hey guys, in feb of 2021 i bought the razer kraken kitty (wired) headphones (in black if that makes a difference) and the blackwidow keyboard from the razer site so it wasn’t some shitty dupe.about a year in, the setup started glitching. the volume would suddenly jump to 100, and keep maxing out no matter how quickly i clicked attempting to lower it. everything would also disconnect and reconnect repeatedly if it wasn’t messing about with the volume. the only fix that would help would be closing all the razer apps and having the ugly basic rgb’s on.i haven’t been able to tell if its my keyboard or the headphones??? i also couldn’t be bothered to do something with the warranty because it honestly didn’t really bother me that much at the time.but now, here i am. three years later, and having to close synapse and cortex blah blah blah every time i turn on my pc so that it MAYBE doesn’t glitch and assault my ears.i update the razer apps every time a new one comes out, i update my audio dri

I’ve worn my old keyboard out, and I’m looking for a new one. I like Razer products and pretty much everything in my setup is Razer, so I’d like to keep it going, and I’ve settled on the Huntsman, but I can’t figure out the difference between V2 and V3, apart from an almost $100 difference in price? Does anyone know the difference and if this difference is worth the large price jump? Thanks.

Will the Razer Kishi V2 - USB-C mobile gaming controller(s) receive an official firmware/iOS app update fixing the missing functionality owners are still facing with Apple iPhone 15 devices?   I know everything costs money, and creating the firmware/software to improve iPhone 15 user experience will come at a cost as well as time.  However,  as a Kishi V2 owner that purchased the controller after finding little information on compatibility with iPhone 15 except that the USB-C version does intact work for iOS I didn’t easily find information that it was not fully compatible as it has zero compatibility with your AppStore Software.   While this was a disappointing fact to learn.  And while I am content with the basic functionality available in most cases I’ve ran into so far. I have definitely been holding out a small amount of hope that we would be considered as customers, and that an update to the compatibility would arrive for us so we could enjoy our devices fully.  I hoped this upda

Everyone of them have different procedures and routes that can confuse or even anger the general consumer.*It is worth noting here that as of 05/08/2023, most major companies have removed any possibility of getting a refund from ANY GIFT CARD sold in the market today, including Apple Cards, Google Play Cards, Amazon Gift Cards, Steam Cards,  as well as the Razer Gold Gift Card.

Have a RazerBlade 15 Advanced (2021) RZ09-0409x using standard charger and battery. Battery charging icon appears when laptop is being charged, however once the battery reaches a full charge, charging icon disappears and computer runs in battery mode (reduced performance), even though battery does not start draining in any way. I purchased a replacement battery however this has made no difference, so returned original battery to system. Battery life is still sound, get 2-3 hours from a full charge so believe the battery is ok. Latest BIOS 2.02 installed.

Hi there,I'm currently using a Razer Nari headset and have been for sometime and love it. Especially for the dual audio channels (one for gaming and one for chat eg. Discord since its Discord Certified ). However it has seen better days and I am wanting to upgrade to a newer Razer headset but still keep the dual audio channels.What are my options? Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to find a replacement to my nari ultimate, specifically the dual channel system that has separate audio drivers for games and chat. Which of the new series of headsets have that feature?

Hello, I rely on your expertise,I plan to buy the RAZER THUNDERBOLT™ 4 DOCK CHROMA, I would especially like to be sure that my purchase perfectly meets my needs.I have a lot of difficulty obtaining precise information on a particular technology. The Thunderbolt 3/4.I have a Thunderbolt 4 port on my computer and I would like to install more accessories (external SSD, hard drives, etc.)My question is :- Are the USB port speeds shared or independent?If I connect 3 SSDs via USB-C 10Gbps, will I have 10Gbps per SSD without loss of speed when the 3 SSDs are used?- I have a WQHD 21/9 HDR and 165hz screen, will I benefit from 165hz in addition to HDR?Currently in HDMI I am limited to 85hz, and in USB-C I am limited to 100hz.Thank you in advance for any answers you can send me.

I recently bought the razer huntsman V2 TKL and i love the keyboard for the most part. What i don't like is how mushy the keys can feel from the sound Dampeners it seems like. Is there a way i can remove them from the switches at all to be more like the V1 version of the keyboard? Thanks!

According to Razer EU-EN Store, I can only get QWERTY US layout Blade to almost ANY EU country, but not Germany. Is there any way to obtain the QWERTY US Blade in Germany without forward freighting? According to Razer Limited Warranty, the Warranty is only valid in the country of purchase (read - not Germany). Thinking back to the battery problems, I don't want to be punished and stuck without a warranty just because I want to have a laptop with a standard keyboard. What should I do? I'm either stuck with QWERTZ (which is horrible as I am programming) or I'm stuck without a warranty (which is horrible once the battery starts swelling).

I want to put in the suggestion that Razer develops a 2024 edition of the beautiful full black Razer Barracuda X that is able to wirelessly connect to Xbox. I think it is such a shame that this is not already a feature. There are also no current options other than the Steel Series Arctis 1’s that wirelessly connect to Xbox yet lack bluetooth connectivity. Obviously there are the Official Xbox Headset but its ugly and no one wants to wear it outside, it is also very bulky. Now, the Razer Barracuda X has a sleek design which would be able to be used as a gaming headset and regular headphones. I think here there is a major market and motivation to create such an edition especially if it is kept at the same price point.  I know I would certainly be instantly picking these boys up if it were to happen. 

Does the razer deathadder v3 pro mouse work on my Ps5 with the dongle? 

I recently purchased Razer Kitsune to play street fighter 6 on PC . Steam recognize the controller however when I launch the game the controller is not responding in ‘PC’ mode. I tried numerous settings to work it out but returned empty handed. Can you help me out here please ?

The temps are good and it runs almost silent doing casual stuff.However there's this high pitch noise under load (e.g. Cinebench, Time Spy). Is this normal? The loudness I can accept, but the high pitch I'm not sure...Would be great if owners can chime in.
