I currently have a Razer Black Shark V2 X and I thought about getting the Razer Seiren Mini for better microphone quality but idk if it's a worth it upgrade or not what do you guys say? 

so i have researched what i can do about this issue, from firmware updates to reinstalling synapse, to everything, in simple, swapping ports. Whenever i plug in my kiyo, it is detected by synapse. the second i turn it on in discord or any other app even in synapse itself, it undetects but the hardware light indicating the device is on is still flickering. i can't find the device back even in device manager, the camera tab is void. I've tried everything i know and i am stuck

I just got a Kaira Pro and was able to connect to my PS5 with no problem. However, when I tried to create a 3D profile, I really don't hear any directional audio.All of the static sounds are in one ear only, and at a out head height. When I'm asked where the sound is travelling, it's either left to right or right to left, with no height differences.I tried playing Elden Ring and really o my heard stereo sounds nothing like the surround effects I get on my 5.1.2 speaker set up.I have the default audio set to Atmos, so I don't know if that has any effect.Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Been using these since friday. Somehow they unpaired from USB hub and it wont pair wirelessly. There is no pairing tool for these yet. Do I just return?Ive uninstalled / reinstalled synapse 4. (and tried 3). reformatted computer, nothing.Using synapse to "factory reset" device just sits there for ever. doesnt actually move or reset.Anyone else figure this out?

I need soem help with my baracuda X wireless headset becuase whenever i play a game and cal with my friends the audio of the game becomes worst does anyone know what to do to help fix it?

I have an issue with Viper V3 Pro, whereby the cursor randomly snaps (jumps, teleports, or what you may call it) to the top-left corner of the screen. This happens once or twice every 5 minutes. Interestingly, it never occurred in-game (knock-on-wood), only on desktop and other applications. Did any of you have similar issues? Is there a fix or should I ask for a replacement?

I’m trying to earn silver by playing the game of the week, but even though I launch the game through Cortex from the Rewards tab and hit Play it still won’t see that I’ve been playing and shows my Silver earned as 0. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

My Naga v2 hypershift is being super weird. I was playing Throne and Liberty and had the profile set to default (number pad), and it starts using my Helldivers 2 profile. It says it's on the default profile still. So I leave the game to try and fix it and it starts using my First Decendant profile! 

I have a Razer Blade 15 Mid 2019 Base Model (RZ09-03009E97) and the RGB lighting is not working on the keyboard. Tried reinstalling Razer Synapse, changed the CMOS battery but nothing works. Sometimes the lighting works when it starts from a shutdown but doesn’t hold up.

I have recently done an update with Razer Synapse and have noticed that the battery level percentage doesnt show any longer. It just shows as a red icon and 0% now. Is there any reason for this please?

since ive got the taichi b550 razer edition MB i have not been able to get my MB, gpu or ram to show up in the chroma app. i’ve disabled windows dynamic lighting. updated the rgb firmware and just haven’t gotten anywhere. can somone  help me. SPECS taichi b550 razer edition mbgigabyte 3080 eagle oc 10gbryzen 7 5800xsome rgb gpu and 24pin cables thats id love to get into the chroma app as well. thank you all so much. 

hi, i have a problem on Macro Tab, its fine before but now the tab is erroronce i click the tab, the macro tab doesn’t show the macro settings, its only show the macro text on the bottom of synapse, and the macro doesn’t working.have anyone know how to fix it?thanks

Hi, I just got myself a Razer Viper V3 Pro White Edition mouse. Its been 2 days. But the left click feels like its loosened. Do you guys know any fix about it?

So I just found huntsman mini pro for dirt cheap in my local store and I was wondering if I should go for it but first I want to make sure if there is any huge difference between this model and v2 or V3 pro performance wise ? Like are they way faster or they just have better RGB or whatever ? If latter is the case, honestly I don't care bout that stuff xd
