I’ve had the Seiren Mini v2 for about 3 years now, and about a 6 months ago, I started to have issues with it not connecting with my PC. It would appear in my devices channel in settings, but it was unusable unless I removed it from my PC’s settings. So I decided to try switching the cord out with a differnet one, and I havent had too many issues since the switch. Though I’d much rather use the cord that came with the device, I don’t wanna continue having with it. Is it possible to order a new cord for it? Has anyone else had this issue at all, or am I late on this?

Hi, I think I have a problem with my headphones (2020 model). The headphones randomly disconnects during call of duty warzone sessions and also on discord conversations. (that continuous annoying beeping)What I did:Fully reinstalled razer synapse.I checked for firmware updates.Chaging the dongle to diffrent usb ports. Can anyone help me?Thank you! 

my headset is not detected on synapse 2/3 and its not working even after downloading and fixing 7.1 surround sound 

After update razer apps , my kraken v2 pro got no sound at all but my mic is still working… anyone having same problem ? Can anyone help in it ?

Hello guys~If you use nommo v2 (x, pro), take care to listen to alarm sounds.  It usually makes a noise while playing sounds suddenly.Because Nommo v2 was slept at that time. So How we can reduce noise of Nommo V2?The answer is just play sounds eternally.https://veg.by/en/projects/soundkeeper/Go link then you can download file which makes sounds under 20hz ( human can’t listen ) Next, unzip file. Last,  take a file to ‘start program list’ ( start when computer booted ) I’m foreign where not use English, that's why I’m suck at Engish.I hopefully wish this idea helps you.

I just bought my Razer Blackshark X v2 and I can not activate my drivers, it says my product number is invalid. I am sure I entered valid and correct one. Please help

The problem is that I bought it yesterday and it's left earbud turns off when I try to listen or watch something. Also I can't install update because everytime it shows low charge or when it shows 75% and I am starting to install update, it crashes in 26%. Can someone help me please? I don't know what to do. And I tried to connect to a different devices. 

Hi, I recently bought the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and the headphones are awesome. But, there is still one that I and everyone miss regarding these headphones. It’s the fact that you can’t play audio simultaneously from your wireless 2,4 GHz dongle and bluetooth. That is so unfortunate because a lot of people want to use this feature. I think if Razer implemented this feature (if this can be done), the Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) would be the best wireless gaming headphones of all time, easily. Do you think we can make this happen? Let me know your thoughts.

Hi, I recently got myself Razer Barracuda X (2022), I have a problem with my left side of the headphones, they are making squeaking sound/high pitched sound after playing any sound. Squeaking stops after about 8 seconds i believe, and engages again after any sound was played. Also there is no squeaking when I connect them via bluetooth to my phone, it only does that on the USB dongle. I’ve tried every solution i could find on the internet, i swapped usb ports, tried them on 2 different PCs, even reinstalled my windows, etc. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or should I just return them?

I ask everyone to help me solve this problem.I bought Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) wireless in 11.10.2023 but Microphone never worked.I watched all the videos, tried many different methods, but nothing helped.If you cannot solve this problem, than i  will return the headphones back to the store.

YoUsing my Razer Blackshark V2 with the **** synapse razer central app and my MIC VOLUME keeps going down on its own lol…Anyone else had that isse that and knows how to fix it?

Hello, I bought this sound system for my PC!I would like to know if it is possible that when I turn off my PC the speaker lights also turn off?In the synapse settings I checked: turn off the lighting when the screen is off.But when I turn off my PC, the lights which were configured in white statistics go into spectrum cycle.On the other hand, when my PC goes to sleep after 1 hour of inactivity, the speaker lights go out.How can I make it automatic (without having to press the control button for 3 seconds) so that it turns off?Thank you for your response, sorry for my English, I'm French :)

I’ve tried to find out if my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition has a warranty and of course it asked me for my serial number, so i typed it in and it gave me We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again. If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.I’m so confused because i put in my number correctly, and i even swapped 0 for O and it just won’t work.

I have Razer Blackshark v2 X headphones with 3.5 jack and I’m using THX Spatial Audio for it as a separated app. I understand that for now Synapse can see only headphones with USB sound cards or with wireless connection but the separated THX application can work with any headphones, so why it not included in Synapse? It is very uncomfortable to install the separated THX app, maybe it can be integrated into the Synapse (for example in the new beta)? 

hello, i have the razer blackshark v2 headset, when i install the synapse apps for some reason, theres no sound coming out, but when i uninstall the app the headset work fine, how do i fix this. sorry if i have bad english. thanks

HelloPlease help me with a new purchase of Razer Blackshark v2 X headphones.I have a problem with the sound when I turn on the laptop or restart it, the volume of the headphones no longer works and neither does the volume of the laptop. Volume up and down no longer work properly.I want to mention that they are the wired version.Please help me fast!!!!

My headset isn’t charging anymore. I updated windows from 10 to 11. After this it’s not charging. It never dropped, always on the table.Have a video proving it.  

Does anyone have any idea if there’s any way to extend the microphone arm on the blackshark v2 pro (2020)? To get the microphone pickup to be in front of my mouth instead of beside it (where it doesn’t work), I have to pull the headphone so far forward that it’s basically not even covering my ear anymore. So I can either be mute or wear the headphones on the side of my face instead of my ears. Surely there must be a simple 3.5mm mic device out there somewhere that would let me extend the microphone arm out an inch or two?

So i bought this headset in October 2023 to use for my new work from home job.  Last week i noticed my mic would go out randomly when I'm on a work call. I would be in the middle of a call and my mic would just cut off out of no where. i could still hear everything but my mic was not picking up my voice.  Its super frustrating and i need this headset for work.I tried updating the headset last night however the issue still continues today. I'm really sad about this headset giving me so many issues. I recommended this headset to a bunch of my coworkers too.  Please help. I really love this headset but i need the mic to be consistent for work calls. 

When im charging my headset  after around 2 minutes the charging turns off for some reason and a green blinking light pops up for a few seconds i think the headset thinks its battery is full and stops charging i checked for this problem and it said that i should update the firmware i allready had the latest one installed

I took the headphones from a friend, I’ve been using them for a month and everything was fine, yesterday, while playing games, the headphones turned off, I had to disconnect them from the USB and connect them again, then they turned off again and stopped turning on at all   

hii , I'm currently having an issue about my hammerhead x tws , i just received them , opened the box and let them charge till 100% left one drains in 2 mins from 100% to 4% .i tried every troubleshooting steps , from updating firmware to reset to letting them charge to 100% again but issue persists .Have you find any resolution ? please let me know because I've waited for them for too long and I'm really disappointed . it feels bad :(Thank you in advance

THe case is max charge and I don't know how to tell if the headphones are charged them selves. Could I get some help with connecting them It says to open the case and I should hear pairing activated or something like that but no sound plays when I open the case this has also happend to my friend who also got the exact same ear buds so I would really like someone to tell me how to get them to work

I’ve had my kraken headset for a couple of years, but just a few days ago, my headsets volume just became no longer existent. I’ve tried other solutions, and it hasn’t worked. I have fully updated drivers. What can I do to solve this?
