Hello, I bought Razer Core x and MSI Geforce RTX 3070 gpu to extend my gaming experience on my 2018 Razer Blade 15 advanced laptop. I installed the gpu to core x checked several times it fits properly. When i run the system the core x has power and its fan spinning. The gpu has the lights on and fans are spinning as well. However windows has not been detecting a thunderbolt device. I read lots of threads but couldn't find a solution. I have been told it could be a windows 11 issue then i downgrade my system to windows 10 with clean setup. Nothing changed still not detected neither my egpu nor core x on the device manager. I did update the thunderbolt drivers and the software and nothing listed on approved devices too. I spent a fortune for the setup and couldn't make it work for 3-4 days. Its very annoying to have an expensive machine sitting in front of me doesn't work. Can anyone has this issue please help me. Thanks in advance.

If this incredible chair will actually be made, if anyone from Razer is seeing this, please make it so you can plug usb and regular headphones into the chair so you get all of the features but the speakers aren't on and the audio just comes out from the headset/headphones

I picked up a Razer aRGB controller. I'm glad it has more customization than my Asrock polychrome sync mobo. It treated the mobo and everything plugged into it as 1 device. I'm seeing some limitation from the Razer controller too though. For instance, some games run chroma lighting across my kb, mouse, mousepad AND everything linked to the aRGB controller. Apex Legends does a phenomenal job with this. It's probably the best I've seen in terms of chroma-enabled gaming so far. Then there are games like Monster Hunter: Rise and Outbreak 2 that have chroma support but, don't activate the aRGB controller AT ALL. Anyone have any tips on configuring my aRGB controller. It functions fine in studio (no support for wheel or reactive but, I can live with that) but, I wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything on my end. Is this just a dev thing? I'm not understanding why they wouldn't include the aRGB controller in the programming. FYI- I'm running the latest version of synapse 3 and have upda

Hello Razer Lover, Does anyone know where I can buy the Razer Naga Trinity "Mouse Case"? Because I have trouble carrying the other 2 side plates all the time I want to carry my mouse with a case so I can carry the other 2 side plates easily

Why isn’t possible to charge your phone from hammerhead case. I feel like that’s a thing people need, you got both a powerbank and charger for your hammerheads.I also think the hammerheads already have amazing battery life. That is just a small thing i have thought off. Yes i know you will get leas hours if you charge your phone but what is the meaning to have charge hammerheads if your phone is dead?

Hey! so I recently just finished my dream razer setup with Blackwidow keyboard, basilisk mouse, kraken kitty headset and goliathus mouse pad.. I updated my computer and my synapse right after connecting everything and it worked fine in the start but then it started disconnecting and reconnecting.. all of it.. and the headset is making a popping sound.. I have no idea what it is at all! Please help :/

This is a reiteration of one of my previous posts to make the information a little bit easier to read and understand, and for those that may have missed this wonderful feature. I use a Razer Basalisk, but this feature should be readily available to anyone with a Razer mouse in general. Enjoy! Step 1: Rebind left click to anything else. You should now have two mouse buttons that perform the "Left Click" function. Step 2: Click the original left click, then navigate to "Mouse Function" tab within the ensuing menu on the left. Step 3: With "Left Click" as your mouse function, check the "Enable Turbo" box and select the speed at which you would like the inputs to be made while left click is held per second (1-20.) Step 4: Rebind the secondary left click function back to it's default mouse function or to whatever is was before. After installing Razer Synapse 3, i get a message mid install, to reboot the PC when installing the Razer Naga. Anyone know why this is happening? Is this normal to reboot a PC only for a mouse peripheral?

Hi all. Glad I’ve registered and hope someone can help me out here. My problem is I have a PS4 and was using the usb razer kraken 7.1 which we got used to having the audio through/ monitor, now have bought the kraken te with remote and no matter what we try are unable to get the audio monitor like on the usb 7.1 headset.. I guess what I’m looking for is someone to say that it can be achieved or that this function is not available, we have also tried plugging the 3.5mm Jack plug into controller but to not avail. thank you in advance for any help apologies if I have posted on wrong forum.

I understand we aren't a majority but there's still a lot of us who use Razer products. I would love for Razer to be one of the companies that can push Linux forward by bringing in full support of all the software. Razer can make it work for the Linux kernel it can work for all distributions. All we need is to be able to customize and use every feature that comes with our Linux hardware like mouse and keyboards. We already have open source software that lets us customize but it doesn't have everything and it isn't very refined.

I've been reading a lot of reviews of different headphones from both gamers and "audiophiles" (and both) trying to select my first pair of legit "expensive" (to me!) headphones, and I'm finding a lot of them say that "gaming" headphones are usually only exclusively good with games. I was initially planning to get the Nari Ultimate, then shifted to the Kraken V3 Pro, and now after reading and watching all those reviews I am quite torn. So I want to hear from people who use (and are not sponsored by) Razer headphones: do you find that the headphones are good for all-round usage, or just for gaming? I have doubts about the usability and performance of the Razer Core X. 1. Can it be used on desktops? How can I tell if the motherboard supports external GPU? Mine is an Asus Rog Maximus Hero Z690 2. I'm thinking of putting in a 3080ti or 3090 (Asus Rog Strix) video card. Are they compatible? 3. Don't need to buy anything else for this accessory? Just plug the GPU into it? What about power connectors that are three pins instead of two? 4. How does the performance compare to a video card installed directly on the motherboard? I liked the product because of its mobility to use on both notebooks and desktops, as long as the performance is similar. I will mostly use it for video editing (amateurs, max 4k resolution, using Sony Vegas Pro), Photoshop, maybe Corel Draw - and of course internet, Office suite, watching streaming...

Hello, this is my first post on Razer Insider. I was just wondering if the Nanoleaf panels can emulate the Ripple Effect from my keyboard (BlackWidow Chroma). With her preffered team, which includes a cryo battery support and an electro superconduct applier, she can reach literal millions of damage. A couple of days ago I redeemed some Razer Silver for the Gigantus V2 XXL, and I managed to get the code to actually acquire the good. Later, I bought it on the New Zealand website and everything was successful, including them taking the shipping + tax out of my Paypal account. However, there is nothing in my order confirmations nor did I get an order confirmation. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks
