Hi. I recently bought a Barracuda X 2022 and wanted to update the soft. Unfortunately, on 2 laptops on which I tried (via cable + usb, or directly via usb-c) to connect the dongle, I can't go through the 2nd page of the update. I have the information "plug in the wireless dongle directly to your PC. Do not use a non-powered USB hub" and the "next" option is greyed out. Windows sees the headphones, the sound works (even 7.1 via app), the same with ps5, only I am not able to update .... Am I doing something wrong or my dongle is broken? Anyone else had such a problem?

My activation code wont show up when ı write my serial numberand I did not get any email of a copy activation code ?

I recently purchased a Hammerhead True Wireless.I fully charged the earbuds inside the case for a night. The light is green.I followed the instructions to pair them to my iphone, but when I open the lid I hear no sound and no device is visible in my phoneI also tried with another phone (Android), same result.Kindly let me know what I can do, or I’ll be forced to return it back.thanks

Sadly, in the original post no solution has been described.So I unsolded the board with the volume knob. Some demounting had to be done before.Please tell me, where I can order the board with the volume knob.Picture is below.Greetings.

Hi! I recently got my new kraken v3 hypersense and i really like thx. But i like having music in the background while gaming and i don't want thx on my music. is it posssible to have thx in game while having stereo on my music? and how do i do that?

acabo de adquirir unos razer hammerhead hyperspeed para xbox, la primera ves que sincronice con la app funciono bien, después con el doc los conecte a la PC y al investigar en la pagina de razer encontre un actualizador de firmware y los actualizo a la versión 1.1.6, cuando quise volverlos a emparejar con la app de razer audio en el celular me dice que solo detecta uno de los auriculares, y si pasa que de repente uno de los auriculares se desincroniza pero al ponerlo en el estuche y cerrar y abrir la tapa se sincroniza pero por mas que los vuelvo a sincronizar la app solo me detecta uno y por ende no me deja a entrar para configurarlos la verdad no se si fue por la actualización o vienen mal de fabrica me gastaría saber si hay manera de recetarlos de fabrica

 Hello, I am looking to replace the microphone on my Kraken Hypersense headset - CARDIOID RAZER™ HYPERCLEAR - but I can't find exactly this reference on the internet. Even the Razer site does not allow you to order this reference, do you have a solution?

Android 14 on Xiaomi 12 TPro… the bluetooth mic is being recognized as speaker and does not work as microphone. Anyone knows why? check video!  

As i said in the title, my earbuds are very quiet all of a sudden. I used to listen to music at 50 volume and now i have to turn it up to about 110-120 to get the same results. Also the sound quality is worse than before. How can i fix this? I have already tried reconnecting them, changing the equalizerand resetting them. They are fully charged and clean. It's also not the fault of my hearing.

I've had this issue for a few weeks now. Every 3 to 5 minutes, my headphones cut out and come back after a few seconds. I've also noticed that this only happens when they are using USB wireless transfer; it has never happened while using Bluetooth. I mostly think this is an issue with my USB connection, but I'm not entirely sure.

Hello, I have searched everywhere for a possible solution or answer but can’t seem to find much information on this issue. My Razer Nari Headphones work perfectly fine with any other game when I have audio output set to “Nari Game Mode” in Windows. However, Helldivers 2 simply will not produce any audio  unless I switch the audio output in windows to “Nari Chat Mode” which works, however the audio is crap as it only uses one channel for audio output. If it’s on “Game Mode”, I can see in the windows audio mixer that sound is being produced but the moving bar, however no sound actually comes out through the headset. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 sound and mic profiles were deleted after an update. I want to restore the profiles, I tried the cloud option, but it didn’t give me the correct one. 

My Razer Nari Ultimate’s Dongle keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and idk why it is really frustrating and i need help I tried recovery and repairing of the dongle and the headset I changed the settings of my pc to not close or suspend any usb device and it still keeps happening 

bonsoir, j’ai un petit soucis je n’arrive pas a trouver le code d’activation pour razer appengine 7.1 malgre que j’ai enregistrer mon casque et fournis une preuve d’achat mais malgre tout je vois mon produit sur mon tableau de bords mais je ne retrouve le code d’activation nul part ainsi que dans ma boite mail 

So i'm wondering if the newly released Blackshark V2 Pro for the Playstation/Xbox uses an independent volume control that has a min and max turn radius like the older Blackshark V2 Pro 2020 edition. The reason i'm asking is because i had the Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 edition, but the static in them was unbearable on PC because the gain was maxed out internally in the headset and the volume was synced to the Windows volume. I want to get the new Blackshark V2 Pro's, but only if they aren't synced to the Windows volume when using them on PC. Has anyone tried them on PC and can confirm if it is synced to the Windows volume or not?

Why is my Kraken Tournament Edition now ineligible for 7.1 when it has been in the past?  I even set-up the sound the way that works for me.  I can’t even get the activation code to unlock 7.1 for a 7.1 headset.  Now all the headset is good for is stereo since the THX Spatial Audio does not sound  any different.

My friend who lives in the US had gifted me a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition, it was with the THX spatial audio cable and the booklet with the activation code. I had kept it somewhere in my room and now I could only find the headset without the THX cable and the booklet with the activation code. I had registered the product online and now I can't request the activation code again cuz it says that the product is ineligible. What am I supposed to do now? Also, the THX cable was misplaced too so can I get a replacement on that cable? And Is there any way to make 7.1 surround sound work? 

ola, comprei recentemente um headset razer black shark v2x, na caixa não veio o código de ativação do audio 7.1, entrei no site da razer para cadastrar o headset e pegar o código, mas tive uma surpresa, meu headset que é nova consta como já cadastrado. como posso resolver esse problema?
