I have a razer hardware but how do I claim the reward for it? Also where do I go to see the feature threads?

Won't be buying another razer product. Pissed I have to pay customs on top of my order. The website is super vague on this: "Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information." I should've realised from this that it was likely. At a minimum it should be possible to identify where the product will ship from when ordering, and flag of likely customs charges. Absolute disgrace that this company can't do this. Only on the forum where someone specifically asked where orders are shipped from was it mentioned that it was mostly Hong Kong. How hard is it to have this on the website or when ordering? I'd cancel my order and delivery now if it was possible. Edit: I feel I should update this comment. Order has arrived, and it doesn't look like I need to pay any customs on it. If that changes I'll update this. The order did get stuck in customs for a few days but I didn't have to do anything for it. So at the moment, looks like egg on my face for getting ahead of myself

Good Day I recently bought a Razer Kraken X USB From a friend. I was able to add it as an Item in my account however I have a problem with the Activation Code for the Surround Surround. What should I do about it?

Hey guys was wondering if anyone can help me out trying to change my keybinds in world of warcraft and I need tot change my button 1 on my mouse to mouse button 1 not just the number 1 does anyone know how to make this happen thx.

I was a longtime Dell laptop user for 15 years, then decided to switch to Razer a couple years ago. I bought a Razer 15 Advanced (with the RTX 3070), and from day one it never worked well. Out of the gate, I had to RMA it, which took over a month. Mind you, Dell has incredible support options, but Razer does not. The support reps I talked to were largely clueless as well. A month later, I finally get my laptop back, and in the ensuing 2 years it still crashes all the time, even with a fresh copy of Windows on it. And the Razer software? Even worse. It constantly updates on its own, and even if I force quit it, it pops right back up trying to update itself without my permission, and causes the machine to hang. Why does it resurrect itself even after I've force quit it? And now, it won't even get through the recovery process, it hangs halfway through it, and the only way out of that was to force shutdown, and now of course the machine won't even boot, and there is no option to start the

Hello. I just bought the keyboard Tartarus V2 and have a question. How can I assign to the thumb stick key (default up, down, left, right keys) a mouse movement? That is I want the stick to emulate the mouse movement. In the menu I don't see the mouse movement choice, only Clicks, Scrolls etc. I bought the keyboard only to use this function, because I don't use mouse in the right hand. Maybe some other soft can help me with it? Thanks.

Hello, I have bought the Razer Black Widow V3 Pro wireless keyboard and the Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless gaming mouse. Why can I not use both at the same time with the Hyperspeed dongle from the Razer Black Widow V3 Pro keyboard? According to the Razer Website the Razer Basilisk Ultimate wireless gaming mouse has the hyperspeed technology.

The Razer thunderbolt 4 Dock advertises the ability to connect two 4k displays. After thorough searching and talking to Razer support, I haven't been able to find a coherent answer as to how to practically do this. My goal is simple. I would like my desk two have two desktop monitors (currently I'm looking at having two gigabyte g27s, not 4k I know, for budget purposes, though I am flexible), a naga trinity mouse, a hunstman keyboard, and a seiren microphine connected to dock. I would like to have a single cable (thunderbolt 4) connect to a laptop (I've seen that the blade 13 and 15 have the thunderbolt 4 ports), so that when I sit down at the desk with the laptop, I don't have to connect all of the peripherals individually, which is I assumed was the purpose of the dock I can't find the answer to several questions 1) will this work at all? 2) what minimum laptop specifications are needed to make this work? (Will a blade 13 be enough? or will I need a blade 15 or higher? 3) are ther

Hi, Any update on when we will be able to order from the Razer Europe Store from Switzerland? It's been several years now that I want to order a Razer Blade from Switzerland but can't get one because Switzerland is not one of the available country of delivery of the Razer Europe Store. Only other country where I could get delivered is France but Razer France doesn't offer laptops with the keyboard layout I want (ANSI US). It's really too bad that you're ignoring Switzerland as a market, imo the Razer Blade is the best gaming laptop on the market but we just can't get one. Thanks!

Just got my new Blade 14" AMD 2070. But still no backlighting of secondary functions on the number keys for UK Layout Keyboards????? WTH??? This is my number one bugbear about my 2020 Blade 15 Adv - very disappointed to see that it is still not resolved. Also disappointed that all of the publicity shots don't show this, so I may just return it on Amazon under false description. Really really poor, and makes the laptop a pain to use in low light settings.

Hello, It's been drawn to my attention that some of our retail partners have started raising the prices to above the standard retail products - some of them have even raised it double or triple of the retail prices in light of overwhelming demand. While we discourage this behavior, we don't have control over our retail partners - and in many instances are subject to their decisions on whether and when to put our products on their shelves. On this note, what we CAN do is to work on manufacturing more units for our products, i.e. increasing the output of our manufacturing lines - however, our first priority is always to maintain the quality and the build of our products - and often times, given the design decisions that we make - it can be slow going.
