Hi, I’m looking for a new keyboard. I need one that I can program keys to open programs during gameplay and one that I can open ITunes with and control volume and switch songs. I have programs that sporadically crash while in game so I need to be able to assign opening a program to a key. Any suggestions? I just purchased a new Naga Trinity mouse.

I have a Blackwidow Chroma V2 and the wrist rest has seen better days. Are there any replacement parts available for these? I understand the 'full size' wrist rests are too short for this keyboard as it is 18.5" wide and they also lack the internal magnets. Any help is appreciated!

Is there any way I can buy the linear optical switches that are affordable in Canada by themselves? I'm trying to switch my purple clicky switches to red linear switches, but no one in my area is willing to trade KB's and I am not willing to buy a whole new KB. ps; yes I've done the research you CAN swap switches on the huntsman mini as long as they are optical ones made by razer.

I just changed my desk setup, and now a phone charger is always close. Can I use the 5W brick charger to charge the Pro Type? If I can, then what about those fast chargers (10W and up?). I tried the manual and some support pages, but could not find maximum power input anywhere. Thanks

Just curious, is there any chance that Razer will release more mercury peripherals in the next 3 months such as Blackwidow Ultimate Wireless and Razer Nari Ultimate ? Because I have Viper Ultimate wireless, Razer Base Station v2 and Goliathus extended in mercury, and it's kinda silly if my headset and keyboard come in black color. For now I still use other brand to match the color with my viper

Guys, I'm looking at buying a Blackwidow elite keyboard, can anyone confirm if the UK model has the "\\" inbetween the Left Shift and the Z key? As i can't seem to find that info out, and what a keyboard with that key in that place? Thanks

How can i clean my membrane keyboard? (cynosa v2)

When the FN key is pressed on the Cynosa V2 keyboard, the lights for all the buttons except F9-F12 go out. Is it possible to prevent this? It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever - FN+F11 and FN+F12 are used to change the light brightness ...while you can't see the lights. SMH.

I bought a Blackwidow Chroma TE v1 off of amazon recently. I am wondering, does my keyboard contain the old Razer green switches manufactured by Kailh or Greetech manufactured switches?

So the overall problem is that game mode seems to have left the building. Any thoughts? I have not checked the actual bulb, but the fact that the windows key is always working is my only real indication that the mode just doesn't engage. I started noticing the 'G' symbol not lighting up about a month ago. I noticed this about the time I realized the Windows key is always live. The settings in Synapse3 are correct for 'in game' and there is a game linked. The manual fn+F10 does not toggle the light (or I assume the mode) either. Everything else checks out. Google searching seems to suggest the usual problem is that the windows key wont work at all. The Keyboard and Basilisk mouse both have profiles that can be switched back and forth. The only way I really know for the keyboard is that there are some macros on the M1-5 keys, but it activates just fine. I really despise the Razer software suite. I've always felt it was clumsy and lacking compared to competing software, but this newest iteration is just a dumpster fire. That it is a cloud based "solution" just makes it worse and creepy. How much functionality can I expect to have if I never use the software? What about if I just install it once to do some initial set up and then uninstall said software? Is this programable without the use of the software (like with a Vortex Pok3r)? Can profiles be created with the software, stored on memory, and then used without the software due to completely removing every trace of it (like with an Anna Pro 2)?

I am just curious. How bright is the Huntsman Mini RGB suppose to be??? In Synapse, I put it at 100%, but the light doesn't really change from say 50%. First time Razer user here and coming from HyperX, which was pretty bright. It is bright enough for me, but it seems that the 100% is not bright. On the box, the light shines bright and the keyboard at the store, the rgb was a lot brighter.

Hello, I am using ubuntu and I have an issue with macros. I don't know how, a macro change my 2 behavior and when I press 2 goes to start line and puts 2 there. I have checked in terminal and the message shows ^[[A2. I know in synapse it's posible delete profiles, but without it, how I can delete it? I thing about a way to do a default reset.

I'm eyeing the blackwidow v3 pro, Viper Ultimate mouse, and maybe a headset. I want to use them on my PC, XBOX One S, and PS4. Can this be done? I haven't been able to find a straightforward answer. If not, is there a wireless setup from Razer to make this happen? I don't want the Xbox only compatability.

hey, i am the happy owner of a razer huntsman turnament edition keyboard. soon i will get a new pc and i want to take my lighting profiles from chroma studio with me, so i know that you can save profiles on the keyboard but i dont know how to save chroma studio profiles.

I somehow managed to turn all my Chroma Keys on my Keyboard off in Synapse it says it is actually lighting i tested different things from forums but nothing works the caps lights work and my mouse and mousepad too idk waht is should do pls help me lol

Hello, so I recently got a BlackWidow Elite with orange switches, and I love everything about it. However, it makes an awful ping sound, probably because it's made with high grade metals for the baseboard. I've heard adding some foam in the case can help reduce this noise, and I wanted to give it a go. However, there doesn't appear to be any tutorials for doing that for this specific model, I also wasn't sure if I would need to remove the switches off the board before I can unscrew the case, or if the case would, by a miracle, just come out while all the switches were still connected. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I have one of the new Razer Pro Type and Pro Click keyboard and mouse combo. The problem I have is the Synapse settings do not allow you to disable sleep entirely. Just set it to a max of 15 minutes. I can't tell you how annoying it is to start typing and have the first key press not register because it is waking up the keyboard. Please fix this.

Hello, so I purchased a BlackWidow Elite with orange switches, and it's a really good keyboard. However, it has quite the metallic ping, enough to get mildly irritating. Would the yellow switches offer any bit of relief from that? I just wondered, I already tried the greens, but they were a little too clicky for my taste. I really love their keyboards though, the wrist rest is fantastic, keycaps are very smooth and the RGB is simply amazing in terms of quality. Any advice in general for combating this ping would be awesome. Thanks!

I have an old chroma V2 with the extra 5 keys on the left of the keyboard. I find myself in an odd position where my push to talk in all games was reliably M4 with my pinky, and I need a new keyboard. New style boards lack these keys and I simply am too lazy to wanna change my key. Preferably I would like one that doesn't sound like it had sound built in as a feature if you know what I mean. I really like these boards, and would like to get a "new" one with quiet keys. Anyone who knows a good reliable way to get one of these hit me up I appreciate it!

Hey guys! I own the Razer Huntsman TE. I was just wondering how we can remove the extra stabilizers on the larger keys like the Spacebar, Shift, and Enter keys. Was hoping to try the Mercury Keycaps that I own to another keyboard that I use. Hoping for some responses thank you!
