I thought it was easy to set up, but not so much. I want to assign a text to a key combination in synapse but I can't find anywhere how to do it.

I bought a riot cash card of 25$ to be used in league of legends RP but when I redeem it , it says that the gift card is not supported in the current region but the website mentioned that it can be used in Singapore server. 

I only have about a month with this keyboard, and it's given me nothing but issues. Even after updating its firmware to the latest version as of 6/22/2023, and wiping out clean the Synapse 3 app and reinstalling it, multiple times, the keyboard refuses to charge. No matter what I use, either plugging it into my work machine, my personal gaming rig, or even using my phones charge adapter. I have let it sit overnight, gone to work and come back to the keyboard still nearly at 0% battery.I've seen multiple other threads here of people complaining about similar issues, and some of them haven't gotten a single reply, so I'm expecting to go through the same,I just can't believe that I paid over $270 bucks after tax for this keyboard, only to be left in the dust. I was better off buying a cheap alternative. That could've possibly help me a lot better. I need a new razer basilisk v3 cable (not a usb-typec cable, one for the mice with non-removable cables) to repair the mouse, and I tried splicing it and soldering the wires together, but I did a shitty job on the shrinkwrap and it won't insulate properly. I have all the tools I need for a full cable replacement, I just need to find a cable. I already tried to put an amazon basics cable from another mouse in there, but the connecter was too big. Please help me find a cable that I can order to get this repair done. 

I just bought this and am loving it, but i feel like it should have came with the feet that the regular v2 has to angle the speakers toward your head. I understand that it has ai tracking and all that but wouldn’t it still be better being angled? Also the rgb on it is a little disappointing and maybe angling it would make the rgb better? Any thoughts on doing this?

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone knows whether the Razer Kraken Multiplatform headsets have been discontinued. I tried to buy a pair on Amazon, but they weren’t available, which was strange. So, I went directly to Razer’s site and couldn’t find them there either.I’m autistic and hard of hearing, and this is the only headset I’ve found that really works for me. I’ve gone through six of them in the past five years, and I desperately need to get my hands on another one. Any help or advice would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have the Razer Naga V2 Pro and since a week or two I can't see the battery percentage any longer in the Synapse app, super annoying! How to fix this? I already updated the software and restarted it, etc.  Thank you

I bought this headphones after one of my old pairs broke, I use the audio jack that it comes with because wireless headsets suck. So, anyway, when I’m playing a game with a friend, my mic will cut out after a certain amount of time, and I have to rejoin the discord call to fix it. I never had this issue until now, and it’s very weird. Do you have any ideas on how to fix it? For context, my headphones are a (wireless) Razer Barracuda X headset, and I use the attachable mic and the wire that comes with it to use for wired headphones. I got it for $69 or so dollars at walmart. Do you guys have any help?

Hello. I’ve been a lifelong turtle beach user. But the final straw was my 3rd pair of Stealth 700 gen 2’s ear cup ended up cracking and inevitably snapped completely off. This has happened with all 3 pairs over time. Full disclosure, I have a big fat head so I’m assuming that’s what’s causing the cracking. My question is how’s the build quality on the blackshark v2 pro. I’m really looking to move on from turtle beach. These look perfect for me in every aspect, I’m just worried about build quality. As the title suggest, my right earbud has had no sound for the past 3 days, the sensor still works though. I can play, pause, skip to the next song with it. I've tried cleaning the connections between the case and the earbud and I tried most of the resets, I haven't tried to plug it in my pc yet to see if there's anything I can do with that.I'm just lost on what to do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,I've had my V2 Pro for over two years now and absolutely love it. But within the last 2 weeks or so, it's been slowly acting up. At first, in games my character would suddenly look up. Not a "drifting" motion, just a sharp sudden snap.Then, my mouse pointer started jumping around, skipping, and my scroll wheel started skipping scrolls, clicking on its own, etc.Googling and looking at threads here, I assumed it was a hardware issue, and took it apart and cleaned it. It didn't seem to work.Just on a whim, I plugged it in to my computer with the charging cable and it seems to work better now.I'm guessing it's a software/connection issue, instead of a hardware one. I was hoping it was hardware, because software wise I have no idea where to begin.I've tried different ports on my PC with the dongle, that's about it. Still the same issue.It may be interference, but my setup is the exact same as it was before this issue popped up.Any ideas?

My Leviathan V2 all of the sudden stopped playing any sound, and not visible by PC. But. I can connect to it via Bluetooth (still no sound) and even control RGB with mobile app. Do you know how to fix that?Tried different cables, laptops. Nothing. Thanks 

I have a problem with my razer barracuda x , I lost my USB-C to USB-A adapter and buying a replacement takes 2 months from my country, can I use a generic USB-C to USB-A adapter to use on my motherboard? Or does it not work unless it is the Razer one? someone please help me
