When I charge my headset, it makes red blinking. In the 'how to use' red blinking only happens when it has low battery and not being charged. Why is it happening?

Hi Razer/Community, I am uncertain if this have actually been asked before, as i couldn’t find any support at all on such use case. How can we interface Blackshark V2 Pro (audio and mic) to an Audio Mixer(All my audio goes through the audio mixer(pc,ps5 e.t.c)). The requirements must be that the headset communicate wirelessly via 2.4Ghz(low latency) and not Bluetooth (Blackshark V2 Pro 2023 which has an option for Bluetooth). if there is such an option to do so, can Razer or the community respond to share such an architecture and the BOM(Bill of Materials) for such a setup, make model accessories as such for such a setup.

So I ask you if there is any chance for buy just this part of the headset? Ps. I preferred white version.

Is the razor kiera pro able to be just headphones and connect to the bluetooth on my phone?  Sorry for any inconvenience caused 

So I bought a blackshark v2x without the USB. I used it for a while, added it to my razer id and used the code to activate 7.1 (it came to my email). But as it turned out, I have problems with the mini-jacks on the motherboard and needed the USB version. I went to the store to return them. While the salesman checked the package, he asked about QR and 7.1, and I told him the truth. He ended up sending me home. What to do? ) Can I go to another distributor store and lie that I didn't do anything, or can the raiser cancel the activation and remove them from my id?

hi guys,I have the Razer Blade ‘Advanced’ mid 2019 with 4K OLED and RTX 2080 max q / 9750 Coffee Lake model:  RZ09-03018E52.After a Windows update, the sound stopped working (device manager showed the soundcard as not being present or connected).  I tried several things including rolling back the update, but Windows 11 told me I couldn't roll it back (don't know why exactly).  I tried finding the right driver, but nothing helped.  Finally, I was lucky to have a Restore Point and set it back.  The sound was working again.But after a week or two, again same problem, no sound. I thought 'this time, I'll keep searching to find the correct driver and/or install and config procedure’,  because I can't keep restoring to that same Restore Point forever.  But I couldn’t find it.  I then tried AVG Driver Updater which -before it installed drivers- always created a Restore Point.  Finally, I decided to give up and restore my Restore Point-with-working-sound again, but

I just purchased my Baracuda X about a week ago. The sound is PAINFULLY low on PC games. Had no idea I had to register the product to be able to use the 7.1 Surround Sound software, so the box is gone and I don’t have the serial number. I would love some help with this. Attempting to contact support through the website has been basically impossible. It just keeps sending me back to the same pages, instead of letting me open a case.

i  bought this Hammerhead about a week ago and it is mostly working fiine, but its not connecting to my Razer Audio App, my earphones are CHS packaging version, which im assuming its chinese version, maybe i have to use the Razer Audio chinese version to be able to connect? Help me on this :D

Which razer hammerhead hyperspeed version should I buy to use with ps4, the xbox version says it's compatible with ps4. But I can't find if the ps version would work as well, would either of them actually work well? Are there any other options for ps4 earbuds?

I just got this headset after having the same problems with the Logitech Pro x. I have updated all drivers, I have changed what feels an infinate amount of settings, I simply want to be able to play valorant and it not sound like I am going through a tunnel with cotten balls stuffed in my ears.

My Opus x shuts down after few minutes of silence.  How do I prevent this happening on Windows 10.  All the help relates to phone connection.  Windows settings does not help. Thank you.

Unsure of where to go from here. Was playing a game, closed it, switched to another game and noticed my audio was.. off. It sounded like everything was being filtered through a tin can. I unplugged the headset and plugged it back in, sound was even worse. I reinstalled Synapse 3 and restarted my PC, audio got EVEN WORSE. Next step was to just uninstall synapse completely and see what happened. If I uninstall Synapse 3.0 completely, the headset works and sounds perfectly fine and crisp but truthfully, even if it worked 100% without Synapse, I’d really like to find a way to keep Synapse installed as I have a keyboard that I can’t control the lights on without it.  Am I possibly missing something? I am on Windows 10. Really disheartened as I truly, truly love my headset. It’s possible I’m missing something obvious. I did try with and without THX audio enabled before reinstalling anything and nothing made a difference..

I'm in need of some recommendations for an over-ear wireless headset. I'm looking to switch from Razer as their products keep breaking and the headset adjustment is always broken, resulting in uneven sound. I'm hoping to find something similar to the Razer Nari Ultimate.
