Hey guys, just got the new V3 Pro controller and I think I may have gotten a faulty one. Issue is charging. Getting no indication that controller is charging.Doesn’t connect wired to my Xbox SX, and when the controller does turn on just have the Razor LED come on but no connection. Anyone have similar issue with theirs? 

Hi, I have the Razer Naga V2 Pro and since a week or two I can't see the battery percentage any longer in the Synapse app, super annoying! How to fix this? I already updated the software and restarted it, etc.  Thank you

The tape at the store is out of stock for about a week now. I'm not sure if or when they will restock it. Additionally, the tape available on their site includes only two pairs for the buttons, not for the sides, as far as I know.So does anyone know where I can find original tape for buttons and sides? 

Hi I have a pair of Razer Blackshark V2 headphones and they stopped connecting to the dongle. Out of stupidity I decided to click forget device and now my dongle is only being recognised by my PC as USB AP. I tried using the utility tools software razer provides to pair but it does not recognise my dongle. I can still use Bluetooth but I want to use the mic connected to the headset. Does anyone have any potential ideas or fixes?

I bought my Razer Blade 15 Advanced model with Oled screen about 6 months ago. I had no issues with gaming before. Then, I noticed about 3 weeks ago there was screen burn in whenever I played game for like more than one hour. It fixed if I turned off or closed the game for a while. But the issue kept getting worse and now I played for 15mins and there is the icon burn in already. If it keeps going like this, it will reach to a point where I cannot no longer fix the issue with shutting down or playing some screen fix video. Is there any solution to this problem or all the Oled screens are having the same kind of issues? Or since I have bought no so long ago can I still exchange my laptop with another product?

I have read both yes and no in razer community so I'm lost.   Is it possible to use the Razer blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed keyboard and basilisk v3 pro mouse with the ps5? 

Just ordered a V3 TE today and also coincidentally just seeing the amount of reports on out of the box stick drift.Is there a way to fix this at all? 

I'm looking for a keyboard to buy but I couldn't decide. I must use Synapse because I'm using Blade 15 and my mouse and headset is already Razer.I've looked to Blackwidow V4 but there is a lot of problem about doubl-click so I've decided to not buy a V4.

Can someone tell me why the dps (speed of the cursor/mouse) is different when it's bluetooth, 2.4gz or wired? I have to change the dps each time I switch between the modes there's no consistency. When it's 600 on Bluetooth I have to change it to 750 on 2.4gz because it's too slow.Isn't it supposed to be same regardless of what form of connectivity I choose? Is this a feature or a bug/flaw it's frustrating 

If you had 50k razer silver, what would you buy. I need recommendations for myself.

Recently my 2.5 year old mouse has been on the fritz, constantly disconnecting or going dead while I'm using it, generally just being all over the place. I use the bluetooth connection because I lost the dongle.I've looked it up and suspect the issue is Razer Synapse software, but how do I fix it?

When I tried buying mobile legends diamond using razer gold, I can’t get pass through the transaction phase because I didn’t receive any verification code or authentication pins. Eeverytime I press “new code” it will just sends me a notification of “Unknown error”.  How to fix this issue?

Hi Razer communityI have a blade 16 with the 4090 and it’s been as hot as 107c on the package, but that is the heat spiking. Depending on how I prep it, the average temps will range from 84-95c.I always elevate it with my Razer stand and I’ve under volt with -125.I always run the fans on full.Razer support has offered to “service” my laptop and even replace it. But i’m hesitating because i’m not sure a service or replacement will be better, temp wise.My question is, will a different blade 16 be any different? They all seem to run very hot if you choose cpu boost/gpu high, no matter what. even with the settings above, low/low still spikes up to 98c. While the spikes are high, should we just focus on the averages and ignore the spikes? I’ve never seen some official guidance from Razer on average temps vs spike temps and what range is normal and what range warrants a service or replacement. 

I get an error when I try to redeem an Xbox code that I bought on Razer Gold.By changing the location of my Microsoft account to US I was able to add the voucher to my account but it won't let me redeem it. I don't live in US.

Just curious here. I’ve been using Razer THX for quite sometime now, but I recently bought a good surround sound system. Would it be beneficial to keep THX running, while using the surround sound? Or would it be better to drop it in favor of the surround sound only?Thanks.
