I threw away the box with the code without activating it and I don't have a way to activate it in the application
Please can anyone suggest a quiet replacement fan for the model Blade 16 RZ09-0510SEN3 acquired in Feb 2024 in Canada.The fan noise is too loud and one of the fans has a different louder and very annoying noise.I have Windows latest updates and Razer Synapse running on Balanced mode.I also have warranty but it seems impossible to contact it via any direct channel, so I don’t care, just want to have it fixed.Thank you
Hello, Only 1 keyboard and mouse connected but this new beta version has a lot more elements. “RazerAppEngine.exe”It seems to be more of a drain on system resources than before.Is there a good explanation that can explain to me the benefit of such a fragmented process.?
I bought my headset a few days ago ( Barracuda x 2022 ) Since the first day have this issue, randomly turns off.Downloaded and activated the 7.1 → still not working fine.
I am experiencing some problems with Razer Synapse since the latest update I installed today. See bullet points below:Razer splash screen is showing as expected when I start my PC When I mouseover the green Synapse logo in the taskbar, the logo disappears (seems that the app is crashing upon mouseover) Razer Synapse 3, Razer Synapse Service, and Razer Synapse Servoce Process are all showing up as running in task manager even after mouseover in previous point When I attempt to launch Synapse manually, the taskbar icon re-appears, only to disappear again upon mouseover. RInse and repeat. My mouse macros ARE working, even after taskbar mouseover My keyboard macros ARE NOT working, both before and after taskbar mouseover

I recently bought a Razer Blade 15 (2022) from Amazon UK (sold directly by amazon - Amazon EU S.à r.l. a.k.a the Amazon headquarter). I wanted to know if the razer warranty still applies to this product. If i check the order details, it has razer official store under the help and support category as well.

My computer Blue screened a couple times then would not boot at all. I used the factory reset function from the BIOS, and everything has been working smoothly since, with the exception that Windows keeps abrasively prompting me to address the fact that there is no product key associated with the current install. I contacted Razer Support and was told that the only solution is going through a reimage. Is it not possible to just give me my product key?
I own a Basilisk Ultimate and i was experimenting some issues with my cursor not working, after checking really quick why this happened, i tried uninstalling the mouse’s drivers on device manager.After that, i was giving the option to delete its software which i thought meant synapse or something like that, so i agreed (i foolishly decided to not give it that much importance); after a few minutes i checked that the mouse is not recognized while on bluetooth by synapse but it is if wired.Is there a way i can undo this? and sorry for messing with stuff i shouldnt
