I see this gets posted every so often but not yet this year, so in hopes the Razer team sees this... Please bring back a refreshed Blade version in Mercury White! I honestly don't care if it's 14, 15, or 17 inch. My 2018 Mercury Blade (my 3rd Razer laptop) is aging now and I would buy a new one today if it were available. All of my peripherals are mercury white as well and I love them (Lancehead, Huntsman, Kraken, Base Station, Goliathus, etc) and have been waiting years to add a Core X CHROMA but sadly it never came. Did I mention this matches my Nanoleafs as well?? I will stick with this color scheme until the end of time if you'll just BRING... IT... BACK!

Hi, guys i have been trying to locate the serial number of my razer strider XXL mouse mat but I can't find it anywhere. I checked the box and the mousepad but nothing positive all I can find was product number. Does anyone know how i can find the serial number??? Thanks, have a nice day everyone. :)

I replaced my Logitech G915 with the Deathstalker V2 Pro and have been experiencing significantly poor battery life. With my settings, I'm getting just a few days on the Razer whereas I'd get almost 2 weeks on the G915. My settings are comparable between the two keyboards: 35% brightness 1 minute idle dimming 15 minute idle shut-off while operating, V2 pro is on spectrum cycling along with all my other Chroma peripherals (the G915 was a static color) What are your settings and battery life?

Hey everyone I wanted to get some feedback on an issue I've been having. I recently bought the Xbox charging dock and right out the box, when I placed the controller down it started to rapidly blink orange. I've looked over the manual and it only says "Solid orange light = charging & Solid white light = fully charged". I know when most things blink it means that something isn't working so I assumed that there's something wrong with the dock. I tried to look online but couldn't find anyone else with this problem. I also have this separate issue where after turning into a white light meaning fully charged, it'll randomly go back to orange even if I leave it on the dock. Anyone have any ideas? anyone know where to get 3rd party replacement thumbgrips for this controller, razer don't sell them and do not recognise my controller as a real razer product so are unwilling to help me, my controller is real but they claim it is not because I bought it on amazon

Hello everyone, just to let those who may have had the same experience as me, I had 3 main issues with Synapse 3, when it was installed. Yes, past tense, I uninstalled. The 3 issues were tested for over a month, simply because I didnt want to post right away in case an update fixed it, or something, I wanted consistent proof it was in fact Synapse 3. Problem 1 - I have the Razer Viper (corded), and my scroll down always skipped once and scrolled up, therefor interrupting my down scroll. Very annoying indeed, Web pages, Windows Explorer, PDFs, games, as I scrolled down, it scrolled up, messing up the flow. Uninstalled Synapse 3 = Fixed Problem 2 - I use the Ornata V2 keyboard and the volume scroll was awful. I mean it was skipping all over the place, volume up and down, slow or fast, it would register, you can read a post I did to try to fix it, and an updated post about how I believed it was software related, with no response. Recently got a DA v2 x hyperspeed, surprisingly enough I encountered a problem on day 1, I couldnt set my DPI to 2150, it defaults to 2200. That doesn't happen with my viper ultimate. I contacted Razer support but Mobdro I'm still waiting for an answer. Can someone else with the same mouse verify this problem for me, I want to see if it's widespread for the DA v2 x.

its only 40 hours i guess not up to 70hours. its brand new whats the problem? again common razer problem? what can i do? it has sleep mode i guess. when i turn off pc is it working? i only use 2.4ghz. i charged 16 hours ago and its now %50. i didnt update firmware. is it affect battery life?

Hi guys, I am using the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Earbuds but the Gaming mode is so difficult to activate. More specifically, I must press so hard to activate the gaming mode but sometimes it also does not work. It just only happens with my earbuds or all of this model? Hi all, Any advice on this? I've seen other closed threads on the topic, though everyone tries overly hard to point to it being a software/firmware/OS/etc. compatibility or update issue, when in reality it's clearly just hardware. I've had three Razer Mamba Wireless mice and all three have the same issue, all three failed within 1-4 months of use, and all three have been predominantly used for work, and mildly used for gaming. All three lived in a temperature controlled environment, and all three remained atop a dedicated work station/desk, run on a large mouse pad over a dark brown wooden desk. I've tried every single software related 'fix', nada, it's clearly the Mamba hardware. I've been told that I'm pretty much up a creek without a paddle on this, but just shocked that the product fails so easily. Hello, Razer heads. I just want to ask what is the built of the Black Shark V2 headband, does it have a steel inside the headband? or is it just full of plastic like Kraken X. Because my the headband of my Kraken X is just full of plastic it was easily broken within months of use.

Hey everyone, 1st time here, I have a question regarding charging Wireless Razer headsets. Specifically the Razer Kraken V3 Pro, also I am a PS5 user. Here is my dilemma, I need a way to charge my headset via a "external" power source, so in other words, not a USB port on a PS5/PC. This could be a simple USB brick plugged straight into the wall or some fancy headset charging dock, I honestly don't care. This is a problem because I don't have a way to charge via the ps5 if it is turned off. I also don't keep my ps5 in rest mode unless I'm downloading something, but I am aware I can charge it while in rest mode. Is there a solution here for me? One of the reasons why I'm holding back and asking here is because I've read up a bit on Google. According to Razer, one should always just use the USB from your system to charge the headset (even says so in my booklet I got with the headset). First of all, i would like you to forgive my Grammar But english it's not my primary league. So i love razer, i really do, i have been using razer for more then 4 years and for most of the time i had no problems and the majority of the products lasted for years with no problem. That includes my keyboard, the razer hunsman elite. Untill yestarday when suddenly my keyboard started to shock very bad especialy from the ages trought all the keyboard, and it was bad, very bad, u coud feel it so bad it hurt, im not even kidding, this is the first time in my life i have seen something like this. I had other keyboards including razer's before but non of that shocked at all. let alone this bad. And before you say it was my computer it was not, i have a verry good computer and power this. I would like to bring my core x with Rtx 3070 gpu on trips with me, mostly by car. Is there a recommended case for it or a recommended way to transport it? I searched online and saw someone recommending a large camera bag for it that is no longer available.Do others think it is important to remove the gpu and put that in a separate box or is it ok to transport it in the core x? It seems like it is ok to move around as long as you keep it upright so no excessive load on the pcie slot from the card. What about putting it in a 22 in carryon suitcase? What do people think?

Is there any chance of a return of the Razer Orbweaver Chroma Gaming Keypad? As far as I'm concerned, that is the best gaming keyboard to date, even surpassing the Tartarus v2 with that stupid scroll wheel taking the spot of the 20th button. I've been searching on Amazon and eBay, but they are not available or are at a stupid mark-up of over $300!!! If there is any chance of a return to production of the Orbweaver, a release of an updated product, or even a Tartarus v2 that removes the scroll wheel and returns the 20th button, I'd be greatly overjoyed.

Hello, I have a problem. Today I received the ordered item, i.e. Fifine A6V Cardioid Wired Microphone. It didn't work for me at all, I tried everything. Now I noticed that when I turn off the headphones through the sound settings, the microphone works perfectly for me. As soon as I turn it on, the microphone turns off.
