Does the Razer razor exist? Why do I see online that there is a supermarket that sells it?

I’m very excited to receive my blade 16 oled monday. One thing I’m worried about is the durability of the finish. I ordered a skin for it and I will be keeping it in a case. Most of the pictures online I see the power connector is all chewed up and paint missing. I will be unplugging and plugging back in probably once a day on average. Is there any other ocd people that have been able to unplug and plug it in carefully and not wear down the finish? it’s probably gonna be one of those things that’s unavoidable at some point. I way try and do some custom wrapping in that area as well to help as much as possible since the full body skins don’t cover that area.

Hallo everyone, Because I changed my number before, I couldn't receive the text message (verification code) from my old number, so someone helped me, created a case for me and sent me the case ID number, asking me to wait for 24-48 hours. My current problem is that I don't know how to check my case, because I haven't used razer for a long time, so I don't know if anyone is willing to teach me, thank you very much. 

My old phone number got terminated, now i got a new number, in order to buy credits i need to have 2 step verification but it is asking for my old phone number's sms. please help me . i currently have alot of money in razer, but i cant use it because it needs 2 step and it is asking from my old phone number..

When you look what problems people generally have with their gaming laptops over the years the list is long: broken hinges, dead motherboards, flickering screens, coil whine, rattling fans, RGB behaving wonky, blue screening, popping audio... the list goes on. But when it comes to Razer laptops, people mention bloated battery and... yeah, that's pretty much it. And that's probably one of the easiest problems to deal with, simply take out the battery and you can keep using the laptop plugged-in while waiting for a battery replacement to arrive. Plus reportedly Razer finally fixed their battery problems in 2023 (2022?) blades but only time will tell I guess. Thoughts?

I exchanged 108 razer gold for a $100 bestbuy gift card in the store. But there is no pin code for the gift card in the email that Razer sent me, so I can't use it. I tried contacting razer customer service, but they seemed to be perfunctory. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? Where is the pin code hidden?

I have this razer headset for a while and have had it plugged into a THX spatial audio rectangle control thingy. When I open my razer app it says I need to get an activation code for THX. Why would I have a thx controller if I didn't have access to it? and if I do have access to THX how do I tell the software I do?

I just tried to install synapse and it kept crashing. my first thought was to use a program called "Universal Extractor 2" to dump the installers content to a folder. So i did and inside of the installer file was a hand full of DLL's and just like I thought a second Installer file called "RazerInstaller.exe". click on it and it launched without fail. so there's my method of solving the problem.

Need help connecting my wireless razor blackshark v2 pro headphones , I’ve plugged in the transmitter that comes with it, the ps5 finds the headset but when trying to connect an error code comes up - CE-109526-3 any help would be amazing thanks

I'm trying to adjust my Blackshark V2 (2023) mic settings in the app but it won't let me listen to a preview. It works in Discord, but not within the app. Tried restarting, repairing, and reinstalling.

im not having any problem with delay, but just wanted to make sure if its better to connect every device with its individual dongle or use my kb and mouse in the same dongle, i have a razer deathadder v3 pro and a blackwidow v3 mini, is there any aditional delay to using all in 1 dongle?

When i’m listening back through my headset,  i can hear the music or video i’m listening is coming through mic . The way i found this out by looking at the sound control panel i could see movement on my mic where it says “ Test your microphone” enabled or disabled with my headset mute button. Trying to figure out how to stop this from happening . I have tried to disable  the speaker but then no sound comes out . Both the THX speaker and your original speaker have to be on at the same time  in order to function . I’ve also tried the Realtek settings to split the connections. If anyone has any ideas or a solution would be greatly appreciated !

OK guys, I was a long time consumer of razer products with keyboard, mouse (Mamba) and Headset from razer. I switched to logitech because my razer headset broke into two after 2 years of usage and the Mamba also did double clicks right away when simply clicking just once, and as I wanted all stuff from one manufactorer and a friend suggested logitech I bought them. My mouse sensor failed after 4 years and my dealer said it would take 2-4 weeks until I get a repaired one. So I bought the DeathAdder V2 X wireless as I still believed in the quality of razer. Well not the premium one but with gamers advertising it as beeing good. But the reality kicked in really soon. We in germany say “How could US companies do it very cheap and also look it cheap and crappy” and this is the point.I can click anywhere and the mechanical click is not the software mouse click. I have to smash the button really the scroll wheel is going crazy sometimes just scrolling up and down like it things to do so when

I wanted to know if there was some way I could select through my custom keyboard profiles using the command wheel, any advice on how I could set that up?
