Hello I have problem with my Kraken TE headset. THX Spatial Audio doesn't work and I can hear something like beeping when I play games. Evidence: I tried reinstalling Synapse and drivers.

Last a few month ago I was buy razer hammerhead bt for pair with my razer phone.First when I was unboxing hammerhead bt and pair with my razer phone is not any problem,it is cool and amazing audio sound.But after 3 or 4 months suddenly getting lose signal with phone and hammerhead bt.So I will try to unpair and pair again.A bit difficulty for connect each other,I will try to do many thing reference for internet.I get is back to pair because I was factory reset my razer phone. Then a few week after getting lose signal again with phone and hammerhead bt.Same I was try many thing for pair each other.A lost of time trying,a lost of time factory reset my phone.totally can't connect each other this time. Getting confuse my phone(Razer) can pair other device, my new hammerhead bt can pair with other device.For example: hammerhead bt connect with macbookair,it is Ok,my phone pair with buletooth speaker it is Fine. ... hello to the community. I have a quite weird question. I have the Razer Thresher Ultimate Wireless for the PS4. I now officially switch to the XBONE as my main console. So you can already guess where this is leading to, does anyone know how I can use the ps4 model on the xbox (is this even possible?)? For 279 Euro it's quite expensive getting the xbox version of this... In PS4 Mode it did not work, but maybe in PC mode (did not test yet as I already packed it up again) - hopefully someone has some experience with this! Thanks in advance. Cheers, M.

hi everyone, I’m thinking of buying the Razer Leviathan Soundbar for the the use of playing with the ps4. However, I do have my headset currently hooked up to my PS4 via optical cable. I would like to use the sound bar without having to unplug the optical cable from my headset/ps4. Is this possible or do I have to unplug it. Or are there other ways to hook the Razer Leviathan Soundbar where I can have everything hooked up at the same time.

Hello there! I got this headset for Christmas but they start to hurt my ears after an hour or two of use which my old headset never did so could Kraken Pro V2 owners give your input if you had this issue when you first got them? Do I need to just get used to them and they will become comfortable in a few weeks or will I always have this problem and I should start saving up for a new headset? I've got the oval ear cushions that came with the headset (they are not the cooling gel ones) and I don't really have a large head or ears. I've tried extending the sides of the headset and I've found that 3 and a half notches are the best fitting for me but that has only slightly made them better.

Hello there. I just bought Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. It has 7.1 surround. After calibrating everything in Razer Synapse I tried to turn on Razer Surround, but before that I had to select audio inteface. I had two options: my samsung monitor (it has its own speakers) and my headphones. But when I put my mouse over Razer Kraken it says "UNSUPPORTED DEVICE Razer Surround is a virtual surround sound engine for analog audio devices. All Razer 7.1 and 5.1 come with their own calibration and audio settings in Synapse", but I am in Synapse. So only option I can choose is my monitor and when I turn on Surround, it switches to that monitor and plays audio in it :_: so what is the sense of Razer Surround if it still switches to the monitor anyway? Because of that I am playing without activated Razer Surround :(. Can someone help me with that? On screenshot mouse is on razer kraken, not on samsung.
