Hi guys, wasn't sure where to post this. Razer support on twitter didn't reply to me. I'm a newbie (the only razer gear I've had is mouse and the awesome backpack i use). I've just bought a Razer blade pro 17 which is arriving Wednesday and I'm super excited to use it! :) I assume I can easily add more or new ram myself and an extra HDD without voiding warranty? if so what ram is recommended and what hard drive for storage?. Though i'm sure 16gb will be fine for now, i suspect that i might want more for vfx work.
I bought a Chroma X a few weeks ago. Since then I have reinstalled my computer, reinstalled my drivers numerous times, had the chroma replaced thinking it was a hardware issue. It wasn't. My Razer Advanced 2019 early just random freezes to thee point where the mouse doesn't even move and it does this only with the chroma x plugged in. Beware that if you buy this device you are likely to face the same issue. I have gone from a Razer fanboy to a "never buy from them again" in 3 weeks. Good luck and you aren't alone. Edit: Gave the eGPU one star on amazon.

I'm foreign student who currently study in South Korea and currently looking for a new laptop since my old one is broken. We all know that Razer Blade Pro is such a great laptop and I dream to get one for my college life. However, there is no official online store here and the fact that I can't really speak korean makes it kind of impossible to get it from any computer store in Seoul. So, what is the best way to get a Razer Blade Pro (2019) in South Korea? Ps. In fact, I did see some of them sold on g-market and coupang. However, I'm not sure if those will come with warranty. Since it is quite an expensive machine, I really want to make sure that I can get my device fixed or claimed in case it needs to.
I already tried every mouse shape there is and nothing fits me, i have to long hands, i can't hold mouse in grips, where it is supposed and i can hold it only with finger tips, i have no control and my mouse jumping... Plese make universal mouse for large hands at least like 140/80mm... It sucks, i was supreme master class in cs go and top 1 masters in sc2 and i can't play, because there is no mouse, which fit me. It sucks, i guess no one make large mouse , because it wouldn't see well. Corporations care only about money, but f2ck customers... Like noone do them, all mice are so tiny, but there must be a lot of people with large hands as well... Also usualy larger mice are to heavy or laser..
Hi! I wanted to buy a laptop for my brother as a Christmas present, and while he has always used MacBooks, he has recently started to look into the blade and was especially impressed by the optical keyboard that is available in the US. While I'm sure he would enjoy the normal blade keyboard, I would like to really get him something special, new and different, though when I look at the European configurations of the blade, that certain keyboard option isn't available. Is it possible to obtain a Blade 15 with an optical keyboard in Europe, before Christmas, and if not, when would it be possible to buy one?

If your integrated webcam is not working since Windows 10 update or upgrade, the problem is likely to be caused by faulty drivers or driver conflicts. To fix the problem, first, check the driver status in Device Manager. Follow instructions in this post and your webcam should work again. First, go to Device Manager and see if there is a yellow mark next to the webcam device. The device may list under entry Imaging devices or Other devices. If under Other devices, the device name could also be Unknown Device. Uninstall the Driver 1. Right-click on the device and select Uninstall on the pop-up context menu. 2. Confirm Device Uninstall window will pop up. Click OK button to apply the uninstall. 3. Reboot your computer. After rebooting, Windows will reinstall the driver automatically. If Windows does not install the driver automatically, download and install the latest driver manually. Update the Driver Manually Go to your PC manufacturer’s website to download the latest Windows 10 d

During lunch, my colleagues and I were in a discussion about why certain AAA titles from major developers and publishers have flopped, recently. It seems that the past few years have been hard on big named games. It's my theory that on top of not having the original teams that bore the AAA game franchise, a lot of the games now a days are built around a revenue model instead of, well, a gameplay experience. I think when developers are forced to create around a revenue model, it can restrict gameplay systems and mechanics, which in turn affects how a person may enjoy a game. Personally, I don't mind loot boxes if they're for cosmetics only. I have huge problem with pay-to-win or stupidly RNG gacha mechanics. I'm 100% ok with paying full price for a game if I know I'm going to get a good value out of it and will pay extra for strategically priced DLC. So for this week's Thread of the Week, I want to know what your preference is. Fill the poll out and let me hear your thoughts!
Alright, just got my new Razer Blade Stealth 13 GTX in today and was surprised it doesn't work with two of the power banks that work fine on my MacBook with USB-C. The two power banks used are the Xiaomi 20.000mAh V3, which has 45W PD and the Aukey PB-Y7 with 30.000mAh and 30W PD. So before I go and order a bunch of power banks on Amazon and subject them all to a process of trail and error, does anyone have any recommendations for a power bank that's tried and tested with the Razer Blade Stealth 13 GTX? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
I'm a huge Blizzard fan and it's tough being a fan right now. The state of the games, the state of the world, the state of a lot of things, make me feel like Blizzard isn't really delivering on the warm and fuzzies as of late. Often times, however, what keep me going are the leaks. A lot of them are fake. We learn over time to take them with a grain of salt. Every so often, after all that's been said and done, it's fun to go back and see if any of the leaks were right. There's so much talk about Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 it's hard not to get excited for what's coming at the end of this week. For me, it's practically Christmas. This week's thread is two-fold. If you're into Blizzard games, what are you looking forward to seeing or hearing about from Blizzcon. And whether or not you're into Blizzard games, are you into leaks about your favorite games, movies, brands or any sort of entertainment? Do you tend to believe them? Or do you prefer to throw a lot of hate at the ridiculous
I’ve been obsessed with Razors option of colors. It gives some variety but i love mercury. I love marble grays and whites. Which is my favorite about the mercury. But when it comes to headset i want mercury. Im girly but not extreme so i don't want the quarts (don't attack me.) I want to suggest mercury kitty ears to complete my dream setup. Thank you.
So I was wondering if you could change the notification sound of Razer. So when someone texts me I want to hear another sound. I replaced the sound (wav_msgin_guild.wav and wav_msgin_private.wav) with the sound I want, but nothing. BUT when I put the original file in, it works! Any help??
