Just received the KB and discovered that you need to hold down Fn if you want to use the F# keys. Am aware that this can be changed in Synapse but... I need to use the KB on a work machine upon which I cannot install software https://tutuapp.uno/. I have access to my own Win 10 machine with Synapse (+ an M1 Mac). Is there a way please to program the KB using my own machines so that I can remove the need to press the Fn keys when using it on the work PC? Any help gratefully received, otherwise it is going straight back in the box and being returned

I'm wondering if the Razer keyboards work with Macs. I'm interested in the Razer Blackwidow Lite. Looking for a nice lowkey mechanical keyboard that has backlighting, and the I love the look of the mercury white echatrandom blackwidow lite.

I have a 5YO iBuyPower (C-i14) gaming desktop with an Asus Prime Z270-K. I've had the Black Widow for a long time and it took me forever to troubleshoot the issue, but this keyboard is occasionally preventing my PC from booting to Windows. No issues at all when I use the original iBuyPower keyboard. The PC will power down properly with the Razor plugged in. I just have to make sure it's unplugged from the USB port before powering up. Is there a Firmware update for this? Is this a known issue? Thanks in advance

Hi there. I'm using a new Cynosa on a work laptop that I cannot install the Razer software on. I was looking for a way to stabilize the pulsing color rainbow effect. I saw some articles about using hotkeys to do this, such as at https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5452/~/how-to-cycle-through-onboard-quick-lighting-effects-on-the-razer-keyboard%3F However those don't seem to work for the Cynosa and I cannot locate any materials that cover how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

I would like to bind keyboard shortcuts to Razer Naga numpad buttons such as: - Win + Tab - I was able to map this from the "Windows Shortcuts" menu in Synapse - Win + Left - Win + Right ...but Razer Synapse is not recognizing the "Win" key. Any tips as a workaround?

I have noticed that I'm unable to use some keys together for example TAB and W + A, I can only use TAB and one key only. it's not only with tab it's with other keys too. I bought this keyboard yesterday(cynosa lite). Is there a way for me to do something about this?

Are the LEDs capable of a true white or the usual blue-ish white that pretty much any other RGB keyboard does? Does the Huntsman V2 store profiles on-board or is it necessary to run the Razer software always?

Hello everyone, If you can recall, I had issues with the dial, as did others with the same or other keyboards, and I tried a some what odd, but doable solution. Ref /possible-fix-for-volume-dial.81637/#post-797741 This is the thread Anyways, it seems that it may not be the physical keyboard. I had to do a fresh install of Windows and started downloading, installing, etc. Now before I installed Synapse, I changed the volume just out of the blue, and wouldnt you know it, the volume scrolled very nicely. I mean no skipping, no crazy volume up or down, it kept up with how fast I was scrolling, etc. It was awesome! This made me curious to ask the question, is it my Ornata V2 fault? or could it be software related. Well, I reinstalled, updated and restarted after installing Synapse, and womp whaaaa. The issue is back! I uninstalled immediately and, voilà, it worked perfectly. This tells me, something is very wrong with Synapse. What kinda makes me a little upset, is that you guys ditch

Hello, I just got my replacement wrist wrest, but it turns out that it differs from the one that came with it originally. This one doesnt 'connect' with the keyboard and it just slips. I would like to buy the original one, which fitted perfectly with a better anti-slip and a magnetic connection. Is it still availble somewhere? I cant really find it myself, but I cant believe they just dont offer those replacements. I live in the netherlands myself, so europe would be nice.

So uh, recently my cynosa chroma v2 has been taking the control key as the meta key sometimes and i really dont know what the problem is, didnt spill anything on it and i did try it in another tower, same thing happened. I tried turning on the gaming mode and it did work just fine and it took it as control key but when i turned gaming mode off again it was meta key again. Is it a hardware problem or what is it??.

I purchased a replacement part after i assumed it was lost but found it about 10 minutes after my order. When i try to use the email i used as my guest email i can’t seem to cancel the order. Is that not in there policy?

Got a Razer BW V3 a few months ago and it's been working great but recently, seemingly randomly, the scroll dial now scrolls now scrolls on web pages instead of volume. I went into Synapse and checked the dial multi function and it's set to volume. I changed it to other functions but it is stuck on page scroll. Interestingly, the dial click function can be changed and is functional as it should be. Anyone else encounter this problem? Can't seem to find any info on it on any forum

I am having a issue where the backspace key on my keyboard is not working. I have tried to update the drivers and hard reset the keyboard. Nothing is working and I would like to know if there is one more thing I could try before I have to return it and use the warranty.

Hi, I swapped the ABS keycaps that the normal huntsman comes with with Razer's PBT ones and now no matter what I try the backspace key doesn't got all the way in. I tried with both the new stabs and the old ones on the ABS keycaps but it's still the same. I also tried to just put the ABS keycap back and still doesn't go in all the way, just barely that if I press it, it will either not work or get stuck

Hi. I have a Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro with green switches. I will start by saying that I love this keyboard!! I have had it for about 9 months, now, and when I type it responds with extra characters like I hit the key 2, 3, or 4 times. I followed all of the steps, for cleaning the keys, and it still does it. I returned the original one (thinking that I just had a bad one) and the replacement has started doing the same thing. I really love this keyboard, but now, I even have problems logging into games, as it does multiple strokes on my passwords. A keyboard that is this expensive should at the very least, type. I generally use it corded, so it is not a wireless issue. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what I need to do to fix this? I really love this keyboard, but if I can't do typing on it that is a non-starter. I had to grab my old Corsair keyboard to type this. At this point I am feeling like I need to find a completely different keyboard. Please, someone, HELP!!!! 0

Hey there, Iv searched online and cannot find out how to remove the front plate from the circuit board? My son has spilled milk directly under the keys. Removing the top plate is a must to clean out and see if it can be salvaged. Keyboard: BlackWidow X Chroma Any help would be appreciate! Thanks.

since about a week ago, my esc, f1, f2, f3, f4... keys aren't working not sure what i've done, but never happened before google said perhaps i put unable the fn lock yet i cannot find my fn lock key in my ornata keyboard please help

i spilled some liquid on the 0 and right arrow key and i cleaned the keys. the keyboard was working fine after cleaning the keys but the right arrow key was not, so i said "okay let me disconnect and reconnect it". after reconnecting, it registered the usbs as unknown device and it doesnt work now. ive reinstalled synapse and restarted the pc so that doesnt work.

I was wondering if I can use the Razer synapse software to configure a button on my keyboards, where if I press and hold this button, a keyboard profile is activated until I release that button, and I can configure this "secondary" profile. The reason I am looking into this tutuapp is that I am looking for a 60% keyboard and I was to bring all the buttons closer to my hand, so I will probably need a secondary profile near my hand. I couldn't find anything online other than simple hey rebinds.

I have always known that razer itself has a high price due to its popularity and brand naming and that you can get hgher quality for the same price, but here is my problem. I am the type of person who loves to have things all uniform, as in Corsair Mouse? That calls for corsair KB etc. I was planning on getting a Corsair K70 RGB (Maybe K90 if I felt like splurging) and the RGB mouse too but I have recently tried out a 10.0.0.0.1 Razer Naga Hex and I fell in love with the side button layout. What is the general opinion and risks of me going for a Blackwidow Chroma, the switches feel decent to me but I have heard tales of them breaking. I have a friend with the Blackwidow RGB and the mouse I want, his stuff has been working for almost 2 years with no problems now. Any tips? Maybe a mouse that can do what I want by a company that is more reliable?

The Key is either too high than the other keys, or it's stuck completely at the bottom.
