I’ve had the mouse for almost a year now, and I have been experiencing this problem where whenever I lift the mouse of the pad it immediately disconnects.I have tried to use the support in the discord (Saiso) and didn’t manage to solve it, What I did notice is that this issue only appears to be on my pc, I have checked if it could be related to power management settings in the usb root hub but it doesn’t seem to be the problem.I have the latest firmware and the latest synapse version, I do not use a usb hub (connected to the usb 3.0 in my motherboard).

Just bought a Kraken V3 Pro and it installed flawlessly.  When I speak, the mic picks up my voice with excellent fidelity.  However, I do not hear my voice in the headset - i.e., there is no auditory feedback as to how I sound - until I record and play back.Is this a feature, or is my headset not properly configured? Thanks.

I really do appreciate Razer keeping the community together and entertained, but I wanted to say that they really should hold a poll for the timing of every game night because then more people might be able to attend it. Or just keep different game night timings different everytime! If any moderators and Staff members see this, please try to get this implemented.

I recently went from Razer Kraken Kittys to Kitty V2s and went to go mess with the equalizer settings, but I cant find it anywhere? is the EQs still a thing, I only get basic options to either change the volume or go to windows settings? I'm really confused at this point, is it not a thing anymore? 

Hello,If your mouse has recently been not working well, you have missclicks and random movements, you are not alone, its the latest windows update.My computer recently updated to the latest version, which is called “Moment 4”. This update broke the wireless 2.4Ghz functionality of my Razer Orochi V2 mouse. It would still work ,but every 8th click or so won’t register and would also randomly skip movements. I have tried uninstalling the driver and the razer synapse 3 app ,re-pairing the mouse but nothing fixes it.I can’t uninstall this update ,so currently my only workaround is to use Bluetooth.The mouse works perfectly fine under Linux.@Razer, please release a new driver to fix this issue or let Micro$oft know about it.Thanks 

Hey y'all, was looking around at getting some custom key caps and was wondering if there was any information about what profile/size I would need to get? I think it'd be cherry profile because of how the switches are similarly aligned but I could very well be wrong. If anyone has any information that would be greatly appreciated!

Before you ask for PC specs, I'm gonna point it out so you can make sure that it is not the problem with specs 100%RTX 4080SR9 7950X3D32GB DDR5RGB works flawless whatever I'm doing on PC. (As title says BlackWidow V4 Pro)But as soon as I open any game, lights on RGB start flickering like it's running on 0.5 frames per second. I tried multiple RGB modes and with any mode it's the same story. When I exit to desktop while game is working in background RGB is back to normal. It's only when I am in-game screen.I checked a few fixes on internet but nothing really helps.

Does anyone have an example of a custom pad with Red Text and Black outline? Im trying to match my PC case and dont know if I should use Red or Black Outline. 

My viper v3 pro left mouse button is slightly higher than the right mouse button.Is this normal? Thanks 

Hello. Recently got a new Blade 16 with 4080 (2023) and an Odyssey G6 Oled. The monitor has freesync premium but no gsync. UFOTest is saying Unable to VSYNC. I tried a usb-c to DP, and hdmi. I tried switching to only dGPU on bios. Still the same.On my Blade 14, vsync on the external works.What is wrong? I've already reinstalled the OS because I upgraded my storage.

Ive owned 4 Nagas in my life, and 3 of them had problems with the cursor not staying in place when you lift the mouse off of the mousepad. One was fine but eventually started having these issues, and two was «born» with them. I remember this was solveable by calibrating the mouse, but who wants to do that every time they power on their computer? 

Just updated to Synapse 4 and currently use DAV3 Pro and DS2 Pro TKL. I'm currently using the DAV3 multi dongle to connect the keyboard as well. Seems like RGB settings won't save on or even apply when connected via dongle. All seems fine when connected via cable. I've updated firmware on everything, but the issue persists. Synapse 3 was working fine T_T. Anyone else have similar issue? 

Is there a difference in polling rates between playing wireless and wired on an xbox x? From what i saw previously is that xbox caps it at 250 anyway.I play a lot of apex on high sens so i want it to feel as responsive as possible.Basically is there a benefit to playing with the wire pluggedin? besides the controller having louder volume. 

So I’ve had these headphones for a while now, and I’ve noticed a ringing noise they emit They’re corded razed kitty headphones I’ve tried everything the website recommends and nothing works I’ve reinstalled the razer audio drivers, I’ve tried updating them, I’ve disabled my mic and the lights, ive set them as the default Input device, I’ve turned off surround sound and all the special settings and the ringing WONT GO AWAY It’s giving me a headache and I feel like I’m going crazy, does anyone know what to do? 

Just to talk to others about the razer opus and any issues it may have along with its audio app.

I know they catch a lot of flak in here from folks, but just wanted to chime in to say that Microsoft basically bricked my WiFi with a crappy update, and the support folks through the pinned post here were excellent in helping me troubleshoot this and get to a solution. Thanks guys for helping me solve a problem someone else made. 

I wish razer can test out a Elgato 4KX on razer edge to see if it’s compatible because of the UVC  

Hi, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X but I have problem with the product where the item is already registered, but not under my Razer ID, which means I can't get the activation code via my email to activate the 7.1 surround sound features. I looked around in the Razer community for a fix. How do I fix this problem? Please help

I really loved the Razer Phone and Razer Phone 2. Are there any rumors of a Razer Phone 3?

So I rerecently bought a Razer Kaira Pro and I was using it just fine till recently that it will disconnect randomly during a game or at worse every 8 seconds my fight stick doesn't have a 3.5mm jack so I have to use the fight stick but I'm getting upset that the headset will disconnect then cause my fight stick to stop responding as well can someone explain why this happens and how to fix it. I play on Xbox and the headset is only a day old from posting 

I game on PC and exclusively play wired, so I am considering buying the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament edition. That said, I have been playing with an Evil Controller the last few years and my biggest gripe is the stick drift that they develop. My right stick is typically tuned to have notably more tension than the left stick and the main draw to Evil for me was their mouse click triggers and their paddles. Evil controller paddles can be pushed on from any angle to actual them which is nice for someone like me with larger hands. However, I JUST learned that hall-effect exists, and that allegedly, the Wolverine V3 is at least as responsive as my evil controller when plugged in. I then learned that TMR sticks exist, which is better than hall-effect? My main question here is simply A. Is it possible to replace the hall-effect sticks in this (Wolverine V3) with TMR sticks for better responsiveness without voiding the warranty? B. Is there a manner in which these sticks can be tightened ?
