Hi everyone, I have Razer Blade 14 I broke the LCD I found local online a company NiwTech https://www.niwtech.com where they offer to fix the Laptop for me and after they fix it they give me back the old part but wasn't Razer it was LG brand when I went back to them I said this is not my part my LCD should be Razer they said Razer never had an LCD brand by them self they use different brands. is this information right or they swab my original screen with something else? So the story is, I have a Man O’war 7.1 surround, wireless model, and my wireless dongle has unfortunately broken! My question now is could I possibly use the nari dongle for it if I purchased one off the razercare store? Could I even buy one from the razercare store as I’m in the UK?

I have a Samsung C34J monitor, and when I plug my HP Spectre to the monitor via Thunderbolt, the laptop will charge. However, my Razer Blade Pro 17 (early 19') will not charge. Is there something in the settings that is required for the laptop to get charged via the external monitor?

I had this headset for a couple years and out of a lot of attemts i have been able to connect it only once about 2 years ago. Now when i wanted to change some volume settings, i couldnt becouse i says that i have to connect a razer synapse enabled device, even though razer synapse 3.0 detects it and says that razer synapse 2.0 is required to acces the settings. I would really apreaciate some help as I have already tried reinstalling razer synapse 2.0 multiple times and tried reinstalling drivers.

Hi All, I was wondering or anyone knows a method of using the small remapping buttons on the back as actual buttons. (Try to use these buttons as extra in-game buttons like Razer Wolverine) I tried REWASD but the program sees the ONZA TE as a normal xbox 360 controller, so doesnt reconize the 2 small buttons on the back

Would be great if I knew how much of the sale is donated. Since the shipping is "free" when you add the poster to your cart, does the 33.95AUD for the poster cover the ~28AUD shipping? I also ordered a Gigantus V2 medium in the same order. So that would mean there's only ~6AUD left over, minus the cost price, to be donated. On a side note, the shipping method was shown as "International Economy [5-7 business days]". However, after I made my order (3 days ago) and checked the tracking, the estimated delivery date from DHL was 12 June, and it was actually express shipping, which added to my confusion :confused_:. However, it had arrived in Melbourne early this morning.

I have been away from the PC world for over 12 years now, but looking at the new MacBook pros I decided it to come back to my roots ( Windows + Linux ). From my research, the Razer Blade is the closest you can get in terms of build quality, goes without saying the SPECS from RB are far higher than MacBook pros, which is a huge plus, so I'm very excited about the performance of the laptop. What is worrying me a bit is the fact that Apple has "Apple Care" and that's a worldwide warranty, which means it does not matter which country my laptop breaks they will be able to take care of it, it has happened to me before that my MacBook broke while I was working abroad and Apple have fixed it during my trip. Currently, I'm finding a bit hard to establish communication with Razer as every time I send them an email it takes days and days for them to reply and also it's not clear to me if their warranty is world-wide. I've recently come across the Razer Softminer, (or gamma) while searching the amazing world of the internet. I was wondering whether installing this software to gain Silver was worth it, correct me if I'm wrong but, this is one of the software's that give you one of the most Silver compared to paid to play, which has a limit of 100 Silver? I've heard that this software isn't at all the best as it does increase electricity bills as you are just constantly overworking your graphics card, but some other people have said that it doesn't damage your components. Please share your experiences with this software so I can make a decision whether to install this software and earn some silver. Thanks.

Using Razer Synapse v3. During game session it happens very often and constantly: my cursor getting stacked for a few secs w/o an opportunity to move it. After that, my calibrated surface is getting reset to intelligence tracker (smart tracker) that i don't wanna use. Any way to fix that ? Triggering me really hard, especially in competitive games where this bug matters alot because i become unable to use my device for tremendous amount of time
