Black Screen when switching GPU modes and refresh rate
I just bought a razerblade 14 and I'm having issues with the screen going black. It seems to happen if I switch to Nvidia Optimus mode or if I adjust the refresh rate in either mode to 60 hz. It works fine if I hook up an external display and switch it back to the dedicated GPU. I've done all the windows updates and updated Nvidia drivers. Not sure what is going on. Bummer to experience with a brand new laptop...

Need help pricing a razer laptop I want to sell
I bought a razer laptop sometime ago and I got a desktop so want to sell the laptop I just never sold one before and need help pricing it. The only flaw on the outside is finger prints lol never been damaged or anything. I did open up the laptop to install 32gb ram and another 1tb m.2 on top of the stock 1tb storage. Does anyone have experience charging a Blade 15 with the Razer Dock?
I am considering getting the Razer Dock. Among other things, it advertises charging the laptop at 90W, which seems a bit weak compared to the laptop's 230W power supply. What are the experiences with it? Is this only suitable for discharging the battery more slowly or does the whole thing actually charge then. I use a Razer Blade 15, if this is of any interest.

How to properly connect many chroma enabled devices?
hey guys, as the title suggests, I have a lot of razer stuff plugged into my pc. so much so, that i only have 1 usb slot spare. that however, isnt the issue. the issue is that it seems having so many plugged in at once causes others to glitch out. I have everything running on the standard wave effect in synapse. but my mouse bungee and firefly v2 (and possibly my kraken ultimate im not sure) tend to just pause on occasion... as in the lights will just hang one whatever colours they are at the time for a few seconds, then resume as normal. this again didnt bother me so much, until my gf began using my pc for hogwarts legacy which has chroma integration. thats when it became very obvious that not everything is functioning correctly. iv already tried cable managing in such a way that the most "power hungry" devices have the fastest usb slots. my huntsman elite and nommos are both plugged into usb 3 slots and the firefly and bungee into usb 2 slots. i cant have everything in usb 3
Can't find my order on order status/no email confirmation
Hi, can you guys help meee. I just ordered a BlackShark V2 X headset on razer site. I redeemed a code from razer silver and used it to pay for the item but I paid the shipping fee using Paypal. The payment was successful because it deducted on my Paypal account and on the step 4 which is the order confirmation, there is an order number so I thought that my order was successfully placed. But, when I clicked on the "order status" button it says "order unsubmitted" and I don't know why. So, I refreshed the page and find the order status but when I clicked it there's nothing shown on the page. I'm a bit nervous because I paid 1,173 Pesos (I'm from Philippines) and a first timer. And on my email, only the paypal sent me the transaction receipt but there's no email from razer. Can some agents help me? Pleaseee. I can't find the customer support on razer.com, it always lead me to click the order status and get on that page again and again where no orders are listed.
looking for Blackshark V2 3.5mm extender
Hello everybody I am searching for a 3.5 mm headphone extender that is compatible with the blackshark V2 wired headset, I've tried the USB extensions from various brands and none of them work. The 3.5mm jack has three rings around it but when I searched Google there's two different types of three ring headphone cords that are not compatible with each other omegle. ? What is the author's opinion on the Orbweaver Chroma and the Tartarus gaming keypad?
I'm a big fan of the Orbweaver Chroma and own three units, two of which I bought on Ebay. I believe the Orbweaver should be updated with features such as 1000hz polling, onboard memory storage, and a more ergonomic wrist rest. The Tartarus is okay, but I returned mine due to its high wrist rest, lack of adjustability, and slippery thumbstick. The keys were also not clicky, which I need for physical feedback. The Tartarus also has a scroll wheel instead of a 20th key, which I find unsatisfactory. Just my thoughts. People seem to buy the Tartarus, but it could be because the Orbweaver is no longer available.

I really love Razer Firefly mousepad and Razer wireless products, but i really don't like the fact that they have to charge... So I found out a solution for that: you could make mousepad with built in wireless charger, and also it would be nice if you'd decide to make EATX Razer tomahawk(if mine gramatics aren't correct, I'm sorry(I'm from Poland))

I've entered my graduation course in Interior design and looking for a laptop that can help me with my daily tasks and handle heavy software like Sketchup, FreeCad, etc. These tools are what my teachers tell me to use; they can change in the future, but they are the ones they recommend now. New Blackshark V2 Pro Crackling sound
Title says it all. I decided to try a Razer headset out but there is an awful crackling sound preset when more high pitch sounds come through, especially when some of my friends are talking. I've never had any issues with other headsets or my sound bar, I previously had HyperX Clouds and Cloud 2s https://vlc.onl and I just decided to replace them because they are getting a bit worn, but wasn't expecting a drop in sound quality from this product. So I was sure it was something else maybe causing it. I've gone though all the troubleshooting on razers website, doing clean install of synapse, to drivers to changing the wireless USB slot as well as trying it analog. The crackling sound is present no matter what I do. has anyone else encountered this issue and found a fix or is this just a faulty product?

boa noite familia, gostaria de saber se esta acontecendo com alguém tbm ai UE comprei um mouse da razer a menos de um mês estou usando ele, sq ja tem umas 4 hrs que ele n voltou a funcionar, o problema começa agora o mouse em si não funciona, o RGB dele n funciona não é reconhecido pelo pc nem nada, mas o sensor esta ligado pois da pra ver que tem um luz vermelha dentro dele quando conecto no pc
Razer Shipping Issues
G'day All - has anyone else experienced Razer shipping issues? As of late, I've had two shipments go "not so friendly" 1st one approx 3mths ago, the mystery/surprise gift was not shipped with my order. No big deal but when contacted via telephone by a "random Survey" person asking about the order and made aware of the problem, the person chose to do nothing when saying he would. Life goes on.... 2nd order... I'm short shipped a kunai fan and the free gift again being XMAS wrapping paper. When contacting the Razer support team, they take ZERO responsibility and are directing me to work with my cre4dit card company to get my $60 back because a credit for their mistake is outside their capabilities. Am I the only guy getting screwed by Razer shipping and their customer service team?
