Hello,I am seeking to replace my Razer Blackwidow keyboard which I had used faithfully for 12 years. The thing is, my keyboard layout currently includes the / key, between shift and Z on the keyboard, and the newest version of the Blackwidow v4 appears to be missing this / key and has an extra long shift key instead. Is there a way or version of the the Black Widow V4 that I can purchase with the / key between shift and Z?  I would greatly appreciate the help on this matter.

Is the v4 key press issue really that prevalent or is it a case of only the people that are having the issue are speaking really loud about it because I want to get one but I'm scared of spending that much money on a keyboard that won't work as the rma process in my country isn't that great and I'm pretty sure would be rejected 

I have changed layouts from AZERTY French keyboard layout to QWERTY US layout.I would like to change the keycaps of my Huntsman Elite RZ03-0187 to match the layout I’m now using.Can I order these somewhere? Or I’m thinking, can I just order the qwerty layout keycaps and change those needed like the number row and symbols? If so, where can I order these?

Hi,I own a Huntsman v2 Analog keyboard with optical switches. Recently, the Enter key stopped working properly and roughly 3/4 of actuations are not recognized. I cleaned everything. However, that didn’t help. Is it possible to repair the switch?Any help/answer appreciated.BestBreli

Whenever I try to press a key it won’t input anything and whenever I press fn it only lights up the numbers 1-5 which it normally doesn’t

This is a feedback, so I don’t really know the right way to submit feedback to the razer team.I really like razer blade gaming laptops, but my only issue with the keyboard is that it doesn’t have “page up” (pg up) and “page down” (pg dn) keys on the “up” and “down” navigation keys respectively and I would like to use them.So, to the razer team, Please I would like these keys “pg up” and “pg dn” keys to be added on those navigation keys I’ve mentioned above for all razer blade laptop series.

The keyboard is detected, but it is not displayed correctly, there is no visual image of it. Synapse 4, already reinstall, with admin. with VPN, i thought that image doesnt download because i`m from Russia, but after reinstall its still 0 result

Hi, I have been noticing the same issue happening on two keyboards now which is when I have it set to turn off after a few minutes with my mouse and monitor, and the they all turn off normally however the keyboard wakes up few seconds after that without touching anything. The strangest part is that it sometimes works normally and stays with turned off lighting but mostly just turns on again.Below are the settings I use:I have tried changing both timers and when to turn off the lighting but nothing helped.Went through windows 11 cmd and turned off all wake timers but still doesn’t work.Closed all processes and apps and reinstalled synapse but still nothing.Can anybody help me with this one as I do not know what causes this, thank you in advance!

Hello, I recently got a new Razer Huntsman V2 Analog and while the keyboard does not have any functional problems the high polling rate of 8000Hz is lagging my pc while playing some games, so I was wondering is it possible to change the polling rate in the Razer Synapse 3 software. Thanks.

I am have issues with my s and d key. they are intermittent, sometimes they register and sometimes they do not. At times they take multiple clicks to register. I am also having issues locating the correct firmware for it, maybe it needs an update. What are some troubleshooting steps?

So the keys on my Razer Huntsman Mini, specifically “R”, “shift” and “W” are not typing unless I activate the “FN + Y” macro shortcut, and I do not know how to reset this back to normal because now the keys aren’t working. The keyboard is completely clean as it is brand new and I’m already having issues with this. It is very frustrating because I can’t play any games so some help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. And yes, I have already tried a new USB port, resetting all of the Razer apps, and I even disconnected the device from my pc and nothing is fixing the issue!

I have a razer blackwidow chroma v2 Tournament edition. Yesterday i turned on my pc and about 10 min into using it got dead keys in the middle row(caps to h). For first thing i installed synapse, then the keys started  working for a minute but then went dead again. I have tried exiting demo mode, reinstalling synapse, reinstalling drivers but nothing has worked. Is there any way to save the keyboard or is it now trash?

Why can’t the huntsman v2 analog support snap tap? They’re basically identical to the v3’s, so why cant we have it on the v2’s? Wondering if it will be added sooner or later.

Hello! I’ve had my Razer Cynosa Chroma for a few years now, it’s faithfully worked and has been a great addition to my setup. Recently, without provocation, the C key stopped working almost entirely. The C key will activate each of the ALT keys (as seen in the on screen keyboard). The Alt keys work fine by themselves and when pressed do nothing to/with the C key. This makes the C key unusable which I’m sure as you can imagine is a huge issue. It is not a hardware issue, I’ve opened it and cleaned it and it’s been taken care of well. If it were a hardware issue the ALT key would not be activated (both of them) when pressing the C key, to please do not blanketly tell me this and that my warranty is out of date and to kick rocks (basically, be a halfway decent company).  I’m not the only one with this issue. Several forums (reddit and this one as well) are littered with the Cynosa Chroma having this exact issue with the C key. It is clearly an issue with the make/model that has not been a

hello i recently got the blackwidow v4 , i been having issues with it while gaming, the lighting effects on the keyboard will lag time to time and i also get key input stuck for a few seconds. its really annoying and i was thinking maybe my keyboard is faulty, but i dont get any of these issues when im not gaming, ive tested it in note pad pressing the keys repeatly to see if any of the keys will stick but none stick. its only while in games.  i already tried to uninstall razer synapse 4 and reinstall it but i still get this issue.

So I bought the “Razer BlackWidow V4 X - Green Switch - US” in January, and I live in Canada. Recently, like its only been three months, my keyboard has started to malfunction. Under the 100% condition of using it as a normal gamer, parts of the key are malfunctioning and sometimes keys such as’e’, ‘r’, and even ‘space’ does not work.I wonder what do I do according to the return&exchange policy since it has a 2 years warranty.I want to exchange it for a new one! Hi guys!I’m looking for the quietest keyboard from Razer. It must have a numpad, but I also want to use it for gaming. I’m not sure if a wireless option would be a good choice, but if the price difference isn’t significant, I’d prefer to go with the wireless one over the wired version.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When I press 2, w, s, or z on my V3 hyperspeed mini, the keyboard registers all 4 of the keybinds. I have tried resetting razer synapse by reinstalling and resetting keybinds but it doesnt seem to work. How do i resolve this?

Hello,I now have a keyboard with a German layout. I had to use one with a numeric keypad. It's not a problem, but it should work. Can someone please tell me as a non-expert where I have to set whatever in Windows 10 pro, or what else to do thanks

I wanted to buy a new Razer TKL keyboard but unfortunately they don't make the Layout ITA anymore, why? Even in complete keyboards the Layout ITA doesn't exist.
