I've had a razer nommo for my pc awhile now and just recently bougth a new gaming pc wich i built myself and when i plugged in my nommo it won't turn on when i press or hold down the on/volume button on the base. Sometimes i get a notification that my pc is configuring the nommo but then it just disappears again after 2 seconds. No lights under the base turns on or anything.. I have the power plugged in the same way it was when it was working before i unplugged it to move my gaming setup. Anyone know what could be wrong or how to fix it?? I have tried different outlets and/or usb connectors in my pc, nothing seems to help.

I was wondering if anyone knew if this was ususable on console? or is it strictly pc. Looking for the same headset but hoped it was on xbox :(

I dont know if i yanked too hard or messed something up, but the end of the cable that connects to my headset is really wobbly now. I dont really remember if its always been like this. Anyone else have this or did i mess something up?

Hello, i have recently bought a razer leviathan and i am experiencing an issue: after a while, the soundbar starts making an extreme static noise, no other sounds are heard except of that. It only happens in games, if i listen to music and/or watch movies it doesn't happen. Here's what i tried: I tried reinstalling the sound driver, just in case, but nothing changed. Help would be appreciated

Is there a way to turn it off from my xbox because the vibrate is getting kind of annoying.

I have my Nari Ultimate for about a year now it was always working fine but now whenever I want to use it wireless and I plug the usb dongle in my laptop/ps4 it just wont connect anymore. The light keeps blinking but it wont connect. I figured out that if I put something beneath it or give little pressure to it it does connect so it looks like the usb dongle cant be plugged in like it should be. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution? its quite annoying I cant really use it wireless anymore. Thanks in advance.

I bought Razer Hammerhead TW Earbuds one week ago. Volume has never been so high, i started to seek help, I've done everything recommended like disabling the absoulute volume for bluetooth connections etc. The sound doesn't increase when I press double and hold Help me please!

i'm looking for a new headset mainly for use in Valorant, So that is the priority but i also play Apex & Tarkov on the side.. Mainly focused on the ability to hear footsteps and determine where they are coming from in the games. i don't really mind if its wireless or wired. I've looked at the Razer Kraken Ultimate & Tournament additions, and also the BlackShark v2.. wondering how those compare and also if anyone has any other suggestions for my use case.. Thanks

Hi! I've been using a nari ultimate for some time now and I'm satisified with the item, but since I wear it A LOT, recently I was thinking about replacing the ear cushions. What I found on the site (and google) https://razercarestore.razer.com/razer-nari-family-ear-cooling-gel-cushions/ is only available to the US. Is there no way to order it to EU? Would rather stay 1st party if possible. Thanks a lot!

Hello! I have the Kraken D2 ManO'War TE headset for console. I can hear audio fine through it but when I unmute myself everyone complains of loud squealing noises coming from my headset through party chats and they cannot hear me. This happens on my PC too only all sound audio is distorted (through both cablings). I'm wondering if there is a fix or replacement part to this or is there a way I can send it back to be fixed?

Was the stormtrooper edition a limited run or will in be coming back in stock? Would like to start supporting Razer and was hoping to start with the Kraken Stormtrroper edition leading into project Hazel. Thank you for any help and answers

Hi Dears I have purchased a Hammerhead yesterday and fully charged then paired it with my Samsung Galaxy S21. after about 3 hours of playing music, the right earphone powered off due to low battery then I have put both of them in the case and now, only the left side is working and the right side (the one was powered off due to low battery) is now powering on again, I have tested all explained ways for example holding the touch for 2, 5 or 8 seconds, triple touch and hold 3rd touch for 2 seconds. all tested workarounds is giving same result. so what can I do?

Hello, I've had the Tiamats for a very long time, couple years actually, and I enjoy them a lot. They're super comfortable and the stereo mode is great imo. I recently bought a sound card (ASUS Strix Soar) so I can use the 7.1 mode properly. The game I've been testing 7.1 mode on is Warthunder, going on a test drive, shooting guns and driving to properly tune the headset. I always feel as if I get it *just* about there, but never close enough. Let me start describing the experience. When I turn on 7.1 mode, everything sounds terrible- somewhat quiet and like I am listening to the sounds on ear buds that are 3 inches away from my ears; tinny as some would say. This is the main reason I bought a sound card- because I heard it really changes the experience and makes the Tiamats amazing to use. Strix Soar is just the Strix Raid DLX without the dac amp and the DLX is a card that is recommended to go with the Tiamats, so I figured I should be good. Originally when I plugged the card in,

I have the Razer Nommo Pro speakers and the Razer BlackShark V2 Headphones with the USB Sound Card. I have a THX Audio Enhancement simple option with the speakers and a fuller THX Spatial Audio set with the headphones. Also, I have BOSE headphones I sometimes use. My question is what THX drivers/use do you get with the Nommo Pro vs the Blackshark USB Sound Card and do you get more capability if you buy the separate software THX download. My second question is if you get more how the hell do I find the 50% off code!!!

Hello, Have noticed a clipping type of sound, a bit like a bitcrushing sound on top of the audio coming out of my Blade 14 (2017-7700 1060gtx). I am not sure if it has always done this as I used to use an external audio interface. I've tried changing, reverting back to old drivers etc, disabling different devices with no luck. It's particularly audible on sounds with bass. It sounds like a sample rate issue, tried many combinations of 16/24bit 44.1-48khz etc. Exclusive control on and off, windows hd driver, the realtek driver.... Occasionally the volume also goes to max or minimum by itself, and the volume display bar remains on the screen. Any help and solutions much appreciated :) Thanks

Hi, I bought, few years ago a razer kraken mobile. But, the cord is used and the sound is buzzy or doesnt work. So, when i check on the website, all cord is out of stock. I'm asking, where could buy a new cord or which alternative i can try? regards

I just bought Hammerhead TWS today and firstly I charged it's case with earbuds inside it. After the green led blinked, I unplugged charge usb and I tried to connect it to my pc(I have got usb 4.0 dongle for bluetooth) and to my mobile phone(Samsung Note5) but bluetooth cannot detected my Hammerhead. Is there anyone who can help me?
