So the headband of my razer kitty kraken is peeling it looks so bad, is there a way to replace them? Also the quality of this headsets it's so bad that even the painting on metal parts is peeling too. I only have one year with this headsets and they are a replacement :c
I bought this controller one month ago, I already changed it through warranty because the m6 back button double clicked but the point is that the previous one that i had and the one i have now have the same problem. when i boot to windows and i go on and open apex i realised that the controller never responds before i unplug it and replug it to the usb. i thought this might be a firmware related issue so i updated the firmware and it seemed that it worked for a day. Today i boot again to windows, go on open apex and again controller does not respond. I realised that even if i go to synapse and go to the thoumbstick calibration section the controller doesn’t even respond to the synapse before i unplug and replug it even though the controller shows up and gets recognized by synapse and the white led lights up on the controller the whole time that it doesn’t respond. this is basically a firmware issue and i just i have one thing to say. RAZER FIX YOUR SHIT!!! I DONT WANT TO DAMAGE MY TYPE
The touchpad on this controller works like a mouse and a mouse button, how do I reassign the touchpad to a PC? Also, the controller is defined as an xbox, not as a ps controller, if you switch the mode to ps, then the controller in the prototype is not defined in games.
I’ve tried connecting it using the dongle connected to my Xbox and Xbox controller and I’ve also tried connecting it using the console connect button but no method has worked
I would really love if Razer added some features to the Wolverine V3 Pro, like why can't you switch profiles using the function button and another button no one wants to open the app to change profiles when every other Pro controller on the market can save profilesAlso I would really love if the other buttons on the controller could be remappable instead of just the extra buttons, again every other Pro controller on the market can do thisAnd fix the dead zones!!Hard to recommend this controller to people when it can't achieve what every other Pro Controller can, feels like a lot of wasted potential on an otherwise great controller
What is the best play station controller to use?
Does anybody know what thumsticks or caps fit the raiju v3 and maybe triggers and such it would be nice to customise my controller a little. Thanks in advance guys and the raiju v3 is an awesome controller better than my dual sense edge.
I have the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro and like some others the Xbox app is forcing us to update the firmware on a PC, it won’t let us into the app. I finally found a way to force through it.When the box pops up saying Exit. Press Option + A face button to change your controller profile. This will let you manage the app under the message.Press Y, then navigate to firmware update. This will let you update the firmware. It just worked for me.

Even though my device has a dead zone of 0, there's a dead zone of 5% or more, and I can't get past this problem. Please help. You'll understand if you look at the bars.
Hello. Recently I’ve been experiencing a problem where the joystick on my controller (Model number: RZ06-0521) stops registering the upper range of my left joystick (see images). The up direction only registers up to ~0.7, and the down direction up to ~0.9. The left and right directions stay unaffected. When I unplug the controller, the joystick behaves normally again, until like 10 minutes into a session, when it stops functioning correctly.
Hey everyonei lost my usb type c dongle for my blackshark v3 hyperspeed for playstation. I plugged the new dongle in my playstation but it wont connect. It also looks different than the one i got. You guys know of a solition thx in advance

Hello all, I have been a fan of razer gear for a while and im a college student. I am hoping to try out for my college esports team for the first time. I’m planning on playing for the overwatch and COD team. I have been told by some of my teammates that getting a dedicated esports controller could be beneficial to my performance. I like the feel of razor stuff so I figured I’d check what they have to offer. But to be honest, I’m a little overwhelmed by the choices. Are you guys ever going to fix your controller? We go through your steps and it still doesn’t work. I very unsatisfied with this product. I’m on my second one that you replaced and still disconnecting in wireless mode, unreal… for over $300 I’d expect better. Don’t think I’ll ever purchase anything Razer again because of you poor service and not being able to fix your product. DO NOT BUY.. Brutal
Hello again! So, the second one, exact same error. I have had this happen yet again identically since a month after I got it as replacement for my first one but haven't had the energy to reach out for help again.It's so weird, I can play for 4 hours, thrn it suddenly starts disconnecting and becoming extremely sensitive to the dlightest movement.I have never in my life taken this much care in cable management and have eliminated any and all "tugs/yanks" on the cable. It's so obviously a product flaw as I haven't heard anyone NOT getting this. Latest example: "literally 5 minutes ago my friend sent a party invite, from that moment and until I had joined the party the controller disconnected _6_ TIMES. That's in a <30 seconds time lapse. Twice I had to unplug/replug the cable or it would not Power On at all (power surge? poor shielding in the contact area?).It has literally ruined Coop Sessions, Boss fights, PvP Duels and my desire to ever use a controller again or a console has alm
I’ve had to replace my Wolverine V3 twice for disconnecting issues in the few months that I’ve owned it. Razer refuses to acknowledge the issue or address it. So I’ve taken things into my own hands. I designed and 3D printed a piece to lock the cable into place. I used museum putty as the adhesive so I will be able to take it off for warranty claim or if any other reason arises. I will keep y’all updated as I use it. Hopefully this is the fix we need. I have the design if anybody else wants to give it a try.
Hey everyone, Just got the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC and I’m pretty disappointed with the stick resolution. It is about 256 after installing the latest firmware.This is pretty low for TMR sticks. Coming from a Blitz 2 TMR (the stick resolution is about 1200 points on that one, Gamesir G7 Pro is much higher too), that very expensive Razer controller is not precise at all. I understand lower res could feel good on games like CoD (but does it really?), but it is 100% terrible on games like Halo. Any chance to improve this with a future firmware update, or is it a hardware limitation? Thanks.

I used to play to compete in various fighting games and bought a razer rajiu TE a while back. after it broke the product was just disscontinued and i got a new one for cheap. i don’t play games that much anymore but wanted to play FC26 now that it released. for some reason i have always had issues with ea games and need to launch them through steam with steam input however on fc26 there is so much input delay, all the buttons need to be hammered for inputs to register and even then everything is extremelly delayed to the point where it is not playable. anyone know any solution or has had similar issues and managed to fix them?i’ve got the latest drivers from 2021 but still.i need to add that the controller works fine in other games and i’ve used an old ps3 controller for the past couple of days without issues other than that the controller itself is also broken and randomly inputs other commands which is why i’m overall frustrated that i can’t get my regular controller to work.
Why can't I get my ps5 controller to remap to do 2 buttons at once? I see people remap the MFB to do right down not just click it in. How?
Hey guys. I recently got the Charging Stand in Aqua Shift and well, it doesn't do what it says on the tin lol it has taken roughly 5-8 hours to charge. I set it at roughly midnight, woke up at 5 (cause I can never sleep) and the indicator is orange, woke again at 8 and it's finally white. I have the included cord plugged into a Samsung super fast wall adapter. Has anyone else experienced long wait times or just me?
So there is an INSANE issue for these controllers that can be considered a design flaw. There is something known as "intrinsic deadzone" on these controllers is about 15%-20% from what I have seen online. It doesn't matter whether or not it is adjusted in-game, the firmware takes over and makes the deadzone 15%-20% or higher depending on the game deadzone settings. An example of this would be if you set the deadzone to 5%, it would be overridden by the firmware and sets it to 15%-20%. If you set it to 25%, it would be 25%. The easiest solution for this would be to allow a software deadzone control. Another one could be a firmware update. Here are some videos/forums filled with people having this issue. I will be sticking to my Wolverine Ultimate for now until this gets fixe
