Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm not good at english. my problem is my cat accidentally bump the cup with water and spilled into my keyboard, I immediately unplug the keyboard and dry it up. after that I plug it in and works perfectly fine like nothings happen. after a few days my number 2 key green light were off and not working and now the number 5 have no blue light. can I use my warranty on this matter? any suggestion or answer are very appreciate, thank you in advance

Hello! New here. Just as the title says I was wondering if the Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro - Yellow Switch comes in the UK layout? I know there is one for the green switch but I already make lots of sound tapping away on the keyboard.

I got into a huge argument with two friends on how to hit C to crouch/slide on a keyboard with FPS games. I tap C with my index finger by using my my joint of the finger on top of C. I was also under the impression that everyone hit C with their index finger by moving it down or the same way I do. My friends on the other hand, hit C with their thumb. I simply couldn’t believe it and it turns out all of us have different ways of holding the keyboard and such. I am willing to buy a regular Razer Huntsman keyboard. But everywhere I searched to buy it says out of stock and I searched for a long time. I just wanted to know has Razer stopped making them this keyboard?

Ok, i have enough!! I love Razer products, but this is getting ridiculous. I can handle that synapse forget my profile and my macros for the tartarus but this is beyond my capacity. The keys stuck! Random keys. Ive been struggling with my Blackwidow Elite Keyboard for months and this happens just after turns 2 years old, so goodbye warranty. I cant be the only one that is having this issue. Any ideas? I already uninstall Synapses I already clean the keyboard. Nothing works!!! HEEEEEEELP (that was intentional...)...

Any word if this is being worked on? I am interested in the analog keys (looks like a great alternative for holding down SHIFT or CTRL in games to walk), but the 100% form factor is a big turn-off.

I'm new to the razer products and I was trying to download profiles for my keyboard (Blackwidow TE Chroma) but all the profiles lead me to xml files and I don't know how to get those to show up on the Synapse 3 app. Any guidance for newbies with Razer products? Thanks

I am aware of synapse, but am not fond of it. Over the past week it has been 10% of my battery usage which is pretty significant. I also am really not into the pulsing rgb default setting so am sorta strong armed into using the synapse app at all times. Synapse also updates so often and forces itself into the foreground, and causes windows permission pop ups on start which is just super obnoxious. I would gladly disable the rgb keyboard permanently if there is a wire/plug I could undo in the guts. Is this possible? Its also weird that changing the F key priority, disabling game mode, and turning off the logo lighting in synapse are all settings that stick upon closing the app. The ONLY one that doesn't is the keyboard lighting settings. How is ambient green not the default anyway?

I currently have a Razer Blackwidow 2013 edition, an it's starting to show it's age, an with the rest of my razer products now all being chroma I am looking to upgrade but there are currently no Razer keyboard options that come with the additional 5 side macro keys.

I have Black Widow Ultimate and some keys are hard to press and others double tap even press softly. I already deep cleaned my KB. Any DIY recommendation on how to fix this problem? Thanks in Advance!!

I have Blackwidow chroma and Synapse 3 installed and no games are showing up. I mainly want the chroma to work with Dota 2 and I have tried everywhere to find a way to enable it and I can't find anything.

Hi, my Setup is a Asus B500 Gaming Plus with Ryzen5 3600. After update today the Synapse 3 to 3.6.430.421011 my Tartarus v2 don`t work. No Buttons are working. After closing Synapse the Keyboard working fine.? Any Solutions? thx

Hi everyone , I bought a blackwidow elite, i plug both usb connectors to my computer , but there is a problem with it , i cant use usb passtrough it isnt working with any devices. İ removed synapse , drivers and i also downloaded again , i tryed different usb ports and its also isnt working..

I have this problem where if I want to use audio passthrough on this keyboard. My friends in the discord vc can hear my computer audio. If I plug my Razer Blackshark V2 X into my computer directly without plugging it into my keyboard my friends can't hear my computer audio

About 3 mounts ago i bought the Razer huntsman TE keyboard from a website in my country. The thing is that I have noticed that mine has a big enter key and a small shift key But aside from that the keyboard has the same switches.So if someone can help me i would really appreciate it. Thanks

HI, idealistically I am hoping for Orbweavers next generation to have: 1) same ergonomics, its definitely much better than Tartarus 2) scroll wheel is not necessary, I would rather keep that for Tartarus so there are two different devices to choose from 3) extra row of buttons or maybe even better extra column of buttons would be helpful 4) alternative to #3 would be more buttons behind the thumbpad to switch keymaps/profiles, although very handy sometimes hypershift or double actuation is not always the option 5) onboard memory, its a dream but anyway, in some working environment Synapse installation is simply not allowed due to security reasons

Hello everyone, since /razer-synapse-not-saving-lighting-effect-profile.57920/ is locked already, I would like to return to the issue. Got Cynosa Chroma keyboard and Abyssus Lite mouse. When I exit the Razer Synapse application, RGB settings (Quick Effects - static color) are being reset and devices start their (annoying) default color cycling. Is there a way to save the RGB settings to the devise's on-board memory? Keeping the Synapse app in the background just to keep a static color seems unnecessary. No information about it in the manual. Thank you!

Hi, I am looking to buy a new Razer keyboard, with non-clicky switches : yellow, orange or optical red. However, none of these switches are available with a french (ISO-AZERTY) keyboard layout. My question is : which other layouts available on razer boards are ISO ? I would be willing to buy a non-french layout and a set of azerty keycaps, but I want to be sure I am buying an ISO board. Hello, I bought my Razer Huntsman 01.06.2020. I installed Razer Synapse 3.0 on Windows, set up my 3 profiles, some basic lighting, uploaded it to the onboard memory and switched to Linux. It worked perfectly for a long while. I was able to switch my profiles (under Linux with no Razer Synapse installed and no additional drivers). I know that it says in Razer Synapse that profile switching requires Razer Synapse to work, but it worked for me without it. I also had my simple light profiles stored and they worked flowlessly. I have recently plugged it into a Widows PC again, installed Razer Synaspe (newest version) and almost cried when I realized that they broke all of that functionality!!! My F1-F12 keys no longer change colors when switching profiles even with Synapse installed. I am unable to switch profiles when there is no Synapse (for example when I use Linux - 99% of the time) and the lighting profiles aren't stored(even the simple ones)... RAZER why did you have to break this

Hello! I purchased a Huntsman V2 recently, and while using the product, I noticed that sometimes, the INPUT from the keys will be stuck, so for example, in a shooter game, pressing W to go forward, it would sometimes get stuck going forward until I hit the key again. This has happened in multiple games including Minecraft, War Thunder, Enlisted, Roblox, and Sea Of Thieves Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Its annoying, but I still love this product as it is my first true "gaming" keyboard that isn't Mesh & Membrane.

Hi all, I just upgraded from the Blackwidow elite to the new Blackwidow V3 Pro and noticed that the keys have a different quality. For example every bigger key like space or enter is shaking and makes a very cheap sound compared to the other keys. I compared it to the Blackwidow elite and there is no such sound. Anyone with the same experiance or do I have a faulty keyboard? Thanks and regards Don

2 days ago i was playing and my keyboard would just stop working but it would stay on, and my character in game would keep moving/doing whatever key my finger was last on. (ex; turns off while i was pressing A, character keeps moving left). i would fix the problem by unplugging and replugging my keyboard. and as of yesterday when i would connect my keyboard it flashes like the rainbow from left to right and then when i press a key it turns off and has the ripple effect with green but sometimes the effect doesn't go throughout all the keys fully and i was doing the factory reset to fix it but after about 30-40 min it would stop working on me again and when i would disconnect it and reconnect it, the keyboard would go back into demo mode with the flashing rgb and then the green rippling effect when i click a key and if i dont it just turns off, i’ve connected it to a laptop and it shows up on synapse 3.0 but the keyboard still doesnt work and now when i go to do ESC+CAPS+CTRL or SPACE i
