Hi all, I'm having real issues with my Pro v 2, the headset is fine on output it's the input through the mic to well... anything. The mic doesn't seem to pickup my voice reliably it cuts me off after a few words or just chops up what I'm saying, it's almost like there is a conflict somewhere in the setup. This was an issue with my previous Kraken, which was later broken, I replaced it with a brand new Pro v 2 and thought perhaps it'd go away, sadly not. I'm attempting to use it with Discord, Roll20, it's definitely a PC issue as the headset works perfectly connected to my smartphone or Xbox. Any help would be welcomed, I really don't know where to start in trying to figure it out! Thanks in advance.

So i' had my Razer Kraken Pro for quite a while and they are the best headset i've ever had and mine are a bit old and the mic's gone bad so i wanted to buy the same headset again but i just cant find it anywhere. does anyone know where i can buy one? because i can only find variations of it e.g chrome, usb and v2 https://support.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio/razer-kraken-71/ (my headset)

Hello everyone, as of yesterday I own a Razer Kraken Ultimate Headset. In stereo mode I'm already very satisfied with the sound but in THX SPATIAL AUDIO mode I'm not so satisfied yet. Also I somehow have the feeling that there is a little bit of noise while playing. So I would be very happy if someone could recommend me settings for the equalizer from Synapse 3. Do you use THX SPATIAL AUDIO in every game or only on selected titles? What about music and movies does it make more sense to use stereo or THX SPATIAL AUDIO if the equalizer is set correctly? So, i just today bought a kraken x and i went and had to set up everything it went well, when it came to razer surround it did not work, i had first put in my activation code and what not, it said there was no connection to be made, so i went to firewall and fixed the issue of no connection, and now its saying that the activation code is invalid, i tried but nothing will work, i tried registering my product to razer and of course no activation code still.

Hello, I have 2 Razer Headsets a Tiamat 7.1 v1 and a Tiamat 7.1 v2. They do support virtual surround sound in 2.0 mode. Is there a difference from the Razer Surround Pro and the new 7.1 Surround Sound programs? I am interested in using it if that is the case if it can be supported since it requires a code to use.

I'm trying a while for solve this problem but I can't. When I install synapse 3 thx works perfectly, but when I switch off the computer or something else, thx doesn´t work, I can't hear anything. I tried to reinstall the drivers and restart the service but nothing... The only way to solve it is uninstall synapse and install it again, and only works the first time. Obviously i'm not going to do this every time. Any solution?

Hi, I had recently installed the Razer 7.1 Surround for my Kraken X and it was working perfectly. But following that I uninstalled the 7.1 Surround driver from my Windows 10 Device Manager as part of a troubleshooting activity that I was conducting in which I also did a reinstall of the OS (keeping my data). Now, I have reinstalled the 7.1 Surround software but the 7.1 Surround device is not appearing for me to select in the sound devices on the bottom right, and the driver has not reappeared since. I had installed Razer Synapse to look at the possibility of installing the driver from there but the software doesn't open up when I click on it. Please let me know how I can fix this issue, thanks.

Hi, recently I noticed that my mic recording some weird noises (pls listen to this sample ). I tried: -reinstall drivers -use other ports -cleaning ports But it didn't help. Please, help me with this issue P.S On my phone it works ok

Is Razor planning on ever offering any different color combinations on the Kraken Kitty headsets other than black and quartz? Would they ever consider letting people choose their own color variants to make the headsets unique for everyone? I like the RGB lighting, but I would also like the option to choose a different color combination of the headset and make it custom. Thank you!!

Basically I can clearly hear the volume of the music plummet whenever there's bass in a song... How do I fix this? I literally can't listen to music cuz it messes with my ears lol. Messing with the settings in Synapse 3 seems to have no effect on the audio...

I was planning on getting the black Kraken X headphones but they kept going out of stock so I decided to get white ones but before I do I was thinking that it will be a problem if get dirt in the side things and that it will be impossible to get out. Is it going to happen or am I overthinking things?

One month ago I bought the Razer Kraken X USB headset it had a buzzing sound on my left ear. I returned it to the store and they gave me another one. Unfortunatelly it came with the same problem (the new one). I've tried uninstalling razer software and installing, changing usb ports, changing computers, nothing works. The buzzing sound is always there and it is slowly pulsating. Thank You.

With the last update, my pc dont regonize my usb dongle ... I have all clean, all reinstall .... and NO "GAME" and "CHAT" in audio .... I cant upgrade the firmeware of my headset same ... I cant rool back the install ... help, thx

So, I've ditched my kraken 7.1 and got Nari ultimate, but now I have a problem-for some reason my mic also pics up any audio coming out of the headset. It also seems to be more sensitive comparing to the old one and the mic setting don't seem to change anything. Any help with that?

So when i went to a site of a store. On the Gaming green Headset mic it said noise cancellation: Yes Then i went to the Classic Black Version and there wasn't even Noise cancellation on there. I thought it was probably the store so i went on a different Site Again on the Gaming green it said Noise Cancellation: Yes So i Went to the Classic black again and To my surprise it again wasn't even there i need answers pls.

Hey guys. Time ago y bought the razer thresher ultimate but they are in quite bad shape now so I thought about replacing them. Im really confortable with them so i would like to keep using the same but i dont really want to pay 250€ for a base wich i already have and works perfectly well. Is it possible to buy a Razer thresher (not ultimate) headset and connect it to the ultimate's base? if not is there a way to buy the ultimate headset without the base?

I just recently purchased the Razer Tiamat 7.1 v2 headset. Does the headset even work with external sound cards? I know the card works because it works with a regular 3.5mm set of apple headphones. If the headset doesnt work with external usb sound cards, what is the cheapest PCI sound card that works with the headset, as I only have one PCIe slot on my mobo. Thank you!

Hello, I am having problems with my headset connected to a PC, every once in a while I am getting disc/connect sounds , sometimes it happens like 10-15 times in a minute sometimes for hours nothing. I went and saw Razer firmware update which I downloaded and try to install. Tried because once I start the update there is an error ( Close Synapse before updating ) I closed the Synapse I even uninstall the synapse but the error is still there. I cannot update firmware nor I can use the headset as it keeps on connecting disconnecting. There are no other USBs connected and headset is the only one connected. Can someone knows how to fix this?

Planning to buy this speakers but I want to know if its okay and worth to buy. Thanks in advance
