What happened to razer cell phone pre orders website ?? How much longer before we get to see razer new cell phone. Is it just me or are other people waiting to get hands on the new razer cell phone. Any one who owns a Razer Reusable Straw, does your straw feel a bit too collapsable? What I mean is, while using the straw I feel like one of the sections falls in to easy compared to the other section, and with almost no force. I’ve trying being gentle but seems to still happen. Hi, I tried to contact Razer support via support tickets and via Facebook, but got no answer, so I will ask to try the community. I am interested in buying the laptop "Razer Blade 15 - QHD 240 Hz - GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - Black". But I want some question cleared before I buy it: 1. If I would buy a laptop from Spanish store, would I get Spanish Keyboard Layout or US International. 2. The laptop has win11 preinstalled, can I ask for win10 or preinstall it myself? 3. Is the laptop warranty sealed? Or am I free to add RAM or SSD? Subquestion: are there free slots to do that? Thank you

I had this for my birthday last September and I love it. I don't use it everyday but when I do I play for a few hours on COD. Very good controller. No issues... all of a sudden yesterday I'm running around after the game just started then it just started saying controller disconnected as soon as I go to shoot my gun. It works fine in menu and home etc. Just as soon as a game starts it does it. It's very frustrating. I went on amazon yesterday and I bought a new lead with the last of my money thinking it would fix it and it came just now, I couldn't wait to plug it in and its still doing it :( please help me I haven't got the money to buy a new controller
As a result of last night's lightning strike on my apartment building, something connected to the internet blew apart, and as a result, our internet has been out and my PS5 won't switch on. That was the sole device attached to the router, off, and connected to a surge protector. The cost of a brand-new PS5 is my insurance deductible, and it was past its warranty period. Simply going to have to take the $250 hit to get things fixed. Knowledge gained!
Hi! I recently bought my first Razer product, a pair of Barracuda X (2022). Besides the slightly plastic feel, I've been very happy with them, but I have an issue when I use it with the USB C 2.4GHz-dongle in my Nintendo Switch. If the sound is low (Not low volume) it cuts out, like when background ambience sounds are the only thing playing https://100001.onl/ . In Breath of the Wild it happens when I'm looking at the menu or quest log, and the same happens in South Park: The Stick of Truth. Any suggestions how to fix this?
Purchased this laptop back in 2018. I understand this model has heat circulation issues so I purchased and used external cooling system all the time. Did not use that much as I also have a desktop, and it’s been okay for these years. It’s not until my recent use, I saw smoke coming out from my key board and I seriously panicked. Quickly turned off the power and I opened the back cover. The Bloated battery. I use all kinds of Razer products for my gaming experience, from mouse, to matt, to keyboard, to headset etc. This is my first time feeling so upset… Just Imaging this thing blow up. Obviously this is a legacy model and it’s out of warranty, but given the actual time that I spent on this laptop and, I have to say it’s Huge disappointment.
HelloI have an issue with getting a signal from my capture card on my screen I will connect everything properly, get a signal just fine, play for hours on end, turn off my console, take a break, come back an hour later and have zero signal I will then get this message from my capture card popping up. I have the image on OBS just fine, but no signal on my screen where i play. The only thing i did is to switch hdmi from ps5 to switch and now both don’t show up . I have already switch the hdmi before and no problem at all. The message :Resolution Updated Razer Ripsaw HD Your capture resolution is set to 1920x1080p @ 60fps. Please make sure your broadcasting/recording software's video input matches this resolution. NO SIGNAL detection might be experienced when using a different resolution. I don't understand or what's getting changed and it's frustrating, specially when everything was working well until now. Thank for your response
