Just bought a Kraken headset to use for work. The 7.1 surround sound is awesome to listen to music with - but won't work with some of my work projects. When it's off, I hear a crackling sound on the left side. How do I fix this? Thanks!

Hi, I'm new with speaker and I bought the Razer Nommo Pro. In the Synapse software there are some audio enhancement options, THX and Dolby. I'm a completely noob and it comes to sound. The dolby is pretty straight forward: I can select music, game or movie depending on what I will do. But when the THX option is better suited? What would be the difference between THX and Dolby when it comes to sound quality? Is THX better for gaming or movie? Is it better to always leave as THX or is it better to use dolby as needed? Thanks!

Hi guys! I recently bought the Razer Nommo Pro. I have the synapse installed and I'm loving it. One thing that I want to confirm is: When I go to youtube searching for "Speakers 2.1 sound test" videos, I notice that the right speaker is lounder than the left one by a good margin. The left one is working, but has a lower volume and more bass I would say (Maybe I'm wrong, not a guy who understand about this.) Is that how is it suppose to be? Or both should sound with the same volume on these tests?

I purchase a headset nari ultimate and when i full charge it till a green status appear I used but after approximatly 30 min it just when off. when I connect to razer app it show the battery is almost 70% . the same issue happen again and again but know I notice that when i connect it to the razer app it show a bettery status in red. Is the battery damage!?

Just under a month ago i had bought a razer kraken x 7.1 USB headset. I downloaded the razer 7.1 software and then once i installed it, it would say launch and when i launch it, it doesn't open. i checked in task manager and many razer processes were being run, help pls!

my surround sound 7.1 app and synapse and cortex both won't launch they just open for a millisecond and then close, please help

Hello, Both sides of my Destiny 2 headset have the vinyl(?) siding on the ear pieces wearing away. Are these able to replaced? Looking at the Razer store, the "Kraken" sets look similar to the pads on mine, but I'm not certain if they're same. Some good advice would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve been struggling to find this part for my laptop. I don’t know if Razer does any in house repairs or anything like that, but I’d rather try and do this myself anyways. I have a 2018 Razer Blade 15 and the LCD ribbon cable (I’m pretty sure that’s what the cable is) that’s exposed in between the display and keyboard has a little tear in it. I don’t know how it happened but it’s now a problem I have to deal with. If anyone can give me advice on where to find this part or who I can just send it to get it fixed, I’d appreciate it so so much. Thank you for your time and hope you all are safe.

Ended up getting the Tournament Kraken for Console on accident, but don't particularly want to get rid of it because it is black/blue vs all black or green. Was wondering if any decently priced Jack to USB converters off of amazon would work for the headset as my front panel audio is broken/faulty and when plugging in the headset the mic just crackles/makes static noise. Other USB devices have worked just fine and currently I'm using my mobo's audio inputs so it doesn't actually register the headset in synapse and the mic is by default very low on input volume, which is the only issue for me so far.

Hello everyone! I currently have the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 and was considering upgrading to a newer headset. The wired versions look like the cable isn't long enough for my current setup and wireless doesn't seem to great, as I don't want to have to swap out the batteries all the time. Would anyone have any recommendations on a good headset.

So, here I go for the long shot and the knowledge and fixs of the razer community I know that PS4 doesn't allow kindly third party headsets. I just bought the true wireless Buds and was looking for using them while playing on my PS4. I don't mind losing the mic I never use it. So I thought of looking for the jack 3.5 to Bluetooth dongles so I can connect one on my controller and use the Buds. Have anyone try this ? Is there a better option ? Thanks for your help

Hi I and just found out if I press my headset with slight pressure the sound really improve a lot due to no leak and seal properly so is there any mod that I can do to make it seal tighter? btw also improve noise cancellations!

For the past 2 weeks Razer Synapse 3 wont detect my headset. Its detecting my mouse (Basilisk) and Keyboard (Blackwidow v2) without any struggles, but when i want to use my headset (Nari Ultimate) its not showing up. I cant check battery life, i cant adjust the mic or sound, and the worst part i cant set it to surround sound. So far i tried rebooting the pc, repairing synapse, reinstalling synaps, removing the Bluetooth dongle to different usb, removing the headset from the bluetooth tab in my pc.

I've been thinking about getting the Nari wireless headset. Who has them? What do you think about them? Would you recommend them?

I recently bought the razer opus headset and it has some slight hissing when nothing is playing, does anyone else have this problem

Hi all I recently bought a new Razer Kraken headset and when I plug it into the back port of my computer (using 2 to 1 adapter that came with it), the sound sounds muffled, or as if its further away than it is, however it doesn't do this in the front port. Would anyone know why? (for some reason my mic only picks up audio from my headphones when its in the front port, not the back, so thats why I can't just have it in the front) Thanks

Good day to you all, I have Nari Ultimate Headset, everything is great since I bought it, Except for when I try to connect my phone through the AUX port, the connection/audio from the wireless dongle with my PC completely disconnects and doesn't return until I pull the AUX cable ( Even if it's not connected to the phone on the other end ). I have used multiple Logitech Gaming Headsets all of them are capable of this, It's weird the Razer went with the decision one or the other, not both!! ( I don't think it would cost anything ) The Nari Ultimate is great in all of its features, but I find it really hard working on my PC without direct audio from my phone!!! ( Podcasts & Phone Calls ) If it's not possible this Synapse 3 program, is there any workaround?
