Hello, I was wondering if there will ever be Phantom Keycaps in different layouts then US/UK? Because I need new Keycaps for my Blackwidow Elite and I fell in love with the phantom keycaps. And since Razer Keyboards usually don't support default Keycaps from other Brands (I am from germany and they usually don't fit in the bottom row) I would just buy a different keyboard from another brand in the end. Would be kinda disappointing since almost everything in my kit is from Razer. But it seems kinda impossible to even get normal keycaps from Razer in qwertz layout. So.... are there any plans to make Phantom keycaps in qwertz layout or nah?

Anyone know when they're actually gonna make this thing available on the Australian store? I've been checking the store for months but it's still under notify me status.

I currently have a Blackwidow Chroma and I am searching far and wide for a Razer keyboard that illuminates the secondary keys. I like to work/play in the dark and I often have to turn on the lights to find the secondary symbol on a primary key. Are there any Razer keyboards that illuminate all key symbols (including secondary). A full size keyboard with a num pad is also important because I also use my PC use it for work. Thanks for any input or advice!!!!!!!

Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing great in those hard times with all the problems we are facing. I don't know where to start exactly but let me start from the start :) See this as a very detailed feedback. Back then when I was a teen I bought my first real mouse that sadly wasn't that great, it was a Roccat Kova +, it was my first mouse and I liked it but the rubber grips became hot from holding, it squished out the glue and made the mouse sticky. So after it annoyed me a lot I looked for another mouse and I bought a Razer DeathAdder Re-Spawn, I bought it somewhere in 2010, I was about 16 back then. I played over 15k hours in Call of Duty 2 (xFire) and MW2 and BO2. So it served me a really long time, then it broke, I decided to try other mice, had the Roccat Kone XTD optical, Func MS3, and many others, I had then the Razer DeathAdder Chroma, I used it and after 2 years one button stopped clicking so I bought other mice, the Logitech G Pro Wireless, used the GPW for little ove

Hello all. I have been (kind of - I'll get to this in a bit) using Razer (only the Cynosa Chroma) for about 2 years now, however, I have gotten the keyboard twice. First time it was for Christmas, it worked perfectly fine. I could use the studio and whatnot, and all was good. However, the 2nd time, I ordered from Amazon. And I am not pleased on the fact that the studio doesn't work, however I compliment the Razer Support team for getting back as fast as they did. Now, I am always excited to look at Razer items - I have never really had enough money to get a product however I do now, and I am pleased to say that this keyboard was and still is one of the best keyboards I've owned. It's comfortable and beautiful. I like bigger keyboards too as I fat-finger smaller ones often, and other people may see this as a big and clunky keyboard but I find it perfectly fitting my needs one day after another.

Is the THX only for the headsets? I cannot use it with the built in speakers? These speakers sound ehhhhh But I am happy to be back into gaming laptop world. If you guys need me to do any benchmarks with this laptop lmk!

Hey guys, recently bought the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed gaming mouse and it has been working well so far but I always have like these stutters of the mouse like its bugging across the screen sometimes anyone got a solution? already checked it on other pcs and laptops already still not working. Razer support doesn't have anything for technical problems with almost anything so it really is trash so i just thought i could get help on here since razer doesnt care.

So was wondering if anyone knows where to get replacements for these funky screws the blade has. I have tried some "Kits" the screws are too short, or heads too big, I want Flush Screws of the correct lenght. Cant seem to find anything even close to them on the web (With the small step up waffle head on a m2x3.5) Doesnt have to be that, just flush and hold would be nice.

Hoping someone can recommendation a headset for me. I have lost hearing on certain frequencies so I am looking for a headset with broad frequencies and the ability to raise and lower the volume on the affected frequencies on the headset or though an computer App. I teach on-line from my computer using Zoom. Any ideas?

I am wanting to switch out my switches on my controller. The ones used (green) comes with four holes for the LED. The ones I ordered (red) comes with only two holes for an LED. Anybody out there know how to get the "super quiet" switches with the four holes? Thanks.

I have a Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2020) - RZ09-0328 and I'm trying to find the ECs or Super I/O chips that are used by Razer Laptops. The fan speeds on Razer laptops are annoying (I'm not hard core gaming) and I'm trying to use the NoteBook FanControl utility. Razer's Synapse app is ineffective since #1 It won't even tell you the current fan speed, #2 you're stuck between 4900 and 5500 RPM. Thanks!

Hello. Can someone who have the Razer Enki gaming chair tell me: is chair armsets are comfortable for long use? As I see on some reviews people experience are different - somebody say it's uncomfortable and someone say it's just looks like uncomfortable, but in real it's really comfortable. I understand the comfortable mark is subjective, but I really want to know the opinion of someone who bought it. Also I know that it's better to find this chair in real life and test it, but I can't find the shop/place in my country where I can do this.

Basically, I'm trying to set up my keyboard for Genshin Impact. Recently, Genshin became compatible with razer synapse, allowing it to control the lighting via synapse. I was unsatisfied with the product of that and decided to customize my keyboard manually. What I am attempting: I am trying to bind keys 1, 2, 3, and 4 to switch the color of my keyboard (based on the element of the character I am playing) I was having no issues, I managed to create the different chroma effects i needed and easily bound them to my keys and it was exactly what I wanted. My issue: When bound, my keys no longer function, and their only use is to switch my keyboard lighting. I refuse to believe there is no option to be able to use the key itself and also have it bound to switching lighting. If anyone is aware of the option or knows a solution to my issue please let me know asap. I know there is hypershift settings, but if its possible to do something like double binding a key, i would very much apprecia

hi guys i have a Razer edge Tablet and im looking to dual boot it, anyone have any insight?/guides i did try years ago but failed. lucky i had backed up the os and managed to get it working again, Currently i have win11 installed,

Tried to install a new version of bios via razer updater under win 11. During the update got the blue screen, laptop restarted and screen doesn’t turn on. Green light is slowly blinking. Tried CMOS reset. Tried ram reset. No results.

So i saw that in malaysia the genshin x razer collab deathadder was out of stock, does it restock often or not? Cause i really want it but i cant directly buy it to my country. Someone i know is currently living there so i was gonna ask them to hold the package for me now i see that it is out of stock so im feeling kinda pissed and sad so if anyone can tellcme if it restock often i will be very grateful. Hi, I just bought a used Blade 14 laptop ( model RZ09-01301E21 ) and the center of the screen has some white / black marks depending on the angle. At first I thought it may have something to do with the illuminated logo on the back as the marks are in the same area but while searching how to disable it, ( it seems like it's not possible on this model ) I found out that these are most probably pressure marks which need disassembling the screen to be removed. I found some tutorials to fix this issue but not on how disassembling the screen on this particular laptop. I'm a noob but hopefully if I find detailed instructions about how to take the screen assembly apart I would be able to repair it. I don't want to pay for repair as this is an old laptop I got for super cheap so I will either try to fix it myself or leave it like that. Thanks in advance for your help
