Hi Have just got a second hand Razer Blackwidow keyboard RZ03-0286 It has a broken right arrow key, can this be replaced. I have tried disabling the Razer software but problem still continues Can i buy replacement switches and re-solder them? Cheers

I have a Blackwidow and I want to know if there is am easy way to remove the keys without needing to buy anything.

this may sound like a odd request, but does anyone have or know where i can get the original box for the black widow chroma? at the time of me typing this, my razer turret for xbox one is coming in the mail tomorrow and i am going to pack up my current black widow and my deathadder elite and let it sit in my closet as a back up in case my turret breaks. so does anyone knows where i can get one (from a store or just laying around? i'll pay for shipping if need be. i just like to keep all my gaming things safe and not in a random box where i can lose it in storage. thank you in advance.

Hello everyone :) I'm in need for a little help. Coming form a variety of Asus laptops I was used to use the FN+Num pad Enter key combination to bring up the windows calculator (and the same on my Lenovo branded keyboard at office). So, when i purchased a Desktop PC and acquired this keyboard from my younger brother I was under the impression that a thing like that would be perfectly and easily viable... Well, with this keyboard and the 2.21 version of the Synapse software I'm perfectly unable to do so or to find an option for that (the 3.5 version is completly unable to detect the keyboard). I'm missing something or it's merely impossible to program such a thing on this keyboard? Thank you.

So I got my razor chroma cynosa keyboard about a month ago and now have an issue where whenever I type an L my computer produces a K with it. I definitely don't have sausage fingers and hitting two keys at once. This is driving me crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Will

I am attempting to find a way to create a modifier button on my Orbweaver Chroma (running synapse2), that will change the 12 side buttons on my Naga Trinity(running synapse3). I am very new to Razer products and still tinkering/ learning BOTH synapse programs at the same time. Is this even possible? I was hoping that, at the least, I could create a button on my NON Razer keyboard that would serve as a modifier to the Naga buttons, and then just map one of the Orbweaver keys to that keyboard button. Any and all help appreciated.

Folks, I have an interesting problem that keeps cropping up on my Razer Blackwidow Chroma TE (v2). Several keys seem to repeat abnormally, most typically the B, N and M keys. It does NOT happen when I use the keyboard on my Razer Blade Pro 17, but when the Blackwidow TE is plugged into my laptop directly, I regularly get repeated keys. The B key is the one where it happens most often, followed by N or M. It does occasionally happen to other keys as well, but B is pretty much a regular issue. It doesn't matter if it's plugged directly into the USB port on the laptop, or into the USB hub in the Razer Chroma laptop stand. Any suggestions? Patrick

Please consider designing an even more improved/updated version of the Deathstalker keyboard. I love the flat profile and flat, chiclet keys. I understand this keyboard likely wasn't your most popular product, but I still feel like there are many of us out there that share a desire for an another amazing chiclet keyboard. I can't find any good gaming chiclet keyboards at the moment, and I think it is time that changed. Even if it's not a Deathstalker v2, a similar keyboard with a flat chiclet design would be awesome.

Hello all, I loved the Deathstalker keyboard. Although Razer is no longer making the Deathstalker is there any comparable keyboard that they are making that I might like? I'm not in an area where I can go to a Razer store and try them out. I really like the smaller, lower profile, chiclet like keyboards. I have the older Razer Blackwidow that was bought as a gift, and it's okay but I really want to upgrade to something I'd like better. Thanks for the suggestions!

Hi there everyone, first post on here, so i'll get straight to the point. Recently i bought a used supposedly "like new" Razer Turret for Xbox One set. Everything was great and i was blown away by how well it looked till i opened the compartment under the mouse and there was no dongle, nor was it anywhere in the box, and i mean i tore up the great looking foam looking for it. (definitely a bummer since the wireless capability is the only reason i bought it) I contacted Razer support and they were kind enough and submitted a form for me to get notified once the part was in stock and then to get sent it, since the keyboard is actually under warranty till October 2020. I just wanted to post a thread to see if anyone else has done this and if you actually got your dongle or it seemed to never really come "back in stock", as they said it's possible it won't. I keep hitting F9 by accident when toggling game mode (FN + F10) on my Razer Huntsman TE. This launches on-the-fly macro recording. I was wondering if there was a way to permanently disable this?

So, I apologize if this has been asked before, however I was unable to find anything on the subject using the search function of the forums. I need some help setting up my new Razer Blade Pro 17 2019 laptop keyboard, and I'm hoping someone can help me understand what to do: What I need is that when I hold the "FN" key, I want the alternative functions (such as brightness/volume up/down, mute, print screen, etc.) to light up on the keyboard. Right now, I can't find a way to light these alternative functions and characters up, even though they appear to have a back-light in videos online ect. Hello all, recently ive been having this issue with my keyboard or computer in generalwere my volume will randomly go up and down and if i try to counter act it, it will just keep going in its set path, for example today i was having this issue whilst listening to music it was setting my volume down to 13% so i tried to push it further upwards and it would still try to go down to 13% even though im setting it up and my mouse nor hand is not touching the volume dial so yeah i have no idea what it is.

I just got a new Huntsman KB. I have my custom lighting setup and the macros I want with no issue. Only problem I am having is that the KB goes into a light cycling routine when I log off the computer. I would REALLY like to be able to have the KB go dark when I log off. I can't seem to find a way to make that happen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

i already bought a huntsman elite and switched the 7 metal keycaps set, i wanted to know if anyone here would be interested for a full set, ive been looking around on the internet and i didnt found anything. let me know if you are interested i would like to realise this idea by taking this idea to razer :)

anyone have solution when the volume wheel randomly becomes scroll function? it only happens when synapse is running and the only solution i found is reset the keyboard which creates another default profile that doesn't have the bug yet. its sucks to delete profiles when the bug happens.

So I just recently picked up the Razer Huntsman Elite! First off, I would like to state that I am in love with this keyboard! The optical mechanic switches are unparalleled, in my personal opinion. The Chroma and radiance in which the Chroma is projected are absolutely phenomenal! I can not say enough good things about this board... but alas there is one flaw that I feel like should be addressed... the onboard profiles. I have both PC and Xbox, and while I know that Razer has the Turret specifically for the Xbox, I do not want to have two keyboards on my desk. The Huntsman Elite works and I can do everything I need to for the most part but I can not use any onboard profiles. While yes, most would disconcert this issue, I feel that for 200 dollars, they could make the profiles work across any platform. This would allow custom Macros and lighting profiles to be triggered at any time when powered. If anyone else has experienced this and would like for what I have said to be implemented, l
