I usually use speakers, but Razer Synapse 4 changes my default audio device every time I turn it on.My microphone is often changed to the headset microphone, but my main microphone is actually the Razer Seiren Mini. Since it doesn't support Razer Synapse, it doesn't get set as the default microphone on startup. This means that Razer Synapse 4 not only changes the default audio device on startup, but it also only changes to devices supported by Razer Synapse 4.Additionally, the device changes made by Razer Synapse 4 seem completely random. My headset has two modes: Game mode and Chat mode. Sometimes it changes to the low-quality Chat mode, and other times to the Game mode. And these are just two options. If I were to buy more Razer audio devices, it would be disaster upon disaster. Imagine the chaos of having Synapse randomly choose a default device among three or more options every time I start my computer.

Hello Razer I experiencing issues with the headset with it disconnecting. I cleaned out the audio port and evreything but it still keeps on doing that. If I close my Razer synapse app it resolves the issue but that's sad because I would like to keep it collored. I looked up on google how to fix it and I tried evreything and I see otehr peole having the problem too! the serial number of my headset isHN2048D11904310

I need help bad. my Razer blackshark v2 pro is missing a bluetooth and 2.4 swicth and my dongle is not working and i dont want to use an aux cord. and when i try and update the thing it tells me its off when IT IS LITTARLATLY PLUGGED IN CAN SOMEONE PLEASEEEEEEE  HELP ME

I bought the barracuda x 2022 model headset today but it is not supported by the synapse app. Can you fix this problem? Is there an app I can use to customize my microphone settings?

Hello, I bought a Kraken 3x about a year or two ago for my wife. Think I might have bought it from Walmart or another brick and mortar store. I have already thrown away the box and the receipt. I don’t care about the warranty, just need the surround sound. I have the serial number, just no exact date of purchase or proof of purchase. Is there anything we can do to get that code to activate surround sound please?

Good afternoon. On November 17th, I bought headphones Razer Blackshark V2 X from an online store. The activation code was not included. I decided to register the product on the website to receive the code. But after entering all the necessary data, it writes to me that this product has already been registered and contact support. I'm creating my first Razer battle station and I have everything properly set up except my audio configuration. i have my Nommo Subwoofer speaker at either side of me and my Leviathan V2 soundbar is front -center at my feet. I’m wracking my brain trying to figure out a workaround so I can have them both running simultaneously.Any advice or experience that you may have had similar to this and what would you recommend software-wise to utilize both systems?If this can be resolved I’ll show off my Razer battle station via photo.Thanks in advance !

I think Razer is scamming me. I bought 4 products, keyboard, mouse and 2 headphones. I did not receive the 7.1 activation code from any of the headphones.

While I must commend its amazing aesthetic and design, which are truly standout features, the persistent technical issues have overshadowed what should have been a premium user experience.The problems I have faced include:Static and popping sounds during use. Issues with the device being recognized by my PC. Frequent connectivity disruptions and disconnections. Crashes with the Razer Synapse app and other applications on my PC when the headset is connected. System-wide lagging whenever the headset is in use.This headset was a gift, which makes these issues all the more disappointing. I had high hopes for the product given its reputation and unique design. I received the code for 7.1 sound but it doesn't work   

When I power on my pc, my Kraken V3 Pro doesn’t appear on razer synapse and sound does not work until I unplug and replug the dongle into my pc. I have tried running the repair feature in the razer uninstaller (which as I understand fully uninstalls and reinstalls razer synapse from your pc), after doing so the issue remained. Without synapse installed the issue is not present but I need synapse for my razer mouse button functions to work. Any help would be much appreciated,Zac

I’m willing to buy Barracuda X Chroma but I’m wondering if it’s going to work wired, so I don’t have to put the wireless USB chip in my PC. Is this possible?I have no idea whether the USB cable is exclusively used for charging or may be used as a connector.Thanks!

I recently got a razer keyboard and had to download all the software, after doing so all my audio broke. I’ve tried re-plugging the headphones back in. I have had no former problems with my headphones. They are not razer headphones so is that the problem or is there something i have to do first.

I bought headphones, but there was no activation code for 7.1 sound in the box. I registered their code online, received an email, downloaded the app, and when I tried to redeem the code I received a message saying the code was invalid.  .

I’ve got an issue with my Razer Kraken V4 and the only game I have that is THX compatible, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. The issue is that when in THX Immersive mode (or competitive mode) the comms that are supposed to be received via radio (in the game that is) have far too low volume. I can just hear then. All other NPC’s who talk etc is just fine. Anyone else who experience simular issues?

I just purchased a Barracuda Pro and am using the Type-C to USB converter that came with the headset. I initially had issues when using a USB 3.1 port, but after switching to a USB 3.0 port, most of the issues were resolved. The only remaining problem is with the sidetone feature in the Synapse app—there’s a significant delay in the sidetone, enough to make it feel like I'm listening to myself with an echo. Is this fixable, or am I doing something wrong?And ambient mode works fine, only sidetone is delayed.

Hi, i am wondering if anyone can help me with the problem i am facing now.I have bought the Razer | Pokémon - Hammerhead True Wireless Pikachu Limited Edition since Oct 2020It was working very well since i started using it.However recently my earbud battery seem to be having some issue. it starts to alert me of low battery within 1 hour of usage (10% Battery in the Audio App) or even totally depleted and turned offI used to be able to use it for at least use it from Morning to Afternoon but now it couldn’t last for 45 minutes to 1 hourI am wondering if my Earbud is dying due to excess usage?Please let me know if there is anything i can do to fix the issueAppreciate your kind responseThanks and Regards

hello, i recently got a razer keyboard and mouse, so as natural, when  brought with the option i installed razer sypnase and razer cortex, along with some modules etc such as THX Spatial Audio, but when i clicked on it nothing happened, so i tried to fix it and opted to uninstall it to then re download it as i do with other applications. But unfortunately, i can not for the life of me find a way to reinstall it, so im quite perplexed,  is it not possible  to reinstall it?Thank you to whoever responds.
