When I'm THX Spatial - Synapse, there is no audio and the audiodg process (whatever that is) starts crashing left and right. When I switch to the Game device for sound output, it blasts me with clicking noises. Are my headphones fried?

So I've been seeing that the Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless headset has a xbox verison but I want to but pewdiepies one but I'm not sure if itll work on xbox and cant find any help can someone please help me

So I tired to use my hammerheads this morning for a run. I start walking and put on my buds. As soon as I put my phone in my pocket and start walking it just stutters constantly. Any ideas?

I bought the Nari Essential and when I go into Razer Synapse 3 under the Audio Tab it shows only the THX Audio Demo even though I downloaded and activated the THX Spatial Audio Program

I just bought a 2019 razer kraken headset to play on pc to record and such But it first wouldn't hookup my mic to my controller but did audio for game but if i did the jack splitter on my computer itself it wont hookup audio but it did my mic So confused I did alot of research and video looking and methods to fix either one but I got nothing I cant play games on pc now I'm new to pc gaming so go easy on me thank yall in advance please help me

Good night dear, I recently bought the mouse, keyboard and Headset from Razer, but I have a problem related to the Headset. As soon as I installed Synapse 3.0, the Razer Headset was not recognized, since the mouse and keyboard recognized it without any problem, the big problem in question is that the Headset is working with audio and the microphone on my notebook does not work. I tested the headset on my cell phone and it worked both the audio and the microphone too, I tested it on another notebook "without synapse 3.0" and it worked the audio and microphone in the same way, I tried to install other versions of synapse to solve the problem, already I tried to change the computer settings and nothing was resolved. I have this problem and I ask Razer support to help me, the audio from the Headset is working, but the microphone is not working on my notebook, and also the problem of synapse not recognizing the Razer Headset, and the other products recognize it normally without any problem

Sorry - new to this forum and I couldnt find a search function. I just received the Nari wireless headset. I like the feel, but I find the range to be very limited. Is there any way to extend the range on a wireless headset? I have seen a few people talk about extenders, but no one seemed positive it would work. I dont need a huge amount of additional range, but where it currently is I dont think will work for me.

I have the Razer USB Audio dongle for my Kraken Tournament Edition headset and it worked just fine until recently. I believe after the Windows 10 v2004 update, the THX and Mute buttons on the dongle will no longer work. Manually switching these on the Synapse software works fine but the buttons on the dongle itself will no longer trigger the switches on Synapse like they used to. Does anyone know a fix to this? I have reinstalled the device on Device Manager and also reinstalled Synapse but it hasn't worked.

Yo! I am curious about the dongle thingy for THX spatial sound. I am curious about two things. Firstly, the dongle has a sticky back. How sticky is it? I don't have a super stationary set up and I don't want to stick it to something, only to find out later that I am to move something and then, boom! Unusable! Is it intended to be stuck to a stationary computer? Because it's got a super-long cable, which is extra confusing, suggesting that it isn't meant to be stuck to a computer as... well the length of the cable would make that pretty useless. Just curious what people think, it's not a deal breaker or anything, just a bit odd. Secondly, I also noticed that the little wheel on it which is supposed to change to a "game mode". However, it just seems to change the volume. Is that the idea?

Hello, so i am looking for a laptop that i can take with mi to college. I already have a pc at home and it can handle all adobe software and somewhat maya Software but im fine how it simply strong it is. ill update my pc one day. Overall i cant take my pc to class or to school its just to big to big to take LOL. So im just looking for a simple strong razer laptop that can handle adobe software: photoshop and after effects, also Maya. WITH a student budget. I just want a laptop that can work when im commuting to school every other day. I do want the studio edition razer blade 15 but that like 4k$ a lot of $ and to much For my budget. So what you guys recommend?

My right side off Hammerhead TW keep turning off while im using. Already try all the suggestion on the website. It's okay only for a while. Stress and disappointed. I even try to connect to the other phone (iPhone and Android) but still face the same problem

Please Razer why cant you just make a wireless version of the krakens? since its already perfect it should make sense to have wireless option for it? the Razer Nari is too big ad bulky. =(

Do you guys have any idea where I can purchase "Replacement Ear Cushions for Razer Kraken Headsets" in Australia? Hello! I have been using a Razer Kraken Pro for a couple years now, and the headset is still working wonderfull. Unfortunaly due to wear and tear the ear cushions have come lose from the headset base. I was looking around the site and noticed a lot of newer generation parts. The old replacement part link for the Razer Kraken Pro points to an error 404 page. My question is: Are some of the newer generation ear cushions compatible with the older Razer Kraken Pro headsets? I am looking to buy the replacement parts but I have no knowledge about how well one might fit another. Logically I can guess that oval ear cushions will not work on my round-cushion headsets but I wonder if the round newer generation cushions (Razer Kraken, Razer Kraken X) can be used on the old headset I have.

Hi my Ultimate's have developed a crackling and distortation sound as of yesterday. The sound was perfect before this. I have not installed any new programmes on the PC . Could you please advise me how to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi there. I recently purchased a pair of Razer Kraken Tournament Headphones. After setting them up according to the instruction manual, I encountered an issue with Discord. If I'm using Synapse 3, Origin games disable my Discord functions. I am no longer able to hear anyone in the call, and my mic no longer picks up any sound. The only way to fix it is to Alt+Tab, leave the call, and then rejoin it. However, as soon as I maximize the game, my Discord features deactivate again. Running the games in Borderless-Fullscreen or Windowed also seem to fix the problem. For now, my only true solution has been to uninstall Synapse 3 altogether, which is a big disappointment because I feel as though I'm missing out on a major feature for my new product. If anyone has encountered a similar issue, please let me know. The games I encountered the issue with: -Dead Space 3 -Star Wars: Battlefront II -Battlefield V -Apex Legends

I purchased a razer nari headset and connected them via the 3.5mm cable to my xbox one x controller but no sound is heard. It works well on the nintendo switch, cell phone and pc. Does anyone know what happens and how to solve it?

Hello, i bought a second hand razer headset and im trying to activate 7.1 virtual surround and the problem is that i don't have the activation code. I read that i should of received it when i created my razer account or smth but i ain't got it ! Please help me PS: my headset is the razer kraken pro V1.

I'd like to use the razer kraken headset output coming from my monitor jack and the microphone input into the back of my pc which is on the floor and not near the monitor. I have various consoles connected to the same monitor which is why I have the razer headset connected to the monitor but I only use the mic on pc. The y splitter cable isn't long enough in regards to the input of the microphone and headphones. the point where it splits is too short for me. Any suggestions on what i could do since i don't want to keep switching my headset between my pc and monitor everytime i use something since the splitter with the mic and headphone isnt long enough lol my pc does have separate mic and audio jacks on both the front and back. tldr: i want to use my mic on my pc and headphones in my monitor jack, cables arent long enough Thank you

My mic is working on the PC but not my PS4..... why?

Purchased the nari ultimates and they came really quickly despite current happenings, sound output is amazing, really happy with that, however, i feel like i have to shout with the mic basically in my mouth for people to hear me :slightly_sad: for a £200 mic this is not something i would expect... I am playing on xbox with other xbox players and am in an xbox party, internet is fine, im basically ontop of my xbox so connection between headset and xbox is fine, i can only conclude a bad quality mic.

Hello, my headset is driving me crazy. I sound like a robot in Discord. I was able to use Discord for about 3 months without this error, since today the error is back. I haven't changed anything and razer synapse 3 is installed in the latest version. Does anyone else have the problem?

I have recently bought a NARI wireless headset but can not pair it to my Xbox one s is this headset compatible if so how do I connect them?
