I don't know why my The Razer Synapse 3 unidentifiable Razer Leviathan V2 X,So I had to download The New Razer Synapse.To my surprise,The New Razer Synapse unidentifiable Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini. This keyboard is the new products released in the past few months,I don't know why Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini didn't get support on The New Razer Synapse.You're forcing me to choose between a Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini and Razer Leviathan V2 X.If I run both The New Razer Synapse and The Razer Synapse 3 at the same time,Razer Cobra Pro lights will flash.This is not very funny.

After some time with this keyboard, I can say that I really love it. The only issue is however Razer programmed the drivers for the virtual 360 controller device, takes deep rooted control in the system. Nothing, and I mean nothing, can force games to recognize any other controller so long as that virtual controller is enabled in the system. Programs which hide controllers dont work. Windows settings have no effect. I am left with either disabling that function of the keyboard, or unplugging it any time I want to play a game with an actual controller. I would be singing this keyboard's infinite praises if not for that one issue. The only workaround I have found, is disabling the virtual 360 controller entirely, installing a 3rd party virtual 360 controller, and mapping the virtual joystick controls to the virtual gamepad. This causes a few issues unfortunately, but its far more convenient than constantly unplugging my keyboard. Razer should REALLY release some updated drive

So I had recently downloaded the Razer Synapse thingy to change the colour on my keyboard. I’ve had the Razor Huntsman Mini for over a  year now and I’ve never had a problem, until I downloaded the razer synapse software.  After a while the keyboard started not being recognized by my USB port and it wasn’t allowing it to connect, so it wouldn’t turn on. But after a while I tried a hard reset and I thought that worked since the lights started working on it. But I was deceived. The keyboard won’t even type and when I press the keys it just shows a different effect and goes back to the rainbow wave effect. Please help me fix this issue, I really don’t want to get rid of it, I fell in love with this beautiful piece of art and it would break my heart to get rid of it. 

I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard where the numbers located above the letters are not functioning, while all other keys are working properly. I have attempted to update the keyboard’s firmware, but unfortunately, the issue persists. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. 

Hi! I have a Razer Huntsman Mini and it is giving me problems with the keys. The keyboard does not take some keys that change randomly every time I restart the computer. I also tried on other computers and it gives the same problem so it is not a computer problem but a keyboard problem. I also tried to do the combination to restore the keyboard to factory settings (Esc + CapsLock + Space Bar) but it still does not work despite the reset being done. How can I solve this problem I am sorry to change the keyboard since it is one that I paid quite a lot of money for

Weird question, but I'm looking at buying a Razer Cynosa, and I need to know how far apart the feet are. My monitor stand measures 315mm across, and I need the feet to be able to sit on either side of that. Razer support wasn't able to tell me - so anyone who has one of these keyboards, can you tell me how much of a gap there is between the 2 'feet' of the keyboard?

My keys stopped working out of nowhere desintaled synapse, drivers and reset the keyboard installed all again and still doesn't work, any ideas why or how to fix it?

Saving up for a new keyboard currently and wondering which keyboard I should get because I don't like full size and I love Razer keyboards and these are the only TKL keyboard from Razer that I like.

Hi, I have a quick question about my blackwidow elite- Can switches in it be De-soldered separately from the RGB leds inside of the board? I believe that the leds are built into the PCB rather than the switch itself, but I wanted to make sure. I also wanted to ask if it was possible to replace the switches inside with any mx-style 3 pin switch, or if there'd be limitations? Currently, I believe that with most switches I wouldn't get the shine-through, and that's fine with me. Would there be any other limitations to your knowledge? Thanks :)

I’m having problems with my Blackwidow Elite losing custom keys that I set if restart or wake the computer from sleep, it’s not all the custom keys just some! Anyone know why it won’t save some keys or restore from sync settings?? TIA

Hello there , I'm having an issue with my black widow elite keyboard media buttons they just stopped working the Play button and the Volume are working fine but the next/previous track buttons are not working I'm using YouTube to open music while playing or doing some work and this problem is pissing me off cuz i have to go to my other screen every time to change the song/video i tried to solve this problem by googling it but there was no solution i don't use Spotify i don't use Google Store Music i only use Chrome to open YouTube and it was working fine until these few weeks idk what happened ..

I'm sure I'm one of many few who are into keyboards like this but I have been dreaming of getting a keyboard like this someday. I've had my Original Ornata for at least 5 years now and I'm open to getting something new. I stumbled across this Deathstalker Essential but it basically doesn't exist anymore. I've been wanting a super quiet chiclet style keyboard made by Razer with RGB. That's my dream keyboard in a nutshell. I'm not a huge fan of the clicky mechanical stuff. Not to mention how chunky they usually are. I think it would be awesome if Razer essentially revived and modernized this Deathstalker Essential, adding another option for buyers because there are people out there who like these kinds of keyboards.

Hi, I have a model: BLACKWIDOW ELITE, the colors don't change at all, stuck on the same colors or don't change colors at all, everything is stuck on all kinds of colors without actually performing even a WAVE, I did a HARD RESET and still nothing happens When I change the modes in STUDIO the colors stay in place without changingOn the other hand, I have a BASILISK model mouse that works great with changing colors, only the keyboard doesn't do what it should when changing colors

I've had my keyboard now for about 3 years. It's still in very good condition. However, a day ago my keyboard just started spamming keys, it doesn't spam any key specifically. However, it does spam the windows key, q, e, 7, scrl lock and b a lot. Majority of the time its completely unresponsive on boot and I have to use the on-screen keyboard just to login. I fully believe it's a software issue. The steps I've taken to fix it are, use the key combination such as; hold down esc & macro5 whilst the keyboard is un plugged then plug in and hold until rgb flashes, check if I had accidently recorded any 'on the fly' macros (which I did not), I deleted profiles in macros and reset the keyboard to factory settings, update/ un-install & re-install keyboard firmware, uninstall and re-install synapse 3, I then took every keycap off and cleaned underneath the board even though it was fairly clean with no prevail, I used a different keyboard on my system and the problem completely stopped, I search

Hello,my new Razer Cynosa V2 stops working every 10min and a Windows message appears: usb device not recognized. The last usb device you connected malfunctioned…  I need to uninstall it from device manager and than sometimes after plug in and out it works again…I tried on all Usb ports I have. All direct to motherboard.Also tried the keyboard on a different PC (windows 7). same windows message..I don´t use the Razer software because it froze my PC and I don´t need to play with the lights.I use Windows 11 Somebody has any solutions for this problem? Hi there,I ordered a Blackwidow v4 keyboard (german layout) on amazon 5 days ago. When it arrived I noticed that I got a wrong keycap. I got two “ü” keycaps on my keyboard and not a “u” and “ü”. The key with “u” is working fine, I can write “u”, I only have the keycap “ü” there and not a “u” keycap.Hope that makes sense.As you can see there is ZÜIOPÜ and it should be ZUIOPÜ. So I was wondering if someone from the support team can help me out with sending me a new keycap maybe? I also opened a support ticket but the support doesn’t understand my issue, they think my keys aren’t working but I only need a new keycap. 

I m using the Ornata v3 X. An option I'd really like is using the sleep mode on the keyboard, but when I press the combo the the pc just like turns off, no amount of key pressing turns it on. Even tried the power button and it did nothing. I cut the power supply off my pc on the back of it and thats how I could start it and it loaded back up into the things I had opened. Did I not read something or what's happening? Thanks for any comments/replies.

I have a Tartarus Pro. The wheel scroll will not work if you bind to common keys (a-Z 1-0 etc) The games will not response. (Actually, this problem occur on all programmable wheel scroll) Recently, I figure it out. you have to bind to MOUSE BUTTON For example, bind to "mouse button 4" then your game will response normally. (at the same time, your mouse button 4 map to common keys)

Hi, The keyboard lights on my razer blade 15 have not worked for a while, I have tried a factory reset and I uninstalled and reinstalled razer synapse and still no luck, does anyone have any other suggestions.

How do I get like the F1 key to do volume control and then when in the game the f1 key do the functions of the game instead it does the volume control while in game and I need it to do what the game is needing. Also how to do I default all the keys to their respective defaults instead of clicking on each key individually? Like f3 does not do volume up as its default key right now and there are some all over the keyboard that are not assigned

My deathstalker V2 Pro every time i type w it types the previous letters, and I cant type d without FN.

Hi, I have an ancient Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 and recently it has been duplicating some keys. It started with only 't' but sometimes it duplicates 'k, a, s', and others more rarely. I've already cleaned under all the keycaps and apparently am already on the last firmware possible. I tried installing Razer synapse 3 as I saw in another thread but, it doesn't support the keyboard, and can't find any solution online by myself. Is there a solution to it? Aside from this key duping, the keyboard is in great condition and works really well. Thanks for your time
