Hi everyone. I bought my kraken 7.1 and registered it on the page, it allowed me to download the Razer sorround program but it does not allow me to activate the pro version, although my product appears registered. Perhaps it is because a tip appears that the proof of purchase is still necessary to request the guarantee, but I do not know how to do that. I hope I have expressed myself well and that someone can help me, since I hear the bass very strong and that is why I need to improve it with the equalizer.

When you're not using your computer for gaming or the internet, what else do you use your computer for? I use my Blade a lot for production work, everything from photo and video editing to sound production. But truth be told, I use it a LOT for gaming. Hi, Any update on when we will be able to order from the Razer Europe Store from Switzerland? It's been several years now that I want to order a Razer Blade from Switzerland but can't get one because Switzerland is not one of the available country of delivery of the Razer Europe Store. Only other country where I could get delivered is France but Razer France doesn't offer laptops with the keyboard layout I want (ANSI US). It's really too bad that you're ignoring Switzerland as a market, imo the Razer Blade is the best gaming laptop on the market but we just can't get one. Thanks!

Just got my new Blade 14" AMD 2070. But still no backlighting of secondary functions on the number keys for UK Layout Keyboards????? WTH??? This is my number one bugbear about my 2020 Blade 15 Adv - very disappointed to see that it is still not resolved. Also disappointed that all of the publicity shots don't show this, so I may just return it on Amazon under false description. Really really poor, and makes the laptop a pain to use in low light settings.

Hello, It's been drawn to my attention that some of our retail partners have started raising the prices to above the standard retail products - some of them have even raised it double or triple of the retail prices in light of overwhelming demand. While we discourage this behavior, we don't have control over our retail partners - and in many instances are subject to their decisions on whether and when to put our products on their shelves. On this note, what we CAN do is to work on manufacturing more units for our products, i.e. increasing the output of our manufacturing lines - however, our first priority is always to maintain the quality and the build of our products - and often times, given the design decisions that we make - it can be slow going. Do be patient and we'll make as many as we can and we expect to be able to bring up run rates - especially for some of our launch products. thanks yuvsaha

I think that razer should give the hammerhead true wireless earbuds a wireless charging extension for the charging case. (So you can charge the charging case wirelessly)

I have been thinking this for a while. Acer has released its swift x which has the best combination of specs but lacks premium quality hardware. If razer pulls out, it would be a top seller.

I have searched this forum and others looking for replacement keycaps. The posts on my keys have started to break. The Orbweaver is several years old so no warranty but willing to purchase new ones. It is one of the most comfortable gamepads I have found for people with large hands (can palm a basketball) and do not want to replace it. Any suggestions? I have sent in a ticket to support but also wanted to dual path by posting here. Thanks in advance.

Hello. Trying to connect my blade 17 2080 maxq super 300hz (2020) to a Zowie XL2546 Monitor.. Got the thunderbolt 3 to display port cable from ebay, but something is not right ... i can't get DyAc to work.. For example, when i ADS in Warzone image is quite blurry and i can't track anything ... I did everything i could software wise and nothing helped, and i came to the conclusion that the issue is in my cable.. Does anybody run same setup?what cable should i use for this? Please post some links to where i can buy one . Thank you

On razer.com the search says "Intel Core i7-11800H" but when you look at the details it says "2.5GHz 8-core Intel i9-11900H processor", so I wonder which is correct? Also, is it worth waiting for chip backlogs and get the latest specs late 2021 / early 2022? I have the 2020 15" SE but need another laptop and want the top specs and am not in a hurry. Thanks!

Hello, I got myself the new Razer Blade 14 3060-model. Out of the box the idle-temps of the cpu were around 40°C which means that the fans are completely silent. However I upgraded to a Corsair MP600 2TB wich I had from my tower PC which I sold (I know the Blade doesn't have PCIE 4.0). With this new SSD my idle-temps of the Ryzen are around 50°C which leads to the fans spinning. I did not clone the stock SSD to the Corsair-one, however I made the same temperature altering settings (like disable boost, max processor power state etc). Synapse V3.6 is installed on the Corsair and the stock ssd Temps are reproducible. Sorry for bad english...

First time Dealing with this company anyways here goes I’ve owned my razor huntsman mini for a while now and somehow misplaced a key...Anyways reached out to CS and get told not my “problem”but a new set of keys for £35 lol...I paid 120 for the keyboard thought I would try and buy the individual key but that’s a big no no. Won’t be buying anything to line razors pockets again. I’ve delt with numerous computer part company’s in the past being a gamer/ pc builder for the last 15+years if I knew it was going to be such a problem I would never of dreamed of buying it and got another brand. Hello Razer, Wanted to know if there was any update to the products addressing the big issues of scroll wheel that has plagued the Viper line up. I being one of those individuals who've had to return 1 Razer Viper mini because of scroll button and wheel issues. While scrolling down, sometimes, it'd just not scroll for the desired length. Scroll button would allow a click, but click would NOT register. I also have mousotron data if you need for the duration respectively. The same problem persists within Razer Viper (Ambi) based on the reviews of some local users in my country who'd had to send them back to retailer. Is the main problem the Wheel Encoder that is used in both models? As per my research based on various sites, the encoder used on the Viper mini is Kailh Black 9mm. Surprisingly, there isn't any Kailh black 9mm as per the CEN98 encoders on Kailh dot com. There is a red one. And they are only 200,000 cycles lifetime.
