this is a recent issue. it was working fine before but now only the front-right and front-left virtual speakers are working. I paid for all 8 speakers so obviously I'm mad about it. Does someone know how to solve it?

As a German programmer, I've come to prefer the US keyboard layout over the German one. There's just so many keys that I regularly need that are far easier to type on US layout. I've got this really bad first world problem though, which is me being a Razer fanboy and Razer not selling US keyboard layout laptops in Germany. The German online store only sells laptops with the German layout. There is the EU store, funnily enough, which sells nordic and US layout to all kinds of countries. It's funny because Germany is right in the middle of those countries geographically, but is not on the list of those countries itself. So when I was in the market for a 2020 Stealth, I had to resort to asking a distant relative from the Netherlands if I could use him as a parcel proxy, which he thankfully agreed to, even though we usually don't have any contact at all. Hello, I have a question, 1. Razer Deathadder V2 Pro is the only model comes with 2nd gen optical switches ? As I've checked, Viper Ultimate and Basilisk Ultimate have 1st gen. 2. Also, does it mean V2 PRO are the best choice among them ? 3. If not, what does basilick ultimate have which V2 PRO doesn't have ? (except better RGB) Thank you

I didn't specifically see a place to put suggestions or for their keypads. So I'm putting this here. Apologies if it's wrong! (Looked in keyboards briefly to look for Tartarus mentioned but didn't see anything) I would love if Razer would bring a model out similar to their older Tartarus. I'm currently having to use a second hand one I bought and had to sell my Tartarus v2 to a friend because it's unusable for me. I used to have a non chroma one and wanted chroma so I got the v2 as it was the current model but it turns out it was way to big for my hands. I struggled to use it for a year before selling it. I absolutely love the set up and design of the original model compared to any other keypad on the market. And while the second hand model I have is doing me well it is certainly showing it's age. How to make razer gold me help see with the problem of the day

So I'm excited to get my Blade 14 this week but as a 2018 Blade 15 owner I have one little concern. I have three cats so about three times a year I take my Blade 15 apart and clean the fans out with a q-tip and isopropyl alcohol. This has kept my machine running efficiently and quietly (well as quiet as a Blade 15 can be which for me means not running fans at full throttle when browsing the web) the past several years. I've seen some tear downs of the Blade 14 2021 and my concern is how to effectively clean the fans on this laptop. Maybe a small brush? Anyone have any experience with anything with these sort of 80 blade fans.

So after talking to multiple customer support from different manufacturers and researched on multiple forums about the QHD 240Hz laptop panel. There's has been way too many issues reported so it pretty much got discontinued and replaced with the QHD 165Hz. Whatever you see for sale now are just the left over.

Recently bought the Razer 15.6 2020 advance Model. I bought my razer deathadder elite a long time ago probably back in 2018 or 17 and I've been buying new razer deathadder elite mouses and I noticed the right click is clicky on the new one but the old one is quieter and easy to click , did they change that on the new deathadder elite mouses ?

Hello! I have owned a Razer Keyboard for almost 2 years now and I was wondering if I changed the switches from my RGB keyboard to a different RGB switch, would the Razer Software still work?

They add a qhd 165hrz 11800h laptop but it has not g-sync screen ( i give pre order on amazon.de for qhd 240 hrz 11800h advance model so i am wonedring about my order i hope it is a joke becaause 240hrz qhd screen with g-sync with 1800h with 3080 is awsome on cs-go and war thunder.) Won't be buying another razer product. Pissed I have to pay customs on top of my order. The website is super vague on this: "Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information." I should've realised from this that it was likely. At a minimum it should be possible to identify where the product will ship from when ordering, and flag of likely customs charges. Absolute disgrace that this company can't do this. Only on the forum where someone specifically asked where orders are shipped from was it mentioned that it was mostly Hong Kong. How hard is it to have this on the website or when ordering? I'd cancel my order and delivery now if it was possible. Edit: I feel I should update this comment. Order has arrived, and it doesn't look like I need to pay any customs on it. If that changes I'll update this. The order did get stuck in customs for a few days but I didn't have to do anything for it. So at the moment, looks like egg on my face for getting ahead of myself

I was a longtime Dell laptop user for 15 years, then decided to switch to Razer a couple years ago. I bought a Razer 15 Advanced (with the RTX 3070), and from day one it never worked well. Out of the gate, I had to RMA it, which took over a month. Mind you, Dell has incredible support options, but Razer does not. The support reps I talked to were largely clueless as well. A month later, I finally get my laptop back, and in the ensuing 2 years it still crashes all the time, even with a fresh copy of Windows on it. And the Razer software? Even worse. It constantly updates on its own, and even if I force quit it, it pops right back up trying to update itself without my permission, and causes the machine to hang. Why does it resurrect itself even after I've force quit it? And now, it won't even get through the recovery process, it hangs halfway through it, and the only way out of that was to force shutdown, and now of course the machine won't even boot, and there is no option to start the

When I play a game, I would like to have the overall key function that has been stored with a macro, when pressing the popup appears on the bottom right what has been selected at that moment.
