I have such a problem with razer nari ultimate that recently when my headphones were discharged I connected them normally to charge I used them on the cable for about 2 hours I turned off the computer and the next day after about 15-17 hours spent on charging the headphones do not turn on and have been working since then only when the cable is connected and when I disconnect it, they turn off immediately, has anyone had such a problem and knows how to solve it?

i dont have activation code only qr codewhat should i do to activate software 7.1 or thx ?

So ive had my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition RZ04-02980 for a while now and since i reinstalled windows 10 it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Its causing a ton of issues! How do i fix this? There is even static now.

 So I bought a razer v2 x headset the day I got my xbxo series x and the headset plug doesn’t fit into the controller jack all I get is static when I try to plug it in I had the same headset for my xbox 1 but it broke because of a flood but it worked perfectly I’m just confused on what I should do

I have gotten the razer kraken v3 x and volume is lowered then before, it use to be loud and i had gotten the headphone yesterday, and had gotten the 7.1 and it hasn’t helped it a bit I've tried to rise the volume but had only made it louder a bit.By the way i am on windows 11

Is it possible to connect the Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed to a ps4? And if it is how can i do it

I ordered a normal razer blackshark v2, I already have the 7.1 surround sound application installed and working on my computer with my previous headphones the razer kraken X. I wanted to ask if 7.1 surround sound will work on my new razer blackshark v2 even though it is not the X version?

so as I understand it the Nommo V2 X connects audio via the USB cable. With my current setup my monitor doesn’t have a USB port so I would plug the speakers direct into my PC, however I also play on Xbox Series X, would I be able to use the Bluetooth connection from the Xbox to connect to the speakers and avoid changing ports every 2 minutes? And if so how viable is this? Is the Bluetooth connection any good?

I have Barracuda X(2021) everything is okay.When I connect through dongle audio volume decreases and maximum volume like 70%, Not as loud as before which I get from aux cable. So please fix it.

Hello! I want to find out the cause and solution of this problem:I bought a Razer Blackshark V2 X headset, when connected to a laptop, only the right earphone works.Monophonic sound is disabled in Windows settings. Sometimes everything becomes normal, and then the left bowl stops working again. I ask for help!☹️

I purchased the Hello Kitty edition of kraken headset. And today the design just blew away with no reason.Is razer utilizing a real bad quality materials?Any idea if my product can be replaces or at least fixed?im sad and very disappointed.seems it will continue to get damaged little y little . everything else works perfectly fine is just the design.  

To make this post clear, i am wondering if the Barracuda allow a detachable mic, not the barracuda XSince the barracuda 2022 don’t bring any mic to attach to the headset (due to already incorporate them into the speakers itself), i was wondering if adding a detachable mic to the audio 3.5 jack would work and allow the possibility to use it occasionally while gaming.I don’t mind if the microphone is razer brand limited, as long as the possibility exists, i would be fine purchasing the microphone aside with the Barracuda 2022 (again, talking about the barracuda, not the X edition)

G’day, I’ve recently bought an used razer kraken headset, and the left channel sounds like its on the right side, if I test right side its fine, but when i test the left side, its not only playing on the left side. I dont know how should I exactly explain it, but i tried to mess with the windows settings, where i can balance the sides, but it doesnt work at all.

day before yesterday i brought a brand new razer kraken tournement edition. and it came with a 7.1 surround activation code card.. but when i scrath the card the. code so got scarthed off... soo i couldnt use it. then i foumd out that there is a way to request a new code with the serial number.. but when i tried that with the correct s/n it says this product is not applicable to have it. then why did i recieve a scratch card? please help me with this situtation

Can you make a Pro version of Barracuda X. I want a better version of Barracuda. Please use TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers. It is better as it creates better and more accurate sound. Add hybrid ANC to this new Barracuda X Pro. Keep the hyperclear cardioid boom microphone and 3.5mm analog port. Boom mic is better than integrated mic and I want to be able to use it with any device. Please make this Barracuda X Pro with new and better hardware.

Hello! My name is Milan, known as hhlol. I bought a Razer Kraken TE headset like 2-3 years ago. It was perfectly fine working till now. When i start a music its sounds like its buzzing, crackling, muffled and sometimes i do not hear it. When i start a video i just hear little words but cant understand them. I have updated the synapse, windows the problem even appears when i plug it in my phone or my other pc. If you have a tip please let me know. I need to fix this asap.

How do i fix the buzzing of the left earbud piece of my hammerhead?

4 days in and my razer blade 14 has stopped  making any noises when doing anything like  YouTube or gaming. 

i just bought Razer Leviathan v2 and i bought it main purpose want to use it with ps 5 but its not working. Is there any way I can connect them together?

Greetings:I am the happy owner of the Blackshark V2 Pro. Great headset. I am not a computer expert, but I can figure things out with common sense and a process of elimination. I have been an audio professional in another life.There is something I would like to do for better emersion in the flight simulator world. I would love to add a sub to the sound to feel what I hear. However, I need help figuring out how to do that on my PC. As with most PCs, it has a Realtek audio card I never use because I am exclusively a headset user.Can we have an alternative sound output while the Blackshark V2 Pro runs via the dongle and Bluetooth? So I've had the kaira pro for ps5 for a while and just misplaced the dongle that plugs into the ps5. I can't find the replacement part on the razer site so was wondering where I get one.
