Hello, I'm using the Razer Surround 7.1 app and have it selected as my default output device. However, after a few restarts the Realtek Audio device gets automatically selected as default audio device, effectively disabling Razer Surround. This is very annoying because not only do I have to manually switch back to Surround, but I also have to reconfigure all apps using audio input. How can I fix this? I cannot uninstall the Realtek driver because if I disable it I have no sound at all (Razer Surround uses Realtek in my case). Regards

First, I plugged my Kraken X headphones into the headphone port of the Nommo speakers, and turns out my headphone doesn't produce any audio at all, they only have audio from the speakers if I unplug them.

Raazer Kraken. 7.1 surround sound - on When start music or any game I hear "muffled" sound (not sure is this right word or not - "muffled"), it can be fixed if I turn "off" and then back "on" Surround Sound in the app, sound becomes way better after this. So, every time I start a game I must turn "off" and "on" Surround Sound, otherwise sound will be "muffled". Simply put, after headphones "rest" a bit (about 10-20 sec), next sound will be "muffled" untill you "off" --> "on" Surround Sound. Tested it on another PC - same. Hello, everyone! I bought my headphones half an year ago (kraken x multiplatform). My pads started smelling really bad, how do i clean them up? I looked up in the official information, but I found is a towel with alcohol on it, then I needed to just use it on the headphones. Is there anything specific for the pads? Hi. I have a problem with my Razer Audio Mixer or Razer Synapse. After minimizing games there is no sound. I only hear my voice through Mic Monitor. And after that I can't turn off/restart my PC without unplugging the USB cable from Audio Mixer.

I've tried almost everything (removing the device, resetting Bluetooth completely, making sure it's registered as a playback device, everything people have recommended, to the official web pages and still no luck. The audio comes in and out but for the most part, it's simply just no sound. (my Bluetooth version for my PC is 11.3, so I wonder if that's the issue?) Hi, I've had these headsets for a while now, and they seem to have an issue related to the volume knob built into the headset, if I change the volume using it, my left headphone will stop working completely. The only way to fix it during the past was to keep moving it like some old radio. Today it happened again but currently it hasn't worked again, hopefully someone knows what's causing it or has a solution. Thanks

Hi! I want to use my Razer Nommo with a subwoofer that I own. I tried using the 'Headphone' jack output on my Nommo speakers, but it disables the Nommo's audio and only broadcasts to the subwoofer I connected. Is there a way to disable this feature so I can use the speaker and my subwoofer at the same time? Thanks!

Hi all, I have a problem, I bought for a girl razer kraken kitty edition, and they are not identified by Windows when connected, appear for a second and then disappear, in the Device Manager they are, in the sound settings is not. Found a temporary solution is to clamp the THX SPATIAL button while turning on to cosplay mode, then they work but no settings in the synapse, glow with one light. Reinstalled Windows, razer synapse and all the drivers, the same on other computers. (*Omitted)

I just bought these and they disconnect every time I start a new Youtube video or start a game.

I'm having a problem with my headphones with the fact that as soon as I stop listening to the audio, the headphones stop registering any audio. For example, if I pause Netflix for let's say 10 seconds when I click play again, no noise comes out of the headset on any platform (youtube, Spotify etc). Sometimes turning the headset on and off again works but it's such a pain to have to do this every single time. I am basically sitting next to the Bluetooth dongle on my PC so there is no issue with distance. I have upgraded to the THX Spatial software and updated all my Razer applications and still, this keeps happening. Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.

Hi, I have been using the Nommo Chroma via USB with a thunderbolt dock with both work and personal laptops for a few weeks. About once a day, and every time within a minute or two when I use Webex for a phone call, the speakers shut off and disappear from my Windows list of audio devices, even though it is currently playing audio or audio has been playing only minutes before. I have to manually turn them back on by pressing the volume button, and usually have to wait a few seconds before this will work. This makes them unusable during calls on my work computer. I don't see any options in Synapse (when connected to my personal computer, I can't install Synapse on the work laptop) or Windows to prevent this auto-shut off. Any suggestions? Is it faulty hardware? Thanks for any suggestions!

hi, for a few weeks I don't know why my razer nari ultimate lose connectivity with the key every time the pc is restarted, I have windows 11 and the razer synapse 3 software that sometimes when I manage to connect the headphones does not show me on the screen the headphones of the device section even if I hear the audio. I used both the key recovery tool and the one to update the headphones and the key.Here several things happen, or the key is not in the software so I have to uninstall the driver and also change the USB port or sometimes it recognizes it but the firmware download goes to the maximum and then returns to zero and asks me to restart the firmware download (when I open the application, version 106 of the headphones appears while in the key section the current installed version does not come out, practically as if was installed). I can't seem to get this headset charged up completely. I'm using the included cable on a 5V 2.4A USB port. Charged overnight and this morning the LED is still blinking. On a related note, the Synapse app only shows a tiny battery representing the charged state. How about a percentage (%) indicator?

I was a happy owner of the razer kraken 7.1 chroma v2, in my opinion one of the best headphones I have had / tested - there were a lot of them, perfect for playing marathons for 10 hours, I did not even feel that I had these headphones on the ears, or listening to music, just fire ... Today I bought a Razer Baracuda X, after 1.5 hours I went to return them the sound was tragic, the headphones a bit small ... So my question, what do you recommend? I would like to buy the same headphones again, unfortunately they are discontinued

Hello to all "greens". For some time something has happened to me in my old age;) my head changed and after a long break I returned to the games. But I didn't have anything "good" from the accessories - I decided to find the equipment that would meet my expectations - that's how I became a fan of the brand ... but to the point. A few days ago I bought a Nommo Pro speaker set. The speakers are really amazing, the look and workmanship is just great (so it turned out that I have nowhere to put the subfoe and kick it every now and then because it is standing right under my leg). However, I would like to know your "sound preferences" and ask about it - what settings do you have? Do you use an equalizer or do you have THX or Dolby turned on?
