Hello, I have a Blackwidow Chroma X in Mercury White and I was wondering what is the difference between the OEM keys and PBT upgrade set? I noticed some of the keys with multiple designs actually allow the light to pass through both patterns (I literally have no idea what to call them lol). Other than that I know the material of the caps are different but how about the amount of light that passes through the keys? Will the sound of the keys change when pressed? Thanks for the help.

Is there a way to customize your keyboard lighting to have no effect on it? I set the lighting how I want it but the effects always mess it up. I want each key to stay the color I changed it to and never change itself but every effect makes the keys change.

Here is a thing, I'm the biggest fan of chroma seria and everything that I wanted to know - IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO BACK IN STOCK THIS KEYBOARD? I CAN'T SLEEP bcs of it :C pls restock this beauty....I DO ASK YOU, RAZER, PLEEEEAAASE :frown_:

Hello there, I want to buy a Razer Huntsman Mini. Mostly I will configure the rgb over the synapse software but rarely I want to use my keyboard without lighting which brings me to my qustion if it's possible to disable the rgb lighting (temporarly) without having to open the synapse software every time. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Howdy, I have a razer Tartarus and I wish I didn't. In addition to all the other problems I have which everyone else does like the sticky control stick. I am having a problem where I have a macro assigned to a button and if i lift my finger off the button and quickly reapply, instead of starting the macro again, it just does nothing. I have tested this on notepad in windows and it is indeed not the game.

Obviously the huntsman mini was a hit and everyone loves 60% keyboards so razer please do us all a favor and release a blackwidow mini. I have tried both switches on the huntsman mini but they just don't compare to the feel and sound that are on the blackwidow series.

Anyone with a Huntsman V2 Analog know if it's possible to: 1) create a key toggle for turning the joystick WASD on/off 2) alter the actuation point for the joystick function?

I have just switched from a Logitech KB/M to a Razer Huntsman TE & Viper Ultimate and I am disappointed to discover that, unlike the Logitech kit, lighting cannot be saved to the memory on the device. I can appreciate that some of the advanced effects will not work without the Synapse software, but surely the more basic effects can be stored on the device. Synapse makes is sound like it should be possible, "Quick effects are pre-sets that can be saved to a device's profile and synced with other supported Razer Chroma-enabled devices". But it would seem that saving to a device's profile is not the same as storing profiles direct on a device. o_O At the very least it should be possible to configure which of the keyboard's built-in effects it should revert to as a default. When you first power up your PC and when you quit Synapse it switches the keyboard to colour cycling mode (built-in effect 4). I would prefer to use a static single colour (built-in effect 2) or even no lighting at al

Does razer put grease or something on the metal bars that are underneath some of the keycaps on their laptop keyboards, because one of my keycaps broke off for my razer blade stealth, and in trying to fix it, I touched the bar and could have sworn I got something on my finger, however my friend touched it and didn't feel anything. So does anyone know if I am right and they do put stuff there? (As much as this kind of a joke/help-me-settle-a-bet post I did proceed to type on my laptop after touching it and would like to know if I need to clean the keyboard to remove the grease residue or whatever that was on my fingers. /https://xender.vip/

I just got the blackwidow v3, as I previously had the blackwidow v1. I am having an issue that was not present on the v1 where the profile always switches to default if the razer app is not running. This also applies at startup and shutdown. I set the onboard profile to a static color in the app, set that as every onboard profile, and then set it to an onboard profile. The onboard profile doesn't seem to do anything as the colors just start rotating again once the app is no longer running for any reason.

do all razer products require synapse now? if i had of know i would have a much different outlook on their products. as such the ornata v2 is e waste cause eventually os's wont support synapse

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm not good at english. my problem is my cat accidentally bump the cup with water and spilled into my keyboard, I immediately unplug the keyboard and dry it up. after that I plug it in and works perfectly fine like nothings happen. after a few days my number 2 key green light were off and not working and now the number 5 have no blue light. can I use my warranty on this matter? any suggestion or answer are very appreciate, thank you in advance

I got into a huge argument with two friends on how to hit C to crouch/slide on a keyboard with FPS games. I tap C with my index finger by using my my joint of the finger on top of C. I was also under the impression that everyone hit C with their index finger by moving it down or the same way I do. My friends on the other hand, hit C with their thumb. I simply couldn’t believe it and it turns out all of us have different ways of holding the keyboard and such. I am willing to buy a regular Razer Huntsman keyboard. But everywhere I searched to buy it says out of stock and I searched for a long time. I just wanted to know has Razer stopped making them this keyboard?

Ok, i have enough!! I love Razer products, but this is getting ridiculous. I can handle that synapse forget my profile and my macros for the tartarus but this is beyond my capacity. The keys stuck! Random keys. Ive been struggling with my Blackwidow Elite Keyboard for months and this happens just after turns 2 years old, so goodbye warranty. I cant be the only one that is having this issue. Any ideas? I already uninstall Synapses I already clean the keyboard. Nothing works!!! HEEEEEEELP (that was intentional...)...

Any word if this is being worked on? I am interested in the analog keys (looks like a great alternative for holding down SHIFT or CTRL in games to walk), but the 100% form factor is a big turn-off.

I'm new to the razer products and I was trying to download profiles for my keyboard (Blackwidow TE Chroma) but all the profiles lead me to xml files and I don't know how to get those to show up on the Synapse 3 app. Any guidance for newbies with Razer products? Thanks

I am aware of synapse, but am not fond of it. Over the past week it has been 10% of my battery usage which is pretty significant. I also am really not into the pulsing rgb default setting so am sorta strong armed into using the synapse app at all times. Synapse also updates so often and forces itself into the foreground, and causes windows permission pop ups on start which is just super obnoxious. I would gladly disable the rgb keyboard permanently if there is a wire/plug I could undo in the guts. Is this possible? Its also weird that changing the F key priority, disabling game mode, and turning off the logo lighting in synapse are all settings that stick upon closing the app. The ONLY one that doesn't is the keyboard lighting settings. How is ambient green not the default anyway?

I currently have a Razer Blackwidow 2013 edition, an it's starting to show it's age, an with the rest of my razer products now all being chroma I am looking to upgrade but there are currently no Razer keyboard options that come with the additional 5 side macro keys.

I have Black Widow Ultimate and some keys are hard to press and others double tap even press softly. I already deep cleaned my KB. Any DIY recommendation on how to fix this problem? Thanks in Advance!!
