Ok so for some context I just got a huntsmen pro keyboard and to mess around with the rgb lights I had to download synapse which is whatever I don’t mind but it has added some stat screen to my game and I don’t like it, the colour is bad and it has too much info, but I can’t for my life of me find out where to remove it or change it, any help is appreciated 

Hi, Does anyone know a KVM that works with BlackWidow V4 X? I have a Startech SV231DPUA KVM (two computers, one monitor) which works until I have switched back and forth a few times then the keyboard no longer responds.My current KVM uses DisplayPort but I guess I could also use HDMI with a new KVM Thanks   

Havent tried yet but would it be possible to  have hypershift key switch, and when you select a hypershift programed  button and then revert to standard settings after the hyper assigned button selection be a possiblity. Or in gamer speak I want a weapon that is assigned to hypershift mouse button keep the weapon and then revert back to the (standard or most used)  buttons so while I’m flying away with the tau I can switch to a crossbow  and kill :-)  

I bought some thumb grips because my controller's left stick lost half of its plastic cover. Point is, despite these being officially compatible with xbox one, they seem too small for the wolverine. Should I completely scrub away the plastic from the stick, or there's another way?

I bought a new Kaira Hyperspeed headset after my old one broke, i have it connected to my xbox and it picks up audio and my friends voices just fine but not my microphone? I go into the app on the xbox and hit mic monitoring and audio is going through just fine but it won't pick up my voice in on my xbox at all, not in parties, gamechat, discord, nothing. Am i doing something wrong or is something wrong with the headset??? 

Hi, I have two cobra pro. I was playing with one when it turned off and stopped working. It was connected directly to the PC. I’ve tried to connect it to different ports or use the other mouse usb cable without success. The other mouse works fine. What should I do? 

Can someone tell me what type of thermal pads I need for my Razer Blade 18 model RZ09-0484UEH4 from 2023? Or how can I contact Razer support directly via email to inquire about this?

so i got the razer viper 8khz in like october-november and there is a problem with razer synapse and i unisntalled it because if i turn it on it ends up making then right side buttons(both of them) useless and they for some reason just stop working. does anyone know how to fix this cuz i wanna change the rgb and some settings

I just bought a new Click Pro V2 Vertical, assigned the Keyboard ‘F’ to one of the buttons via Synapse, but it does nothing.Is there something else I have to do to get the mouse button to bind to the keyboard input? 

I’ve had the Razer Blade 15 in Quartz Pink for about 5 years now and I LOVE it!!! I’ve only had some minor issues with it like overheating, the charger melting, ect; but other than that, she runs perfectly fine. I’ve been wanting an upgrade but it looks like they’ve discontinued the production of Quartz Pink laptops as well as mice, headsets, ect. I don’t want to buy a wrap because Razer laptops tend to be on the pricier side. I bought the 15 because it gave me everything I needed + it’s pink!!! Does any one know why the line was discontinued? Will it ever be brought back?

Has anyone used Razer’s cooling pad with the new 2025 Blade? If so, how did it perform?I’m also curious to know if the 2025 Blade supports the cooling pad’s advertised increase to power draw via Synapse and how that impacts performance as well.Thanks in advance! 

I've had this headset for over a year now, but I have experienced the connectivity issue since I got it. My PC doesn't have a usb type-c port so I use the adapter that comes with the headset, but it is super sensitive, it would take me many tries before the dongle would finally connect, but recently, it just wouldn't connect. I tried it on my phone and other devices, didn't work. I even tried using a different adapter, still no luck. the headset does still work if I connect it with the auxiliary cable but I prefer it being wireless. Is there a fix for this? I want to just find a solution for this if there is instead of paying 20$ just for the dongle. Thanks in advance

what fullsize keyboar do yall recomend

Hi I'm inquiring about my razer barracuda X 2022I have used this headset paired with THX audio software. It is a nice headset, unfortunately there has been an issue with the dongle.It is not working anymore. When I connect it via dongle to my computer it doesn't connect and audio is only the connecting sound.Since it was not in good condition I have been using it with a 3.5mm jack it came with, not wireless anymore. Some issues with the audio pitch too high and the bass is a bit non existent, different/static-y audio compared to the dongle 2.4ghz connection.It is now 2025 and I bought this headset in 2022. It is not under warranty anymore.Question is if I can buy a different dongle and connect it to the new one and how much is it will be the cost.Hope a razer support reads this and could help. 

As a new creator to the Razer family i want to know what is best to use my new found privilege on. tell me what if your favorite piece of gear from Razer and what is done to change your set up.

My Naga Hyperspeed V2 doesn't come with any sort of cable. The Razer (probably AI) representative is asking me to cut the cable although I've linked multiple unboxing videos and pictures of their own product BOX and MANUAL specifying there is no cable inside, yet they keep asking me to cut it.My warranty is wearing off in May and I suspect they're trying to waste its time (or are just very dumb which is also possible)Anyone ran into similar issues?

As the title implies I’m about to pull the trigger on the new RB 16. My concern is with shipping though. Has anyone had any issues getting their laptop? Thank you 

Like some of you I’m sure, I’m very much looking forward to the arrival of my new Blade 16 that I preordered. This is my first Razer product, so I was curious if anybody on this sub reading this has previous experience preordering a device from the official store before (i.e. the 4090 model), and is their “Estimated Ship Date” usually accurate or is there a chance it could arrive sooner? April 30 seems so far away!! 

This isnt just Razer's issue I havent seen a mouse with that functionality specified (and a few logitech I tried have the same issue at least they have a 3rd main button used as a shift to have double the keybinds on your side buttons in nagas you have to assign the scroll wheel or something like that)like as an mmo player assigning keyboard buttons to the side buttons is defeating the purpose of having side buttons because I use my keyboard buttons if I didnt want more buttons than my keyboards ones I wouldn't be looking for a mouse that has 12 side buttons would I?why should be the naga's sidebuttons be either 12345 etc or numlock 1234 or ABCD etc these all are keyboard buttons and I already use them
