I recently bought this headset and the audio seems weird, as if I'm in an alley, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on settings or how to fine tune it. And yes, I did try the 7.1 sound, weirdly enough, when activating it, I have trouble being able to tell the direction of the sound in PUBG, so i don't use that no more, and also my drivers are updated

I've been playing the game religiously for about a month now and I've been the top earner. I managed to do this by joining every possible tournament as there's no limit. The hackers in the game are usually easily detected with ridiculous highscores and are usually banned within a day or two. Today, all of my silvers have been redeemed as they claimed I'm a hacker without any notice. I practice the game every single day to reach where I am, sometimes I even pay multiple entry fees to join the same tournament just to earn the first place to the point where the amount of entry fees I paid are more than the prizes and ended up earning nothing. Now all of my hard work are gone. If I were to be a hacker, why am I only banned after a month??? This not only happened to me but several others. Many top earners in the game vanished and I'm assuming the same happened to them. I'm guessing once you've 'earned too much' they'll take all of your silvers eventually. I have a Razer Blade 15 (early 2020) Geforce RTX 2070, I want to use my Samsung UltraHD TV as a second monitor. I manage to connect this with an HDMI cable, which works successfully. However, when I display videos on the TV, the video looks rather degraded and blurry. I check in the NVIDIA control panel and it is set to 'High-performance', so I can't understand why it's not displaying videos at the correct level of quality as I see it on the laptop. I have tried connecting other PCs in the past to the TV and the videos are displayed perfectly fine. It's definitely something with this Razer laptop that isn't displaying videos clearly on the TV. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi guys, its been a while i have been out for work and I'd like to pointed this, almost 4 cases every single day reported on Reddit about how razer blade battery bloated after certain amount of time. Is not just Razer that have this issue it can be happening to every laptop if you not aware of this. on your RZB Battery said do not exposed your battery over 65 c / 149 f, so no matter what you do or how software do trying to keep it cool your balde temperature is always be over this due to heavy usage ( gaming, multi tasking, rendering etc ) so how to prevent this from happening, is to take out your battery. why i suggested this, is because no matter what you do where you go you will always have your charger anyway, on top of that you get lighter version of your blade without battery. another positive without your battery is more safe. there is many cases device that has battery have issue such as phone, notebook laptop etc. so you maybe asking what is the point getting laptop with

This is the first razer laptop I have {razer blade pro 17, RTX 3080}. I have a question, when I activate the CPU Boost mode, I don't get a noticeable FPS difference {except for call of duty warzone}, but I do see the CPU temperature skyrocket from high 70c to high 90c and some 100c Could someone tell me if this is normal ? when its recommended to use the CPU boost ?

Hi all, I'm new to the forum but have had Razer products for about 5 years now. My Mamba mouse is still going strong even though the original cable just died. Anyway, I hope this is the appropriate place to post this topic. Recently I've been looking to upgrade my battlestation and I wanted a nice headphone stand and a wireless charging pad for my new phone with wireless charging capabilities. I was looking on Amazon and I found that many (cheap) companies make a combination unit whose base is a charging pad and has a headset stand extending up from it. I think it would be phenomenal if Razer could come out with a similar product combining the Razer Base Station V2 Chroma and the Razer Charging Pad Chroma. The base seems like a perfect fit for it. It saves having multiple accessories on the desk and, for the slightly more frugal of us, not wanting to spend $60 each for two items but instead a lower total price for one product. Hello, I recently recieved my ASUS ROG Gladius, very exciting stuff. However I'm currently not able to use my new mouse, simply because ROG Armoury doesn't work for me., The mouse responds well to input but the software refuses to start up properly. It only leaves the ROG Armoury window completely blank. I've reinstalled the software, installed older versions and unplugged/plugged in the mouse again. And now im out of ideas. Pretty frustrating not being able to use my new mouse. Help much appreciated.

I order the new laptop back in may on pre oder when it was released by razer just cancelled it I have been getting the run around on chat support at one point the chat assistant told me let me run to my managers house and find out why really messed up no notice as to why they said your oder has been successfully canceled as if i canceled it. They even tried blaming my bank at one point.

I got Razer Blade Stealth Product No: RZ09-02393E32 which is less than 2 years old. Sice Razer has 1 year warranty, of course, it is outside warranty. I got Recovery USB drive created from above Laptop. I used the Recovery USB stick and booted from the stick and perform the "Just remove my files." process. The process goes well. At the end I got "There was a problem resetting your PC https://showbox.tools/. No changes were made." message. Even though it says "No changes were made.", I could not reboot into Windows again. It kept booting into BIOS everytime since after the above Then, I boot again from Recovery USB stick and this time I choose - "Clean the Drive fully" process. The process failed at the end with same error message I got earlier "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I wish Razer Support should assist the issue even though the Hardware is out of warranty as above recovery procedure is not related to Hardware issues. The laptop works well until

When I was looking for the answer to this, I found this thread. Nowhere in it, however, did I see any mention of how to get it connected to chroma connect. I have chroma connect set up and working with a lot of my games already. I just am unsure how to connect slack. I went through the settings in the slack application and tried adding slack.exe to the linked games in synapse. Neither worked out. If anyone could explain it to me, I would very much appreciate it.

Quick question As far as I know there is no TKL Huntsman TE in Mercury White, however I do own the Huntsman (Mercury White) full size keyboard with purple switches and RGB etc. I would like to convert the Blackwidow Lite (which comes in white) which is green switches and white backlight only into RGB/Purple from my Huntsman, would that work both switches and RGB through Synapse? Basically I want to build a Huntsman TE in Mercury White. any help is welcome. Thanks.

So I love Razer don't get me wrong. But this is too much first my Razer Kiyo broke even if I rarely use it. Asked for replacement, I gave them a receipt of proof of purchase from my local game store and provided them with a serial number but was rejected because it was not from an official Razer store although the razer serial upon checking was legit, then Razer Synapse keeps crashing on me and now my Razer Nari has this Averna usb issue and now my Razer Nari doesnt work. It turns out this Averna issue is not a new problem as several people also have the same problem as recently as 3 months ago and still no fix. I don't want to buy a new usb dongle for $20 and probably wont get a replacement because its from my local game store and not Razer official store. Even with legitimate serial numbers.
