Hello, everyone.I've been a user of Razer headsets for years. My journey with headphones began wonderfully with the Asus ROG Strix 7.1, but I later decided to invest in the Razer Tiamat V2 7.1, which ended up becoming my all-time favorite headset. The sound quality is simply impeccable, and over the years, I've purchased three units of it. Unfortunately, one of them has completely worn out over time, and now I'm using the second one while keeping the last one in reserve.Recently, the microphone on my current Tiamat started having issues, which has made me concerned, as I'll soon have to rely on my final unit. I've stayed away from the headset market for many years precisely because I had a "stock" of the best model I've ever used. However, as I look at what's currently available, I'm finding it extremely difficult to find anything that compares to the Tiamat V2 7.1.My impression is that both Razer and other brands seem to be focusing on producing headsets with simulated surround sound,

I just bought a Blackshark V2 X and tried downloading the audio software to give it a try. I’ve been using the old Razer Surround Pro from 2015 without any issues, I love the surround sound I get and also its been working without any issues. But after trying to install the 7.1 Surround App, it doesn’t allow me to close the setup menu, so I cant select my audio drivers.I found a thread here that spoke about the app having issues with previous versions of synapse, so i went ahead, downloaded the Razer Driver Cleanup Tool and then remove everything with both that app and Revo Uninstaller. After several restarts, the app tells me the Surround 7.1 is installed, but it won’t open. Checking both Revo and Control Panel shows me that there’s no Surround 7.1 installed. Now I can’t even try to reinstall it because there’s no button in the app.So now I tried to give a go to THX Spatial Audio. Downloaded, installed it, and then, the same setup popup comes and I’m not able to close it again, so now

After Synapse update it stopped working, Synapse recognizes the usb sound card but there is no sound. I can't play a test sound on it even in Windows settings, but when I remove the usb sound card and connect it to the normal aux connection it gives normal sound 

For the past few weeks, I've noticed that the right speaker of my headphones is not working properly due to the volume wheel. Whenever it reaches certain positions, the sound becomes distorted, loses power, or even cuts out completely. Recently, it has become more noticeable, as even moving the wheel generates a lot of static. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello,I have a Razer Seiren V2 X microphone. Recently, one of the buttons fell out, and I noticed that it has a crack in it. Because of the damage, it no longer fits securely in place and likely can’t be reattached without a replacement.The microphone itself still works, but it's inconvenient to use without the button. Could you please let me know: If it’s possible to purchase a replacement button or request a repair? Or are there any alternative solutions (e.g. compatible parts or repair suggestions)?  

Synapse 4 THX doesn’t actually do anything, you can’t actually turn it on.  THX is my default and ONLY sound output device.  Test only produces sound out of the right front three virtual speakers.  Stereo test produces no sound.  THX doesn’t do crap, turning it on and off does zero to change the sound.

Looking at old threads, it seems like it is a known issue that the 2.4 GHz dongles for the Nari Ultimate can just go bad, likely due to heat-related failures. That seems to be what happened to mine. It was working fine for over 2 years, and just stopped working yesterday. It will seem to connect, but it won’t stay connected. It bounces back and forth between connecting and playing audio and then cutting out. Replacements online aren’t a viable option, in my opinion, as they cost between $30 and $60 and those are likely used anyway. Was there ever a real solution to this?

Hi guys..someone else post it too but he didn’t get answer..so I want to ask again if someone have a nice eq for warzone at ps5..I tried 3-4 Eq’sbut one was low,one very high,one was deep..and the result was not hearing clear the footsteps..only with one eq I understand the direction of the footsteps but I don’t understand if it was above or below me..thank you for your time and I hope someone will reply..

Hello guys, I recently bought a BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. Can you tell me good EQ settings for Warzone 3? It's best to just hear the steps/enemies as early as possible. I don't care if shots are muffled, I just really have the advantage. I'm playing on the PS5 so without THX please. Thanks in advance🙏🏼

Hello, is there a headphone adapter from type c to usb a included in the barcuda x package?

  I bought a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox back in May of 2023. I ordered it brand new from Razer off of Amazon and it says it has warranty included. It has consistent connectivity problems, the mic often cuts out in voice chat, a constant buzzing sound can be heard by others whenever I’m not talking during voice chat, and there are time where I can’t even be heard at all while I’m talking. I don’t know if these are problems I can fix or if the headset is just faulty. Some of these problems started on day 1 but were really minor, now they are actually an issue. I’ve registered the headset to this website, but I don’t know if or where I can initiate a claim for warranty.

hello I lost my headphones Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 dongle, Because of this I can only use bluetooth Mode and can't use Razer  synapse. I tried to buy it on eBay or some other online store, but everywhere only sells the 2020 version, as the description says, it is not compatible with my model. Please advise me where I can buy a dongle that will work on my version. In bluetooth mode I am limited because I can't use razer synapse and wireless mode :(

I have the Blackshark v2 with the USB sound card and have been using it for a while, but I've noticed that the bass is way louder on the right than on the left. I've also tried without the USB sound card, but the problem persists. (I have confirmed that it's the headphones and not my hearing.) The other sounds are completely fine and balanced, just the bass not for some reason. I don’t know if there’s a way I can balance it out or not. So if anyone could help me out, I would be very grateful!

The left adjustment slider on my headset (Razer BlackShark V2) is loose. During game play, the ear cup is free to slide down with no resistance. My headset is out of warranty. Is there a way to fix this?

I tried to update my headset firmware, but the dongle is always not detected. Is there anyone who has the same problem? Is there a solution for this problem?

I own a Leviathan v.1 2.1 soundbar and I would like to know if I could get Leviathan v.2 without the subwoofer and use my v1's one on it.That way I could get a fresh soundbar and use the old subwoofer to save money. Win win.

The subwoofer of my Razer Nommo v2 pro stopped working, you can't hear it, and you can't see any LEDs on the back. Is there anyone who has been through the same thing and can help me? my serial number is 472328B04600257

Hello, I have a Razer Black Shark V2 and a usb sound card but the thx spatial audio doesn't work : I heard a difference but the sound is the same in the left and right speakers. I test lot of method but never fontion. Can you help me please ? I don't have a code fir the surround 7.1 or Thx Spatial Sound

The issue isnt with the USB dongle it seems, it works fine I've tested on multiple devices and it reads it as it shouldHeadphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game/Chat)The issue came when the headset ran out of charge and after fully charged it refused to reconnect even on a new laptop with Dongle Recovery Tool it recovers just fine I just cant seem to pair it when using the Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility tool. It gets stuck at exactly 45% several times and fails.This is my 2nd USB dongle and I really dont want to buy a 3rd one. I hope I can get help with this.

My headphones (razer barracuda X 2022) has a voice when it turns on/off. It doesn’t bothers alot but I wanted to know if it was normal because the 2021 version didn’t had that and Im suspecting that this one is fake simply because the build quality is horrible compared with the 2021 model and the situation previosly mentioned.Does anyone has the same thing or is just me??Sorry for my bad english btw.

Hello,I purchased the Razer Kraken Multi-Platform Black headset on April 17, 2025.After registering the included code, I activated the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. However, I was unaware that the code only works for one software. I was hoping to use the activation for THX Spatial Audio instead.As this is my first experience with Razer headphones, I didn’t realize that the activation is limited to one option.Could you please assist me with activating THX Spatial Audio instead? I’d really appreciate your help.Thank you!

just open the side up with the usb connection.. and volume control. disconnect the cable that goes from pcb board of volume control to the rest.. then turn up and down volume.. and make sure its all thew ay down when u plug the board back in. and then test.. should fix most as long as all your solder points are still in tact.. thought mine were screwed up but did this and they work again and it was so easy everyone could do it . a few screws and disconnect cable only do not need to take pcb boards out or move anything.

i want to upgrade to the new white kitty headset, but my current pink one has a audio jack… i need the audio jack for my PC and NOT the usb… it doesnt work with my streaming. Is there an adapter i can get to make my usb a aux?  i need help.
