hello friends, my xbox went to crap and no longer want to buy another console. I’m buying the Razer Tomahawk Mini ITX tomorrow and could use any advice/tips you guys have for my first build.

I am really confused between these 2 headsets, i will use it for gaming and streaming soo the mic should also be good. The hyperx is 1k inr(11$)cheaper but is it good and i heard people saying that razer’s build quality is very bad.Please help me decide and thanks in advance.

Hi everyoneI was making a custom profile for certain scenarios like typing and etc., i was messing around with the actuation points but every time i set it and move to a different profile, it keeps reverting back to the default which is 1.2mm. is it normal that i have to reselect all the keys every time i switch to a different profile in order for the custom actuation points to work? 

Please my razer gold card is 12 digit instead of 14 digit. Please help me on it? 

Hi everyone, I’m filing my tax return for the first time this year, and honestly it feels confusing. I’ve been looking into tax return services Pakistan, but I’m not sure which ones are actually careful and accurate. A friend once used a service that missed important details, causing issues later. I got a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (6 extra buttons) mainly for extra inputs with games that have a lot of commands. Steam doesn't recognize the controller as anything but an Xbox controller, so the extra buttons don't work. And you can only edit the buttons in the Razer app to mirror already existing buttons? So you have two A inputs instead of one, and a separate input or combo? I wish I had known that beforehand, shaking my head.Theres no way to make the buttons for seprate inputs from other existing buttons ?

Hi, so I bought the razer huntsman v3 pro tkl and I got some issues with the left shift. I play mainly cs2 and I noticed that when I’m walking it sometimes stops to work and then I get killed because I start to run instead of walking. Idk if it’s software issue, but I tried to uninstall razer synapse and the issue still persists. Any help would be appreciated. 

Yesterday, I bought a Razer Huntsman V3 Pro, and everything was going great until I tried to use a controller. I quickly realized that no matter what I did, no game detected my inputs. Once I closed Synapse and restarted, the issue went away. The only issue with this is that I then lose all my RGB customization on my keyboard. Is there any way I can get controllers to work with Synapse? Is there something super obvious I'm just missing? I find it really weird that a $250 keyboard just voids out all controller support. I looked this up online and found absolutely nothing, which brings me here.

Hi, I was given this keyboard today (it seems to be second-hand). The problem is that the W key worked fine, but after a while it started malfunctioning. It doesn't respond every now and then, and I have to press a little harder for it to register. Even when I hold it down, it suddenly stops responding. I've tried everything: updating drivers, cleaning the keyboard, unplugging and plugging it back in, and even restarting it, but the problem persists. I read here that the switch is probably damaged, but how do I repair or replace it? Or should I just throw it away? 

Hi, I was looking to buy a BlackShark V3 to have audio from my ps5 and my MacBook at the same time.I see that there is a Ps5 version and a PC version. Do both work with the other platform or are they exclusive to one platform?Would it work to connect let’s say the ps5 with 2.4ghz and mac with Bluetooth and have audio from both at the same time?Which version best to buy, if any? 

Why is it they've forced this app on you but have so many issues, running a V3 pro and a Huntsman V3 pro mini, every time I launch my PC regardless if I've opened Synapse or not and I have tried both with start up and non start up it forces my PC to make my keyboard obsolete because it thinks its a controller, even after disabling in device manager game controller and the 360 controller drivers it still proceeds to not detect it as a keyboard, every time I launch the piece of crap app it immediately blurs all text on the screen for no apparent reason, despite all scaling and resolutions being fine and tuned to try and get the text to be readable, snap tap just decided it doesn't want to register anymore because my PC thinks its a controller constantly, absolute bloatware that has improved nothing but made everything worse and the worst part is once you've moved from 3 to 4 there's no going back.

I am looking to buy my next headphones, and I am a bit lost.I am a ps5 gamer, had the razer thresher 7.1 since the ps4 and it lasted me 8 years, broke 2 days ago. These were exceptional.I tried the HyperX cloud III, but it really didn’t work out for me. And after some intensive research, I was thinking about getting the razer blackshark v2 pro (2023), to get this feel I am missing and even more.I’ve read many mixed reviews online so idk.What I need is smthg that will give me a perfect audio and a clean surround sound (7.1 thresher sound) for an immersive experience with solo gaming, and a good enough mic to play with friends.Any opinion ? And I’m open to suggestions

I’m curious if my basilisk v3 pro can pair with multiple dongles? I have the primary one in my pc but want to use on my work pc as well. I won’t be using them simultaneously. For some reason, Bluetooth won’t pair with my work pc but does on personal just fine. Other devices can Bluetooth to my work laptop.I just want to use this one mouse cause I love the feel of it. Anyone know if this is possible to get a second dongle for the work laptop without having to do a pair each time?I realize I could just swap the dongle out when moving machines

I've just returned 2 controllers to amazon now, ntue first had a sticky left stick thay made like a click when passing over centre left or right, and the replacement had a right trigger that was had tons of play and weak spring tension on locked shirt trigger pull mode... I like the controller bit really not impressed with the typical razer quality control l, now I don't know if to buy a 3rd... Or try another controller for PC.

Hey everyone,I’ve been using my Razer Blade 15 (i7 + RTX 3060 + 16GB RAM) for a while now. Lately I’m getting random FPS drops while gaming — even on medium settings. Temps are not crazy (75–80 °C) and I already updated drivers and Windows.Sometimes GPU usage stays low while CPU goes high, and I’m wondering if this could be some kind of bottleneck issue between CPU and GPU, or if it’s just Synapse / Windows causing the lag.Has anyone else with a Razer laptop experienced this? Any tips to stabilize performance would be great.Thanks!

Hello I’m at my wits end and need this laptop to work. I was doing my blender assignment when suddenly the whole screen turned black. I connected it to an external monitor which worked at first and updated everything + did almost every method show online (removing ram, battery, cmos, changing to dgpu). When I changed it to the dgpu on the bios it no longer displays on my external monitor. I don’t know what to do anymore and was hoping someone could help me.

Hey everyone, I've been eyeing the regular V4 for a while, but where I live it costs $250 which feels like way too much. So I started looking at the V4X for $120 instead. Is the difference between them actually noticeable?The main thing I care about is positional audio since I play a lot of PUBG. Funny thing is, I originally wanted the regular V4 because I thought it had haptic feedback for games like Hogwarts Legacy — turns out that's only on the Pro version, lol. And on top of that they don't even sell the Pro here, so now I'm kind of lost on which one to go with, the V4X or the regular V4.I asked an AI which one it recommended, and it told me that the Kraken V4 X was better and that I should buy the THX Spatial if I wanted it, since with the 50% discount it would cost me 10%. I honestly have no idea about this since I've never used this technology.

So I just want to make sure I understand this correctly.I buy a mouse… and now I need an entire software ecosystem to use it?Why does Razer have like 15 different apps that all feel required, all run in the background, and all somehow still don’t make the device work consistently?Half of it feels optional until something breaks, then suddenly you need all of it installed just to troubleshoot basic functionality.And even then, it’s hit or miss.Nothing better than spending an hour fixing a mouse so it can finally perform at the level it should’ve out of the box.No upgrade. No added features. Just baseline functionality after a full debugging session.Also can we talk about the “surround sound” stuff?Why does a headset require account logins, activation codes, and separate software just to do something Windows and literally every other brand handles without all this overhead?At a certain point it stops feeling like features and starts feeling like bloat.I don’t want an ecosystem. I’ve got the V3 Pro here right now, and honestly, I’m far from impressed. The sound is very tinny, quiet, and lacks any real punch.I tested it in Escape From Tarkov and Dying Light 2 — and in both games, my €25 Sennheiser USB PC8 delivers a much better overall sound quality.Firmware updates for both the dongle and the headset are installed. I’ve tried toggling THX on and off and played around with the audio settings a bit, but in both games, the sound still feels really poor — especially compared to that cheap headset.I also tried uninstalling the Razer software and running it without, but that didn’t help either.Anyone got any ideas?
