I have a razer blackwidow chroma v2 Tournament edition. Yesterday i turned on my pc and about 10 min into using it got dead keys in the middle row(caps to h). For first thing i installed synapse, then the keys started  working for a minute but then went dead again. I have tried exiting demo mode, reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers but nothing has worked. Is there any way to save the keyboard or is it now trash?

Why can’t the huntsman v2 analog support snap tap? They’re basically identical to the v3’s, so why cant we have it on the v2’s? Wondering if it will be added sooner or later.

Hello! I’ve had my Razer Cynosa Chroma for a few years now, it’s faithfully worked and has been a great addition to my setup. Recently, without provocation, the C key stopped working almost entirely. The C key will activate each of the ALT keys (as seen in the on screen keyboard). The Alt keys work fine by themselves and when pressed do nothing to/with the C key. This makes the C key unusable which I’m sure as you can imagine is a huge issue. It is not a hardware issue, I’ve opened it and cleaned it and it’s been taken care of well. If it were a hardware issue the ALT key would not be activated (both of them) when pressing the C key, to please do not blanketly tell me this and that my warranty is out of date and to kick rocks (basically, be a halfway decent company).  I’m not the only one with this issue. Several forums (reddit and this one as well) are littered with the Cynosa Chroma having this exact issue with the C key. It is clearly an issue with the make/model that has not been a

hello i recently got the blackwidow v4 , i been having issues with it while gaming, the lighting effects on the keyboard will lag time to time and i also get key input stuck for a few seconds. its really annoying and i was thinking maybe my keyboard is faulty, but i dont get any of these issues when im not gaming, ive tested it in note pad pressing the keys repeatly to see if any of the keys will stick but none stick. its only while in games.  i already tried to uninstall razer synapse 4 and reinstall it but i still get this issue.

So I bought the “Razer BlackWidow V4 X - Green Switch - US” in January, and I live in Canada. Recently, like its only been three months, my keyboard has started to malfunction. Under the 100% condition of using it as a normal gamer, parts of the key are malfunctioning and sometimes keys such as’e’, ‘r’, and even ‘space’ does not work.I wonder what do I do according to the return&exchange policy since it has a 2 years warranty.I want to exchange it for a new one! I might have recieved a flawed product...Do i go my local razor-authorized store to exchange? Please let me know!!! Big thanks! (I have the digital reciept via email at the day I boutht it)

Hi guys!I’m looking for the quietest keyboard from Razer. It must have a numpad, but I also want to use it for gaming. I’m not sure if a wireless option would be a good choice, but if the price difference isn’t significant, I’d prefer to go with the wireless one over the wired version.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When I press 2, w, s, or z on my V3 hyperspeed mini, the keyboard registers all 4 of the keybinds. I have tried resetting razer synapse by reinstalling and resetting keybinds but it doesnt seem to work. How do i resolve this?

Hello,I now have a keyboard with a German layout. I had to use one with a numeric keypad. It's not a problem, but it should work. Can someone please tell me as a non-expert where I have to set whatever in Windows 10 pro, or what else to do thanks

I wanted to buy a new Razer TKL keyboard but unfortunately they don't make the Layout ITA anymore, why? Even in complete keyboards the Layout ITA doesn't exist.

I’m looking for 3d models of the keys on the Cynosa Chroma because my spacebar broke and there are no replacement keys on the internet.

I tried to search but since KVM isn't long enough for a search term, I tried KVM sticking, KVM switch, etc. and I only get results for the second word. So if this is repetitive, I apologize. Bottom line, I am currently using a Huntsman. I don't remember the model of my last Razor keyboard. I had the same issue with that last one that I do with this one. I thought it was the keyboard so I tossed it and bought new. This has also happened with multiple KVM switches. I have my personal PC and my work laptop connected to a KVM switch so I can use same mouse/keyboard/dual monitors. When I switch to my work laptop (can't install Razor software), the keyboard works like a keyboard. When I switch back to my personal PC, it freezes, sticks on a key, acts sluggish. Sometimes unplugging it will work, but only for a short time. Ultimately I need to reboot my personal PC. But as soon as I KVM to work, the problem resurfaces. I tried my son's Logitech keyboard several times. It doesn't happen.

Hi all,THIS IS ALSO A WARNING FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO BUY ORNATA V3 X.I recently (2 weeks ago) bought Ornata V3 X. I use this keyboard for gaming and quite a lot for typing.Gaming is no problem but when it comes to typing - keyboard’s backlight is a VERY BAD DESIGN.I didn’t have the chance to try this keyboard in dark room before I bought and I though this “floating keys” effect is cool but unfortunately, it’s a disaster for someone who still needs to look at keys when he types.Problem is that amount of light emitted from the keyboard “plate” is very high, compared to amount of light emitted by the symbols on the keys. Intensity of light coming from under the keys and from the gaps between the keys, causes eye pupils to contract (when you take a look at the keyboard in dark room) and makes symbols on the keys barely visible (as they emit a lot less light).This is a very big problem for someone who still needs to look at the keyboard when he types as contrast between highlight from keyboa

Every time I restart the pc, or disconnect and reconnect the keyboard, I get this warning in Synapse 4 and sometimes also features like snap tap are disabled again.How do I fix this? I only need the profiles which I configured in Synapse, I don’t need anything configured via the keyboard and can’t remember ever changing something manually over the keyboard. 

My Blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed model keyboard was working normally until I put it to charge after that it does not connect to the PC and the RGB light stays on and if I hold the FN key the 12345 keys are lit white 

Hi, I have this problem. Anybody had/has it? Any ideas?The problem started a few weeks ago, until that time there were no errors with the keyboard.The problem: when my pc goes to sleep and I try to wake it with the keyboard, it wakes correctly but there is no keyboard detected after. I have tried many things what I found online, none of it worked. I tried with a different keyboard and it worked without problems so it’s not a windows error. I can unplug/plug the other keyboard and it works perfectly, but the razer is not working after pc wake up. I have to restart to get it working. I tried reinstalling synapse, but the error remains. So basically the keyboard can wake up the pc (it is configured in the device manager), but after it stops working, as if there was no keyboard connected. Nothing I tried helped me.Can you give advice?

I’m looking for any sort of firmware update for my keyboard and it just doesn’t exist on the razer website, the closest model number i’ve seen is RZ03-0219x but when attempting to download the firmware for that it doesn’t detect the device. Does anybody know a firmware update for this specific model of the blackwidow chroma TE that apparently only exists in the void?Edit: Just to explain why if it isn’t a surprise to you, i’m having the repeated key press issue and i’ve tried about everything BUT firmware updating but cannot try that for reasons stated above :) 

Hello there,I'm new to your forum. Got my first Razer keyboard on a recent holiday. Razer Black Widow V4 75%. It has a German keyboard layout. So the special characters, for example the “ ö ”, is at the place (the key) where it can also be found on a normal German keyboard. So when I type this key, the “ ö ” appears on the screen as intended. However, the key cap of this key shows this “ ;: ‘, not the ’ ö ”. This is of course annoying. So what I need, as you already know, is a set of keycaps that match the German keyboard layout. In other words, where the key shows what appears on the screen after typing.I would be super happy if you could tell me where I can get them. So this nice Christmas present didn't quite generate the joy, but I'm hoping for you. Many thanks in advance

My keys stopped working out of nowhere desintaled synapse, drivers and reset the keyboard installed all again and still doesn't work, any ideas why or how to fix it?
