So I am using a Razer Blade 14 3070 and whenever I get on some call(zoom,discord,etc) any other audio starts to mess up and i can not hear anything except voices and this is especially messy when someone presents their screen during the calls. I cant hear anything . Anyone know how to manage this issue?

As of now I think it is too late to get any silver rewards through the squad rewards. But I am looking to reliable people to squad up with for next season (season 70). I have some strategies in mind and it will only take a minute literally to go through them. These strategies are "Busy Person" friendly. If you are interested let me know with a reply and thanks!

Hello, I was doing system maintenance and saw the available BIOS update on the Razer Support page. After reaching 100% the system turned off and now it has a black screen and lit keyboard. It is a Razer Blade 15 base 2020. Razer won't warranty it because it came from a reseller on Amazon, even though it was fulfilled by Amazon and the warranty policy posts Amazon as an authorized retailer. Anyone have any solutions? It almost seems like they purposely brick systems to generate repair revenue.

As title suggest, why? I just spent 2.7k on a razer blade 15 advanced a few days ago, I paid a damn premium, I shouldn’t have to worry about my battery swelling in a few months or a year, I’ve used many different brands laptops and have never experienced that. Mini rant: I even kinda regretted buying a laptop for that price, a PC would be better I know, but I chose portable, happy I did but kinda regret it, especially when I see really good PCs with 3080 GPU and a really good CPU.

I've been experiencing a very annoying issue with the scroll wheel, where when I press it in order to scroll on a web page - it sort of "turns itself off and on", meaning the scrolling can stop all of a sudden without me stopping pressing the scroll wheel. An even more annoying bit is that sometimes, when I close a web browser's tab by pressing the scroll wheel while hovering over a tab - the mouse presses twice (or more), and it closes multiple tabs. What could be the issue? I've searched this issue and people suggested blowing air in between the scroll wheel air gaps, but that didn't resolve it. Thanks in advance.

My Razer Blade 14 QHD+ 2017 power brick stopped working, is it possible to charge the laptop with another charger that uses the same specifications as the original?

Namaste, Would anyone happen to know the colour codes for quartz pink and the grey that goes with it? I'm thinking of matching more peripherals and items (wireless charger, webcam, case, walls, moulding, door knob, etc.). Also, where would i source the quartz pink cable sleeving from without having to buy peripherals just to get the cables? Or maybe i can get fabric paint. Hai, This is my first purchase of razer product. I bout the V2 pro because I want to have wireless headset. But I am sorry to say that this headphone that the imaging while you are on FPS game is a bit okward, for my ears has bad imaging and bad passive sound staging. The THX is a joke, and i think every 7.1 surround in all headset is bad....but no complain I don't use it also in every headphone I bought. 2 games I always play COD MW and BF V. while setting I have made and tune is to bring down the bass of the headset I still has a hard time hearing footsteps. The footstep that I am hearing most is my own, and even there is a enemy footstep is so light, hard to pinpoint and also the enemy has to be very close to your position so that you can hear it, but it will always be to late. same as BF V, which I think it has the best audio in any game...this also hard to hear, This Headphone pick up so many details/ambient in the game, that it losses the detail of the most important part in FP

The latest Synapse update has completely wiped my Razer mouse. It no longer switches profiles when launching applications or games, and after the update it completely wiped all 20+ profiles off of my machine - resetting all of them to factory default settings. I'm looking for a good alternative brand, preferably something that works completely offline - if possible. Price is not an issue. Alternatives to the Tartarus [Pro] are also welcome. My keyboard I can replace with anything. That's no biggie. I am not really looking for solutions, as this is the third of fourth time this has happened, and I'm no longer willing to waste time into rectifying it.

I just got the razer tartarus pro but I can't get it to work on my ps5. Is it even compatible at all? Are there any razer keyboards that will work on ps5? I hate to think I bought it for nothing.

Hi, Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I really can’t find specific info. I have purchased a Cyanosa V2 and Basilisk V2 for my sons birthday- he’s been pestering on about having a pc style (ish) setup for gaming. His birthday is in a few weeks and I wish to get clued up on how to install and adjust, change chroma lighting etc. I would assume there was an app for this on the Microsoft store as Razer bangs on about Xbox support, but cannot see an app other than that for a controller and the turret. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hello all, I'm quite pleased with my Razer Kiyo, but would like to equip it with a privacy cover of some kind. I would prefer the kind that flip down, but I would also consider a "lens cap" type cover like what you see with the Kiyo Pro. Hi together, I want to apologize in advance for asking weird questions but I just don't know who else to ask, and I have been searching the web for some weeks already... I would love to have a niche RAZER laptop connected to three *external* displays with a resolution of 1920x1200 each. It should also be able to use the NVIDIA GPU for all three displays. I don't care about the video technology; it would most likely be Thunderbolt, I guess. Hi there, After spending a lot of time on chat, I got disconnected. It was about ordering a laptop on Razer Australia and I am worried about the import taxes. Are we getting charged for the taxes by Razer and/or by the customs via Fedex at delivery? I am worried I will get charged few hundreds dollars on top of the AUD3749 that i will be paying Razer. I understand it is in the FAQ, but it is so vague on what we are paying. Support guy in chat told me Razer has changed their process and now the taxes are included in the total price (AUD3749) and Razer transfers the taxes to the government of destination. Has anyone ordered from Razer Australia to deliver in Australia recently? We have downloaded the synapse software to customize the lighting settings on the ornata keyboard. But every time we unplug the keyboard from the PC it will go back to block lighting once its connected to the xbox. Can someone please tell me if this is correct and the settings wont work with a xbox one! Trying my hardest to help my 14 year old son!

Hi guys, I hope all is well. New to the forums, but not new to the product. I've been using the Razer Core X Chroma with my 3090FE since April, and absolutely love it. My question is, will the Asus Rog Strix 3090 and the Asus Rog Strix 3080 TI cards work with this gaming box? They are both 2.9 Slot, so technically they should work....but I've read conflicting things online that doesn't support this. I figure I'll call Razer on Tuesday due to Labor day weekend, but if I can get my answer here, that will be great too :) Thanks!

Hey all, I just got a new laptop- its the lenovo legion 15, and I'm stupid and didn't realize that it didn't have the right port to put the chip for the razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse in. So unless there's some extender cord, my only choice is using the bluetooth option. And for some reason it doesn't even show up on the bluetooth list when i try to connect. I don't think it's the mouse problem but I might be wrong, as it can connect to my old computer just fine via bluetooth, I already disconnected it from that one and tried again but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Unless you're always on top of the tech curve, like most of us, at one point our hardware starts to show its age and we start flipping a bunch of switches and turning dials just to get the framerate tolerable. Framerate I've found is a personal taste. I've seen people be ok with 15 fps just to get the prettiest of visuals, while others go straight for the mud just to see their frames fly high.
