Hi all, I'm a college student with a pretty broken laptop that doesn't have a working 3.5mm aux port, and it's not really worth it to me to spend money on repairs. Since my only headset works only with 3.5mm aux and I was planning on buying a new one, I figured I'd get one that works for my Xbox One S too. I was looking at the Razer Kraken Ultimate, which is USB only, and to the extent of my limited knowledge would not be routable through the Turtle Beach headset adapter I have. There is a USB port on the bottom of my Xbox, would plugging the USB from the Kraken Ultimate work? I know that there is an Xbox-exclusive version of the Nari Ultimate, that can be used with a Windows adapter assuming the computer is on Windows 10. Would the Kraken Ultimate work with the USB slot on the Xbox One S?

Hello, I'm using Manowar headset and for the past 2 weeks it gets constantly disconnected from synapse 2.0 and I have to spend hours every day reinstall the program and change usb ports. I have the headset for almost three years now and it still havent been ported to 3.0. Is this even going to happen in the near future? This is everything but professional!

Im thinking of buying the kraken ultimate and im not sure what all it comes with and how its set up. does it come with a stand? Does it require an audio controller or does it just go straight into the pc?

Hello I just purchased a set of Kraken Headphones, It came with the card containing the activation code for 7.1. I somehow scraped the lettering off and cannot read it. Is it possible to get the code any other way? I have the PN on request.

Hi, New to community and Thresher product. We connected our brand new Thresher 7.1 wireless headset to our XBOX One two days ago. It is picking up game play and music audio, but it is not picking up Party chat, nor game chat. Any advice?

Hey everyone I have installed the razer 7.1 software. It opens up and I can login in etc. BUT under select playback device 7.1 surround isn't showing up. I have uninstalled many times and it wont come up. Any ideas?

I already download 7.1 surround sound software and it must use 7.1 surround sound then i follow the setup and it doesn't show 7.1 surround sound at the speaker.

Hello Razer community, I have recently purchased the Kraken Tournament Edition and for the most of the time I have been happy with it. However, I have noted the following issue. So initially when I bought this set I had 10 years old Dell laptop and I had 0 problems with the set on such old laptop. All was functioning well including the THX Button on USB controller. Afterwards, I purchased ROG Strix laptop and I have installed Razer Synapse the same way I did on my old Dell. However, this time around I have noticed that THX button on the controller does not work always. I press it, but nothing happens THX stays on and I cannot disable it by the button. I have to go the Synapse app to disable it if I want off completely. Anyway, the laptop had issues and I have sent it back to ASUS and with the money back I got Alienware m17 R3 and again even with other device, the THX button on the controller sometimes does work and sometimes does not. Hello, I am interrested in buying the hammerhead usb-c ANC headphones, for playing on my cellphone, a samsung S20 plus. But i would like to know if the earphones are fully compatible with it. I saw the list with phones that are fully or partially compatible but it is not an full list. So if anybody knows the answer please let me know because if fully compatible i would like to buy it. I bought a razer kraken a few months back and one of the sides on the headphones went out, is there anything I can do to get a replacement or would I have to buy an entirely new headset. I don't really understand how they could've gone out because I don't bang them around or tug at the wires.

I've been trying to work out a problem I've been having recording game play and\\or desktop with Nvidia Shadowplay with the Blackshark V2 X: These video recordings have either no audio at all, or very low audio (picked up from the mic, perhaps). Previously used Logitech G635 headset (via USB) and the recorded audio was crisp for both microphone and straight audio output. This works on desktop, and in game. No issues getting audio and mic into my recordings with this headset. ZERO. Recently bought the Razer BlackShark V2 X and I've had nothing but problems getting it to record audio in my recordings. I also have problems with the mic in game voice chat but I haven't been able to clearly define that issue just yet (may be linked, but not sure). For motherboard I have a MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus, with Ryzen 9 3900x, and for GPU I'm using an EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 Super. Using Nvidia RTX Voice with Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Won't record audio with those on or off. Spatial sound on or off

Hi Any plans for a V2 version? Partially def in one ear due to a car accident and I think the haptic feedback vibration could really help! Looking at reviews, people don’t seem to like the mic quality. I would love to purchase but be a bit bummed if a new and improved version is in the works!

So both me and my friend both bought the Razer Kitty Quarts Headset and well it keeps restarting for like 2-5 seconds where it loses our audio and prevents us from talking to our friends on discord until we restart our entire call or video audio wise, We were wondering does anyone have the same issue or fix, I have also noticed that my keyboard, Mouse and Mousemat also restart and its only been since i got the headset and also mainly when we play games of any kind.

I recently bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds Now, when i use it with my laptop, i get an option to choose between headphones and headset Whenever i use headphones, i get great sounds but when i connect to discord comms, other sounds like from my games gets muted. Whenever i use headset, i can hear all sounds but theyre not that great Can anyone tell me why? Thanks!

Since one of the last two updates razer synapse keeps raising my mic volume as I speak. It seems to raise the volume if I speak a bit louder. I disabled ALL mic enhancements, but it keeps raising the volume if I lower it myself. This happens even if I disable the “exclusive mode” in windows microphone settings. How can I stop this behaviour? As soon as I close razer synapse, everything is working fine - so my windows settings are not the culprit.

I know razer hasn't been making this mic for a while, any idea where I can get accessories, like the shock mount? I tried fleabay... I can just about get a blue yeti shock mount to work, but it blocks some of the inputs -- used a dremel to get it to work, but would like the one from razer. Also, the usb on one of my mics stopped working.. still works on xlr, razer support is not helpful. Is this a known issue, any fix? (I'd buy a seiren pro for parts if I could even find one)
