extremely expensive, The problem started when I realized that after placing the Asus sound card, you have to connect the volume controller that occupies 3 analog outputs, leaving only 4. Automatically I realized that it was not going to work with my headphones or I would have to leave aside the Asus volume controller. So I came to the conclusion that there is something that I am lacking in knowledge of the subject and I am looking for a person who can advise me wisely. From already thank you very much.

so its been a few days since i got the razer kraken tournament edition but since yesterday the headset makes a crackling sound when ever im watching a stream or video or playing game i thought it was the headset so i plugged in my phone and it was fine. idk if its the usb audio controller or razer synapse. Also if i restart my computer it does not make the sound but after few hours it starts again

I plan to purchase the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition - Black. Do I need to purchase the THX Software separate or is it included with the purchase?

Hello! So I was looking to get a pair of Razer Nommo Chroma from my friend and he is asking for money for it but the thing is he says he cut it and it doesn't turn on anymore. The cable is leading out from the right speaker. Does anyone know if I could get the right speaker either replaced or replace the cable myself? If I could replace it myself, where I could get a replacement cable or how to get a replacement speaker.
