Hello,I bought the Razer Huntsman V2 last Thursday from Currys Store here in the UK, though I have not opened the box yet!After reading on the keyboard, I read that the RGB default lighting is Spectrum and I’ll need to use the Synapse software at all times for RGB lighting effects to remain as exiting will revert back to the default spectrum RGB.I read that there are preset lighting effects where you can press FN+CTRL+1-7 keys to change the lighting manually without the dependency of the synapse software. The question is, does this setting remain saved? I’m reading conflicting information on the web including reddit that this works for the Razer Huntsman TE/Mini. but others are saying on the Amazon UK reviews that as soon as your PC restarts or wakes up from sleep mode the keyboard will return back to Spectrum RGB lighting. Let’s just say I want to turn the RGB lighting completely off from the keyboard or increase or decrea

Hi, I’ve had issues with the keys on my keyboard for a long time now and some buttons just don’t work at all.The power/standby button now doesn’t work.I took it to my local mobile/laptop repairs store and he got it working again but only temporarily. He said I would need to find a replacement keyboard entirely for the product number RZ09-03102W02 but I just can’t find it anywhere. I need access to this laptop! Very frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey everyone,I've noticed a frustrating trend with keyboards using Razer's orange switches—they tend to become faulty after just a few weeks of use, and mine was no exception. For those of you who love the keyboard itself but are dealing with faulty switches, what replacement did you opt for?I'm eyeing Gateron switches as a potential solution, but I'm unsure which ones to choose. Ensuring vivid RGB lighting remains vibrant is preferable for me, so I'm leaning towards clear switches. So i just got the new KB, and took it to a friends to play, in my backpack. I got home and not the keyboard is just sending a wave of colors left to right, i've uninstalled Synapse, and reinstalled it. It will not connect BT, and no matter what i do, when i type on it, the colors turn off, and nothing happens. Is there is key lock or something? Im lost on what to do next, and i cannot find anything on this issue.

I purchased a Razer - BlackWidow V4 Full Size Wired keyboard at Best Buy back on Jul 13th of 2024 Recently, the “E” key has started to type double some of the time. I see that Razer keyboards come with a 2-year hardware limited warranty, what are my options to get this keyboard repaired/replaced?

yea, i wish my mouse and keyboard would stop tweeking out on the sims 4 and the game isnt even addd and its still doing it. im getting very annoyed!! cant even play the sims 4 wo the white and green flashing on me!

blackwidow v3 mini hyperspeed rgb does not work…the keyboard work just fine  but rgb  does not light up,  already pushed de reset button but nothing happen, cleared all profiles on razer synapse, install new razer synapse 3 and 4, and without software to.FN  plus brightness  the same caps lock not light up5% to drain batery  to see if changes anything!no waterdamage any solution for this?

Blackwidow v4 75%Firrmware: 1.0.5.0 The R key is not worrking properly.. It either doesn’t detect input at all, or it registers duplicate key presses even though the key was only pressed Once..This is the patterrn I get when alternating key presses back and forth between the E & R keys..“eereeererreereererereerrererrerererereererrererer” This seems to have stated after a recent firmware update..This needs to be fixed, or the keyboard needs to be rreplaced.. as its only a few months old, and not often used. I play games mostly on Console, but do play the occasion PC game; However its incrredibly frustrating when tying to type!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just bought the razer blackwidow v3 mini and I have no complaints about it! good keyboard for gamers 

Some keys on keyboard just don’t work, there’s no other way to put it i guess. I have a new keyboard but i would like to use this one a little long because of the arrow keys if possible. the letters that don’t work are E, 4, and some other ones that i don’t remember. Some of the lights on the keyboard are red idk if that’s important but i wanted to say. Keyboard: Razer huntsman v1 TKL

To owners of Razer Keyboards: Have you ever encountered the frustrating problem of double typing, where keystrokes are registered twice instead of once, while using your Razer Keyboard?

There is a Razer Blackwidow V4 75%, which is not skeleton, has hot swappable switches and all this customisation preparations, but it doesn’t have a numpad. Will there be a full-size version of that keyboard? Current full-size Blackwidows V4 (V4 X / V4 / V4 Pro) are all skeletons and all without hot swap sitches and sound dampening foam. Will there be similar to this 75% version, but in full-size format this year?

I have the basic blackwidow v4 and some pop got spilt on it now when I click certain keys on it it acts as if I have pressed multiple I believe I have all the screws out but I only found two and it is extremely hard to try to get apart any help is appreciated 

I turn on my PC and all of a sudden the keyboard is not lighting up or receiving any input and doesn’t work. I’ve tried different USB-ports and no luck. I’ve also tested the USB-C cable that it uses to connect and it still works; can charge my phone and power other devices. Just wondering if there’s RMA/some kind of procedure or if I’m just left in the dust here having to buy a new keyboard. 

I hope this feature can get added as it would make razer keyboards that much more useful and customizable. I’d like to start off by saying I love the customization already in the huntsman v3 pro especially with snap-tap, actuation, and hypershift. However, it is important to note that there is so much room for more customization and it is seriously limiting. A good first step in the right direction would be allowing a single key to perform multiple actions depending on how far down the key is pressed (Giving it two actuation points). For example, I have my grave key ` as my hypershift key, and I programmed my vowel keys to come out as long vowel symbols when hypershift is pressed “ā, ē, ī, ō, ū” (for typing latin words). But I would still like to use the grave key for it’s intended purpose, which is where the two different actuation points come in. If my first actuation point is set at 1.2mm then my hypershift mode will be enabled, and if my second actuation is set at 3mm and I pres

My Water fell on my keyboard and i instantly clean it , after some time I turn on my keyboard and some of keycaps didnt show RGB color , I also did update on Razer software and IT didnt help

How is it that Synapse 3.0 doesn’t have support for MacOS? Can we get a version of synapse 3.0 for Mac. 2.0 is only supported by old versions of MacOS and the third party app on GitHub doesn’t work too well. Why isn’t this built already? Why are you alienating half of your user base?

Hello, I have the following problem. My keyboard has always worked without any problems. However, last month the keys "Q,W,E,R,T,Z,U,I,O,P,Ü" stopped working. You press them and they light up, but no input is made. The other keys work without any problems. The last time I was away from the computer for a while out of frustration, and suddenly the keys started working again. Now the same problem has occurred again. I have googled and tried everything possible.

I’ve been through two blackwidows that have had the lights stop functioning (and multiple keys stop functioning on each), so I’m wary about getting another razer keyboard, but the snap tap thing sounds intriguing…Is it worth the risk and the money? Has anyone here used it yet?PS: Why do people keep saying it’s banned?
