Hi. For the life of me, I can’t find the Blackshark’s audio input on my laptop. I don’t even know if it works. I want to know how to find it. Please help me. 

I've just bought a Blackshark V3 Pro for use on my PC. It hasn't arrived yet, but I've just noticed it's the Xbox version. I know it's compatible with PC, but do I get the exact same functionality from it? Like THX Spatial? 

I just ordered the wolverine v3 pro because it seemed to be the perfect controller, especially for PC which is what I play on most of the time. I chose this over the Xbox series elite 2 because those apparently have questionable build quality and the wolverine v3 seemed exceptional in that area. It turns out, I was right, this controller IS the perfect controller for PC, or rather it would be if the software side of it was any good.As it stands, there is no way to remap any buttons besides the extra triggers and the paddles and these can only be remapped to the other standard, already mapped buttons on the controller. Realistically this makes the extra buttons virtually useless. I have no use to have two buttons that do the same thing. There is no way to remap ANY buttons to a keyboard input. THIS CONTROLLER IS BASICALLY USELESS TO A PC PLAYER​​​​​​​ I truly do not understand why this is even marketed as a PC controller without button mapping, and by that a mean actual button mapping,

so recently i have been experiencing echo issue? my friends say that they can hear their own voice through my mic, i tried fixing it through multiple ways using chat gpt, did a reset on the drivers, unplugged, pluged, tried fixing it through game and yeah. went deep fixing tbh. but it still is happening and at first the mic was perfect but now its creating issues, i feel like the audio quality of the mic degraded too when i did some mic test, its been only 2 months. i checked amazon for reviews rn and there are some complaints about sound leaking. how do i fix this ? is this an audio leak? and if yes then how to fix it 

Hi I have a RAZER BLADE 14 2023 - P/N RZ09-0482XWM3-R3W1.I was using it the other day when the screen just went black.  The screen just seems to have died??I have tried turning it off and on and nothing. The laptop turns on and the key illuminate but nothing on the screen.. power light is green and is slowly blinking.I have connected to an external monitor and that works so Laptop seems to be working just the inbuilt screen is black.Could someone please help or have any ideas.Thank you in advance 

I have had these kraken v3 for almost a year. Recently, they have started to BLAST this loud static sound every few hours, it hurts and I have to unplug and replug the headset to make it stop. I have gotten to the warranty send in process and now I’m scared they wont test it for more than 30 minutes to make sure it’s malfunctioning. I want the headset replaced bc the same thing happened to my last pair before they just completely stopped working.

Is there a scheduler feature on the Synapse to turn on/off the RBG on all the razer devices at a specific time? I dont turn off my PC ever, so my razer RGB always stays on, and i fear the longetivity of these rgb leds will wear off if i keep it on 24/7.Anyone can chime in if they keep their devices rgb on at all the time? 

I've been a razer user since synapse 2. I was overjoyed for synapse 3 to come out, as synpase 2 was terrible, and when I first saw synapse 4 i was again overjoyed. Now, synaose 4 is out and it may as well be malware. Lighting effects don't work half the time, and the most annoying thing: my audio devices. For years, I have had my razer nomo speakers on my desk switched off.  When I want to use them, turn them on, instant speakers, when I'm done turn them off, instant headphones. Now, turning my nomos on, stops my mouse working for about 2 minutes as it refreshed all razer devices, and then takes about 5 mins of turning them on and off before I get sound. If I turn them off to go back to my headphones, synapse gets stuck, refuses to detect any of my devices, so I have to restart my PC. Ditch the project, go back to 3. I love the idea of the interchangeable ears since I always see razer do the kitty ears but the idea of having bear ears like a panda (my favourite animal) was adorable until I saw they were wired and I like to walk around and not have my wires all tangled and folded weirdly, so I'd love if you'd make another version of the kraken kitty v2 bluetooth but with interchangeable ears!

Does anybody have problems with the mousepad? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt, completely random imo. Ive seen multiple complaints online but no fixes. Is there any fix to this? 

Hi all,I recently got this headset, and it sounds pretty good out of the box. On the other hand, I feel like a lot more could be achieved with a little tweaking in the EQ settings. Has anyone experimented with any custom presets yet, and do you have any suggestions?Thanks and happy gaming! :D

Hello, I recently purchased the 11 port dock from razer since it was on sale and I was tired of constantly plugging stuff in when I am done taking my laptop to classes. The dock works fine on my old laptop ( omen 15 2020) but it doesnt work at all on my new laptop (tuf f16 2025). Has anyone else had a similar problem? maybe the dock only works on the first laptop it connects too? or maybe this is a hardware problem, any help appreiciated.

Why is my account suddenly temporarily locked? How do I fix this?please help

As a console player who just switched i would love to be able to combine controller movement with mouse precision. Are they actually good or is it just a gimmick thing? 

After almost 10 years my Tartarus is looking rough, i kinda thought by now there’d be an update so i can replace my current one.  is Razer allergic to money? Azeron is out there selling like hot cakes.  Can we get an official statement? Is the Tartarus discontinued? 

Like the title says I am just wondering if the blackshark v2 x is good for its price tag and how long does it last. I don't need it to last long btw just 3 to 4 months. Thanks In advance 

On the Razer Blade 2025 18-inch model, the right slot supports PCI-E 5.0. The Razer website says that the PCI 5.0 slot supports up to 4TB, but will there be a problem if I install 8TB?I'm thinking of buying and installing a Samsung 9100 8TB, but SSDs are so expensive that I can't even try. Because I'm afraid there will be problems. Has anyone tried this or knows anything about it? 

The Deathadder V3 (Wired) Coating is great IMO. Smooth and rubbery that gives you a good grip on the mouse. Compared to the Viper V3 Pro White coating it only gets sticky when wet, but is very slippery when dry.Deathadder V3 coating works well with dry and wet hands. 

Has anyone else experienced issues with powering on the Razer Blade 2021 14in?The power button does not turn the laptop on, I have to sometimes plug it in or do a hard battery reset (like hold the power button til the led flashes) before the laptop will turn on. I just have to basically mess around with it and there is no rhyme or reason to what eventually gets it to turn on. It is incredibly frustrating.I have had other issues with this laptop like a screen failure that required Razer to replace it. It is just kinda insane how unreliable this laptop that I spent like $2800 or something on is.

Gone through 2 Xbox Elite 2 controllers in 4 years.Not buying a 3rThe G7 Pro and Wolverine are the ones I keep seeing people say are the best.What makes the Wolverine better, besides that it is actually wireless.I am a casual gamer, sports titles and CoD/BF. I like hair triggers, paddles don’t do much for me. 

My key board and mouse are acting up randomly. After some time my keyboard will hold ctrl until I press it. My mouse randomly will spam the e and d key. I've tried scanning for viruses and playing with the firmware. Anyone have any idea what I can do to fix it? Keyboard: Blackwidow Elite Mouse : Naga Trinity
