Razer Nari Ultimate - Dongle bricked

Can anyone from Razer help? :/

Same problem here my fellow mates. Any help or response would be appreciated!

i have been having this issue for a few months now. my pc just suddenly stopped detecting the dongle was plugged in and it hasnt worked since and i kinda gave up on it and used an older pair. however, i have recently tried again and gotten the same results, i even tried the replacement dongle pairing software but it just wont detect it.

Another thing i want to point out, how do i go about buying a replacement dongle? i have searched everywhere on the razer store and it doesnt seem to sell them, but then why is the replacement dongle pairing software even there? i am currently resorting to buying an entire replacement pair of headphones just for the dongle which is just ridiculous, so if there is a way to purchase the dongle on its own then please let me know before i spend £50+ on ebay, thanks.

This is what happens when I try to update the firmware of the dongle. It seems to be stuck like this after it reaches 100%. Someone needs to fix this.

I have the same problem. My headphones stopped connecting overnight. Unfortunately, nothing seems to help, and RAZOR doesn't seem to be interested in this problem.

Anyone know what the issue is ? since im having this problem starting from today :D. Thanks in advance 

Mine just bricked today. Sucks that it happened but i’m glad i’m not the only one. Hopefully this bs gets fixed

Will not be fixed. Razor has known about the issue for at least half a year. They're not doing anything. The only option is to buy a replacement part at aliexpress

Having the same problem. Overnight my headset has been suddenly rapidly connecting/disconnecting 10 times a second.

So, mine exaclty the same. Suspiciously enough had my warranty expire a few months back. 
If anyone here has also this case of “JUST OUT OF LIMITED WARRANTY - NOW BRICKED”
please, respond to this comment. We might be under a case of artificially manipulated obsolescence and it may be illegal.
I hope we all get both our dongle and the good old Razer service back.

Here also you have a link with an example of how to “fix” this specific case. Read carefully, do it only as a last resort if the AliExpress replacement doesnt work, or Razer dismisses your demands.

exact same issue here. not sure what to do. if its a common quality issue, razer should be responsible...

Bumping this post, having the same issue since yesterday. Does anyone know if third-party replacement dongles work? or should I search for a Razer one, thanks.

Same issue as main user has posted. Had the headset for 3 years then out of nowhere my dongle stopped connecting to my headset. I also have tried the recovery tool which it says it has recovered supposedly successfully a few times but still my razer no longer registers as a device. I also have tried the pairing tool but am unable to get the dongle to register long enough to complete the process. I’ve heard of people getting replacement dongles but am unable to find any way to submit a ticket to razer to request one, even if it costs a little. Posting in hopes it boosts visibility by razer staff so they can help

Same exact issue as reported by all, It can’t be a coincidence - this really looks like scheduled obsolence on razer’s part. And the support is non-existent.

I think the most productive solution is just not buying razer products anymore

I agree, planned obsolescence. I’ve used these headphones 3 or 4 times since I’ve owned them. Breaking them out every few months to have a good gaming session. Today used the pairing tool and restarted my computer an it bricked the dongle. Not a good product of what I’ve been reading is true. The software is too invasive anyway and it tries to do too much. No wonder it causes so many problems.
