Hi guys, wasn't sure where to post this. Razer support on twitter didn't reply to me. I'm a newbie (the only razer gear I've had is mouse and the awesome backpack i use). I've just bought a Razer blade pro 17 which is arriving Wednesday and I'm super excited to use it! :) I assume I can easily add more or new ram myself and an extra HDD without voiding warranty? if so what ram is recommended and what hard drive for storage?. Though i'm sure 16gb will be fine for now, i suspect that i might want more for vfx work.
So I was wondering if you could change the notification sound of Razer. So when someone texts me I want to hear another sound. I replaced the sound (wav_msgin_guild.wav and wav_msgin_private.wav) with the sound I want, but nothing. BUT when I put the original file in, it works! Any help??

I'm on the go often and off of two AA batteries it lasts long. I don't get any performance latency. This was the mouse that sold me on wireless. This is a simple, effective, compact mouse that can be part of your travel kit or daily driver. I'm surprised myself that I love it so much.

I chose it because I was looking for a keyboard that had a bit more of a tactile feel, instead of having mushy membrane keys like the Deathstalker, and I did not want a full mechanical keyboard at the time since I was used to lower level keycaps. My Razor account has been hacked as well as my paypal account and has been used for purchases not by myself - we were wondering if anyone can help with advice on what to do please. they have attempted to make numerous further purchases but these were rejected as the debit card was blocked once we discovered the missing money.

Support Hotline Europe 00800-25233758 Monday - Sunday 09-18 CET As last resort I just tried calling there (15:30). A automatic answering told me that I would call outside of supporting times. Support is only available from Monday to Friday. It's f***ing unbelieveble how bad Razers support is when it comes to reality. - tickets are not answered / ignored - tickets get automatically closed without working solutions - tickets created by Razer supporters are not accessible by the customers - warranty check claims 4 week old Tartarus Pro would have run out of warranty already - support gives constantly wrong statements: "work hard on it" when Razer product manager decided "will not do" half a year ago What's wrong with you Razer ? I'm a huge Blizzard fan and it's tough being a fan right now. The state of the games, the state of the world, the state of a lot of things, make me feel like Blizzard isn't really delivering on the warm and fuzzies as of late. Often times, however, what keep me going are the leaks. A lot of them are fake. We learn over time to take them with a grain of salt. Every so often, after all that's been said and done, it's fun to go back and see if any of the leaks were right. There's so much talk about Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 it's hard not to get excited for what's coming at the end of this week. For me, it's practically Christmas. This week's thread is two-fold. If you're into Blizzard games, what are you looking forward to seeing or hearing about from Blizzcon. And whether or not you're into Blizzard games, are you into leaks about your favorite games, movies, brands or any sort of entertainment? Do you tend to believe them? Or do you prefer to throw a lot of hate at the ridiculous
So my gaming laptop is relatively old (specs below) and lately I've been having audio issues on some games where I get no audio at all or audio just in cutscenes (audio outside of games is fine). My laptop uses Realtek HD Audio Driver as its main, and I've tried reinstalling it and its only a temporary fix that lasts about a day before it breaks again. So my question is how do I fix this/any better audio driver or is it just time for a new laptop? Keep in mind I'm not the best with computer terminology. And gone... For many Americans, the weekend was filled with food, family and festivities. I finally got a chance to attack my backlog of games that I'm always complaining about. Nothing would make me feel better than to say that I put a dent in it, but I think I only added a few more hours to what is expected to be a 100 plus hours gaming experience. Throw in all these sales for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, you have an IRL game of trying to avoid emptying your wallet. So far? So good. What about you? Did you get sucked in?
