Hello, it has been 3 months since I complained that razer synapse would not let me equalize my microphone, after all this time the problem has not been solved, I am using SteelSeries software to be able to raise the volume to my microphone but it doesn't completely solve the issue. I don't get why the microphone equalizer works with another manufacturer's software but not with Synapse. I read that there were a lot of people with this problem, have any of you solved it? Have you been able to figure out why this problem occurs and why it works with other equalization software?

Hi,I would like to buy a Razer Blade 16, but for me it’s mandatory it have a US keyboard. I live in Spain and the Spanish website allows me to only pick the Spanish layout. How can I have the US keyboard?Thanks!

So I would get the hyper pulling dongle to pair but the mouse wouldn’t work. This happened every time I tried and I found a solution that works every single time.First when pairing to the hyper pulling dongle keep your normal 1k hz dongle plugged in. The hyper pulling dongle will not pair. Then unplug the 1k hz dongle and press retry. Your mouse will not only pair but then actually work.Don’t know why this is but it works every single time .

Honestly, I've been logging into Razer's 7.1 Surround Sound app since 2353 last night! It's 0939 right now! I have been sitting here, staring at this "Logging you in..." and flashing rainbow colours for the past 9 hours with no avail! I can't even use the 7.1 for my damned headset, it took me forever to find the information to connect my headset to my account! And now all I can do is stare at this fucking log in screen while I wait for the day my 7.1 works! 

I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset and for some reason, the microphone just randomly stops working until the headset is turned off and on again. We've tried sending it in to Razer, and they sent a replacement, but it does the exact same thing. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

I bought the baracuda pro recently and when i turned my mic on while playing games or using discord the audio becomes wierd and out of place when my anc is on. However, when my anc is off, there is no audio issue. Is this a feature that can be turned off?

As a longtime user of Corsair keyboards before switching to Razer, I have noticed some areas in the Synapse software that could be improved to enhance the overall user experience. Default Profile Selection: I have encountered difficulties with setting a default profile in Synapse 3. At system startup, the software tends to load the last active profile, which can complicate the Windows login process, especially when the profile contains macros. It would be extremely beneficial if users could set a standard profile that loads by default. Profile Switching Delay: The latency in switching between profiles has been noticeable and is longer than what I've experienced with Corsair's software. Hello all and happy Thanksgiving!I am planning to upgrade my current case with the new Lian Li Vision soon, and, when it comes to aRGB, I am not controlling everything no problem with Armoury Crate. The effect are quite basics, and you can do a little more with Aura Sync, but I cannot control the components individually since they all go into a single hub.I am considering the Razer Chroma controlle to gain the ability to address the various aRGB capable fans and strips individually. Will the Razer software work alongside with Armoury Crate? I would keep using AR for driver updates and such, but control lighting effect via Razer controller. Or at least this is the idea in my head.

Has anyone else experienced this?I just put all my rare/legendary weapons on the racks in the Razorleaf armory, then flew around, revisited the Empty Nest, was about to save/overwrite when I decided to check; everything was gone.Luckily the only thing I did today was running “errands” in the game but it sucks to not have those epic weapons on display lol.

I got my Razer Viper Ultimate two months ago, and in these days, for no reason it stops working and I can’t use it neither with the USB cable or wireless. However, if I don’t use it for 1 day it works again, and this happens all the time. Does someone know what the problem is? I try to charge it but it doesn’t work.

Anyone have any settings they like and would enjoy sharing?I can't find any info on how to tweak settings and dropping in and out of games to test is getting cumbersome!Thanks for any help!

My product being purchased from amazon Au on Ordered on 11 October 2023  I would like to return this products due device is not being recognised via usb device from today  4 Feb 2024. Amazon doesn't seem to  have refund so it seems I have to contact to Razer I have tried everything including resetting I don't want to purchase razer products again , (to Razer) your products not quality and doesn't last. I have the same issue for my previous leviathan device as well please send me barcode to return this product at yours own cost I don't recommend razer  to people due they quality doesn't Mach their price tag,Razer would be same quality as a cheap (no branded) Chinese products.This is not the first time I'm returning razer product. 

Scenario:  Keyboard and Mouse r connected via Bluetooth to Blade 15. When computer goes to sleep, keyboard and mouse doesn’t seem to be able to ‘wake’ the computer up from sleep.  The device manager → Bluetooth → Power Management → Allow this device to wake the computer is greyed out.  CHecked Bios and nothing to toggle / chk that enable Bluetooth during sleep too.  If Keyboard / Mouse r connected via the USB dongle (Logitech) then waking up the laptop will have no issues.  But I don’t want to use the provided USB dongle from Logitech to connect my Logitech MX Keys and Mouse…  since they both are able to connect via bluetooth and the laptop comes w/ bluetooth.
