I need new headsets and I saw this for $75, what are your thought on them for the price, also if I happen to lose the dongle can I use them wired?

How do I set the colour for my Razer Kraken Kitty V3 Pros when I am using Bluetooth to a phone and the like?It defaults to green, but it must have onboard memory because it can remember if I have enabled the “don’t light up if screen isn’t on” feature 

so recently my keyboard (blackwidow v4 pro) started double typing/ certain keys not working well and i remembered that it's still under warrenty so i might as well try ask support about it and stuff. fast forward a few days support team seems to be going well till support switched me over to razer's dedicated support team for "handling warranty validation for your defective device." and i've had nothing for the past 3 days is that normal or is razer support really that bad as i've been told. 

I’ve had this issue multiple times.The controllers home button no longer works, I plug it in and it doesn’t turn on unless I hold it for an extensive amount of time. After holding it for more than 30 seconds it starts vibrating faintly until I let go. It then flashes green and white, then turns off just for the same pattern to repeat itself. If I do get it to work while plugged in, again, the home button doesn’t work. I unplug it and it immediately turns off. I’ve looked everywhere for a solution and all I see is support ending with a personal pm for a warranty check. Is there any solution to this or is razers only fix to buy a new controller. 

Hey just wanted yall to know, if you're transitioning form Synapse 3 to 4, make sure to back up all of your chroma profiles, as well as other profiles for the audio, mouse, etc, because the migration of profiles is broken, and will probably only transfer the default profiles because potato. Also your old light effects will most likely not work, or not sync well if you're using the migrated profile.Im saying all of this because I almost lost all of my profiles and stuff, thankfully I was able to recover them when upgrading from 4 back to 3 

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) stopped working after I got home today despite working entirely fine yesterday. I usually unplug and plug back in the USB on so that my audio works properly on Discord (with Synapse in the background) and today when I did so Synapse would not register my headset as on despite it being turned on and connected. I have already tried plugging back in the USB, restarting my computer, reinstalling Synapse beta, etc. 

My laptop cooling pad that I got a couple of months ago (basically new) sounds like its not hitting the RPM that it says its at on Synapse4. I cleaned out the dust screen even though it was pretty much clean already and it didn't change anything. I haven't seen anything about others having the issue, and it still keeps my laptop from overheating so its not a big problem i guess. but im wondering if any of u guys have had this issue or heard of this issue and know how to fix. i dont want to have to get a different cooling pad because chroma but if the issue keeps getting worse im not blowing another 150 on a new razer one. 

Hi so I updated my pc to Windows 11 and for some reason my headphones don't work anymore. They aren't Bluetooth, I'm pretty sure they're the Razer BlackShark V2, they plug in and I've checked the area where you change the output and it's just my monitors speakers! Please help

Has anyone recently been banned from CoD Warzone?  I recently reinstalled my Synapse application because the software wasn't working.  Almost immediately after reinstalling the software, I was banned from CoD Warzone.  When reaching out to Activision, they stated software that changed the game was detected on my computer.  There are absolutely no cheats or exploits on my PC and I find it odd that I recently reinstalled the Synapse suite for my keyboard, mouse, and mic.

if I use the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro on PS5 wired via the USB to 3.5mm into the PS5 controller - am I correct in thinking that I won't be able to take advantage of the ANC, EQ, and other features?And is it true that if I plug the dongle into the PS5 and USB from the headset to the dongle, it won't work? but if it does are ANC, EQ, and other features also not available?I want to get this headset, but I want to bypass/disable bluetooth - and use it 100% wired. 

Hi, I read that I don't need the software to change the lights to 1 static color.But after doing some googling, I can't figure it out.Some say Fn + Ctrl + 2 works to cycle through colors, but that just cycles through my browser tabs instead.Am I doing something wrong?

I’m honestly at the end of my patience with Razer products.This is the second Razer Kiyo I’ve purchased, and once again, in less than a year of very light use (about twice a week for meetings (1hours meeting long)), it has completely failed and in the middle of a very important meeting with customers!The camera suddenly started making short-circuit noises and then stopped working. This exact same issue happened with my first Kiyo.To be clear: the camera has been installed in one position since day one. I’ve done proper cable management, avoided any stress on the wires, and treated it carefully. And still, here we are again with the same chronic problem. It’s not just the Kiyo.My Razer mouse is already my second one, and I live in constant concern that it might stop working in the middle of use.I own Razer laptop, keyboards, mice, mousepads, and more, but my confidence in this brand is fading fast.Last time I contacted Razer support? Anyone using the Kishi V3 Pro with a phone case on? The manual in the box says that no rubber cushions are required for devices with a case. And as expected none of the ones included fit when I have my case on. But I don't really trust it. There is A LOT of vertical wiggle on the left side. That can't be good for the USB C on the right side. And on the right side, the phone is entirely suspended by the USB C port. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm also thinking of taking the rubber cushions and grinding them down on my belt sander so that I can support my phone while it's in the case.

Here are two products I'm pondering.Asus Zephyrus g14: 5070ti, 64ram, 1tb ssd, around 2000 dollars.Razer blade 16: 5070ti, 32ram, 1tb ssd. around 2350 dollars.I have a secondary monitor, and I usually use it in one place, but I take it with me at least twice a week. I love working out so much that I actually don't care about the weight.What I'm focused on is to see what devices can last longer from a long-term perspective, and can be used efficiently in different environments. Hi; my English isn't very good, I apologize in advance. I have a problem: my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) headphones keep disconnecting. Sometimes it happens suddenly, and then hours can go by without it happening. I don't know if there's a solution. I've tried everything, even not using Razer Synapse, but nothing works. Any ideas?

Hi folks,Just got a blackwidow v4 pro and firefly v2 pro to go along with an existing basilisk v3 mouse. I have the keyboard plugged into my PC, the mousepad is plugged into the KB, and my mouse into the mousepad.In synapse, my mouse and mousepad sync perfectly and respond to my changes immediately. My keyboard just seems stuck in spectrum and does not sync with the other two devices. Any clues? 

I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard. I just discovered that the charge is at 0% in the Synapse 4 program on my Windows PC. I've tried switching the USB to different ports and plugging it into a power outlet. I've found a solution! I have the old Synapse installed on my MacBook. As soon as I connected the keyboard to it, the charge immediately reached 100%. I believe this issue can be resolved by connecting to a device with the old Synapse program. I hope this information was helpful!

I have an almost 16 year old, he has a gaming PC and plays a lot of online games - mostly from Steam, he plays lots of POV shooter, I know he's played Cult of the Lamb and Baldersgate, also Marvel Infinity. Seems to be mostly shooting stuff idk.For Christmas has asked for a good gaming mechanical keyboard and mouse. I know that Razer is a "good" brand, but I'm a bit lost with so many options and differences in price.E.g. Razer BlackWidow V4 75% - Compact Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (Phantom Green) Keyboard for $359 VsRazer Ornata V3 Low Profile RGB Mecha-Membrane Gaming Keyboard $89He hasn't asked for anything else this year so I am open to spending the money if its worth it, also want to make sure it can be cleaned (teenagers =gross) and will last a few years. I'm thinking wired is best for gaming? Any suggestions hugely appreciated!

Hello, I have a Razer blade stealth 2017 (i7 8550U) and I switched from Linux to Windows. When I installed the Windows Update drivers I got Dolby Atmos software automatically. Does this model haves native support for Dolby Atmos or it's a default software for Razer that will only equalize the sound?

Does anyone know if Wicked Cushions work on the new Black Shark V3? The V3 looks identical to the V2 and wanted to get a pair for the V3 as well.
